Odd Future rapper Earl Sweatshirt doesn't appear to be very fond of Drake, or Canadians in general for that matter.
He recently sat down with the New York Times for an interview when the subject of his recent visit to Canada was brought up.
You were just in Toronto. How was that?
It was crazy. Canadians are weirdos, though. They are so nice — overbearing nice, like grandmother nice. Toronto is like a city of grandmas.
The rapper Drake is from Toronto. Is he grandma nice?
Dude, Drake is grandma nice. He was at Frank Ocean’s show in L.A. and got into an argument with Tyler, the Creator’s mom. I left and came back in the room, and she was apologizing to him for how she came at him, and he was saying: “It’s all love. I love you, Mom. I love moms.” Drake loves moms.
It's doubtful Drake will respond to Earl in print, but he may find a way to hit him with a subliminal via a song in the future.

RiFF RaFF a.k.a. Jody HighRoller took to his Twitter account to unveil the cover for his forthcoming album, Neon Icon. It reportedly will feature Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, A$AP Rocky, Snoop Dogg and YG.
The project will be released later this year.
“We got some features on this album, but we’re not trying to sell the album like it’s a bunch of rappers you [already] know about,” producer Diplo told HipHopDX in July. “RiFF RaFF’s already put out so many mixtapes, so many videos, this album’s kinda like a collection of like ‘Yo, this is the mothafuckin future of music.’ So, that’s what it’s about it. And it’s about him, 100 percent.”

SAN DIEGO (AP) — LeBron James has another ring.
The Miami Heat star married Savannah Brinson at the posh Grand Del Mar Hotel in San Diego on Saturday, according to two people familiar with the details of the ceremony.
About 200 guests were present for the ceremony, said one of the people, both of whom spoke on condition of anonymity because the wedding was private and the couple had yet to release any details. The ceremony was the highlight of a three-day celebration that will conclude with a brunch on Sunday.
James and Brinson, 27, have been together since high school and have two sons. James, 28, proposed just after midnight on Jan. 1, 2012 in Miami Beach, flanked then by many of his teammates — just as he was again Saturday night for his wedding.
Intense security measures surrounded the wedding, and even some of the invited guests were unclear on some specific details in the days leading up to the long-awaited event that came less than three months after James and the Heat won their second straight NBA title.
Guests were ushered into the wedding areas under the cover of tents, and television footage taken by news helicopters showed that even umbrellas were used to protect the identity of those arriving. Heat owner Micky Arison, coach Erik Spoelstra and many of James' teammates including Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh were on the guest list.
And while some with ties to James, such as Wade and his actress girlfriend Gabrielle Union, tweeted that they were in the San Diego area for a wedding, none released any details Saturday night — since one of the many rules of the wedding was believed to be that no phones would be allowed.
Brinson spoke briefly with AP about the wedding last spring, saying she was both excited and nervous. James has only discussed the wedding in general terms, once describing his role as only to ensure "that Savannah gets whatever she wants on her day, the wedding day she always dreamed of."
James, a four-time NBA Most Valuable Player, and the Heat will open training camp next month. In June, they outlasted the San Antonio Spurs in seven games to capture the championship.

The troubling saga of Gucci Mane continues. The Atlanta rapper was arrested in his hometown this morning around 12 AM after friends flagged down police complaining about his erratic behavior.
When cops approached the 33-year old, real name Radric Davis, he cursed and threatened them, according to TMZ.
He was immediately taken into custody. A search of his person turned up weed and a handgun.
Gucci was booked and charged with marijuana possession, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon.
The 1017 Brick Squad boss was taken to a local hospital as a precaution, where he still remains.

Serius Jones stopped by VladTV for an exclusive interview reflecting on his fight with Math Hoffa at Summer Madness 3. He previously released a short Instagram video showing off his unmarked face after the fight, and a longer blog explaining in some detail what happened.
This time Serius released all of his thoughts and feelings about the incident in front of our cameras. He stated that he firmly believes that Math Hoffa punched him when he wasn't looking at him, that the gay jokes Serius was saying in his first round agitated Math, and that he thought Math's blog apologizing and explaining his day leading up to the Summer Madness 3 fight was strange to say the least.
Serius wants everyone to know that from his perspective, he was never knocked out, and was only on the ground because he got pushed down and held down by security while they were trying to separate him and Math.
