ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. (WSB) -- The Rockdale County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deadly triple shooting Monday morning.

Deputies said a homeowner shot three teens who were wearing masks. Channel 2's Aaron Diamant learned two of the teens were brothers, 15 and 16 years old. A third was a 15-year-old boy.

The shooting happened around 4 a.m. at a house off White Oak Court in Conyers. One of the boys died at the scene. The other two later died at the hospital.

Investigators said one of the teens pulled out a gun and fired at the neighbors before the homeowner returned fire.

Deputies found the teens outside the home after the homeowner called 911 for help. One was lying near the edge of the driveway and the other two up the road a bit.

"I heard a guy yelling for help. 'Help me, help me, I'm dying, I'm dying, help me, help me,'" said neighbor Brian Jenkins.

The sheriff says the homeowner was outside around 4 a.m. Monday when the shootings happened.

A neighbor heard the gunfire and ran out to help.

"It was five shots and then it sounded like a handgun. Then I heard somebody have an assault rifle. And it was a slew of shots that came out," neighbor Carlos Watson said.

Deputies say they still don't know who owned the two guns they found.

Investigators say three people were at the home, including a woman, when the shooting happened.

The homeowner who shot the masked intruder is a man. Neighbors say he's a truck driver who owns a semi-automatic rifle and is highly protective of his mother.

No charges have been filed against anyone at this time.

Authorities are still interviewing neighbors in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office.

BORN KING

3561234056?profile=RESIZE_710xBorn King has been called a prolific rapper, releasing two albums a year, one on his birthday and one on Halloween. His 2007 album, Kradedis was heavily anticipated and sold out at The Sound Garden in
Baltimore, Maryland. It went on to house two Baltimore anthems, one in particular, “Blue Lights”, gained attention from its criticism of the Baltimore police department's surveillance camera campaign; it made it on Al Shipley’s Government Names 5th Anniversary Retrospective list. The second anthem, “A Better Way”, focuses on the struggles of the everyday blue-collar worker with no hope in site, and spread through Baltimore’s underground hip-hop scene through word-of-mouth.
In 2008 under the name Killa Fifth, Born King released, The Secret Order, an album containing lyrical and abstract content, it was reviewed by Al Shipley for the City Paper being recognized for its
“uncompromising music and murky sonics”; it continues to garner attention through popular file-sharing
sites.
Born King is planning to release his next album, The Rize of the Lightkenz in the near future under his
Killa Fifth alias, an album that will creatively mesh concrete and abstract subjects into a powerful album that will replenish Baltimore’s underground hip-hop circuit.

Report via TMZ -- Kevin Hart's sex tape partner claims Hart conspired with a friend to secretly record their encounter, and now she's suing him for $60 million.

Montia Sabbag claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, her 2017 encounter with Hart in a Vegas hotel room was all planned by Hart and JT Jackson -- his friend who later was arrested for extortion. She says Hart was motivated by publicity ... the need to get more -- especially with an upcoming comedy tour -- and that's why he and JT allegedly hid the camera.

The suit claims Hart allowed Jackson into the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite so he could set up hidden video recording devices to capture the liaison. Jackson was later charged with 2 counts of extortion relating to alleged efforts to get money out of Hart to keep the tape under wraps. Jackson denied ever extorting the comedian.

Hart has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of the recording ... claiming he, too, was a victim of Jackson's extortion attempts. You'll recall Hart later apologized for his infidelity and was adamant nobody should profit off his mistake.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin and Sabbag got up close and personal while partying at Marquee nightclub in Vegas. Sabbag, who back in September 2017 said she's a crime victim herself, is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

Report via The Houston Chronicle -- It's not unusual for law enforcement officers along the border to come across vehicles packed with illegal cargo.

It is a rare occasion to have the suspected drug runner leave behind some ID.

Early Saturday morning, Brewster County Sheriff's deputies and Border Patrol agents recovered approximately 1,127 pounds of marijuana in an abandoned SUV,  according to a Facebook post from the BCSO.

"The driver left the scene before he could meet our friendly deputies and agents, but left his wallet in the vehicle," the post read. "We would really like to return it."

To add insult to injury, the cops trolled the drug runner fail with hashtags like #lostandfound, #yourIDishere, #jointoperation, #buds, and of course #weedliketotalk.

The case is currently under investigation. No word if the suspect has filed a lost and found claim.

Report via New York Post -- A depraved New Jersey substitute teacher charged with having sex with a 14-year-old pupil was busted when her own children had a heated confrontation with her about the long-running abuse, according to a criminal complaint.

Jersey City teacher Elyse Castillo, 45, allegedly had sex with the student over a 15-month period — not telling him she had herpes, according to the documents.

Her own children, ages 13 and 14, had a fiery confrontation with her last month because they were disgusted by “her relationship with a minor,” the complaint says.

The showdown was so bad, the children’s father called child protection services, claiming Castillo had abused them during the altercation — sparking the police investigation into the sex claims, the report says.

The alleged victim was interviewed and told investigators he met Castillo when he was in sixth grade in 2018 and that they were in a relationship and “would make love,” the complaint says.

The teen said they performed numerous sex acts on “multiple occasions” at Castillo’s home on Pavonia Avenue in Jersey City, the papers state.

The charges say the abuse began in June 2018 and went on until last month.

Castillo was arrested without incident Aug. 29 and hit with a slew of charges, including aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said.

She also was charged with having sex while she had a venereal disease — herpes — without the informed consent of the alleged victim, the charge documents say.

Castillo hung her head to hide her face when she appeared for a detention hearing Thursday, according to NJ.com. The court was told that Castillo had confessed and faces 10 to 20 years in prison if convicted, according to the report.

Prosecutors had wanted her detained, but Judge Paul DePascale ordered her released, barring her from having contact with any juveniles apart from her own children, according to the report.
