When reality star Kim Kardashian hit the beach in Miami last week with her publicist , Jonathan Cheban, it appeared she had lost a few pounds off of her very curvy figure. The Daily Mail says it's the result of her active sex life with boyfriend Kanye West.
One friend reportedly told the National Enquirer magazine: "We jokingly refer to it as the sex diet. When one of us is having regular sex, that tends to burn calories and kill the appetite. Losing seven pounds in seven days means being a very naughty girl."

A 40-YEAR-OLD US Army veteran, identified by a civil rights group as the one-time leader of a white supremacist band, was the gunman who killed six people inside a Sikh temple in Wisconsin, officials have said.
Greg Haanstad of the US Attorneys office in Milwaukee identified the shooter as Wade Michael Page. Page joined the Army in 1992 and was discharged in 1998, according to a defence official who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to release information yet about the suspect.
Officials and witnesses said the gunman walked into the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in suburban Milwaukee and opened fire as several dozen people prepared for Sunday services. When the shooting finally ended, seven people lay dead, including the Page, who was shot to death by police. Three others were critically wounded in what police called an act of domestic terrorism.
Page was a "frustrated neo-Nazi" who led a racist white supremacist band, the Southern Poverty Law Centre said. Page told a white supremacist website in an interview in 2010 that he had been part of the white-power music scene since 2000 when he left his native Colorado and the started the band, End Apathy, in 2005, the nonprofit civil rights organization said.

He told the website his "inspiration was based on frustration that we have the potential to accomplish so much more as individuals and a society in whole", according to the SPLC. He did not mention violence in the website interview.
Page joined the military in Milwaukee in 1992 and was a repairman for the Hawk missile system before switching jobs to become one of the Army's psychological operations specialists, according to the defence official.
So-called "Psy-Ops" specialists are responsible for the analysis, development and distribution of intelligence used for information and psychological effect; they research and analyse methods of influencing foreign populations.
Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was among bases where Page served.
Joseph Rackley of Nashville, North Carolina, said Page lived with his son for about six months last year in a house on Mr Rackley's three acres of property. Wade was bald and had tattoos all over his arms, Mr Rackley said, but he doesn't remember what they depicted. He said he wasn't aware of any ties Page may have had to white supremacists.
"I'm not a nosy kind of guy," Mr Rackley said. "When he stayed with my son, I don't even know if Wade played music. But my son plays alternative music and periodically I'd have to call them because I could hear more than I wanted to hear."

(CNN) -- At least seven people, including a gunman shot by a police officer, have been killed in an attack on worshippers at a Sikh temple in the Milwaukee suburb of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, on Sunday, police said.
The officer was wounded but "returned fire, and that shooter was put down," said Bradley Wentlandt, the police chief in nearby Greenfield, who briefed reporters. Investigators who picked through the building afterward found four bodies inside the temple and two other victims outside, plus the gunman, Wentlandt said.
Though early reports had suggested there may have been more than one attacker, he said officers had not identified any other gunmen.
The wounded officer, a 20-year veteran, was in surgery Sunday afternoon after being shot multiple times, but was expected to survive, Wentlandt said. He was sent to the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek, south of Milwaukee, after a 911 call about 10:25 a.m. (11:25 a.m. ET).
Carolyn Bellin, a spokeswoman for Milwaukee's Froedtert Hospital, said one of three men brought there from the incident was in surgery early Sunday morning, while another was in the surgical intensive care unit. The third was being evaluated in the emergency room. All three were in critical condition.
The temple has a congregation of 250 to 400, according to its website.
"I just want to say this temple was built a number of years ago and there have never been any problems with this temple," Oak Creek Alderman Dan Jakubczyk said. "They've been a plus to this city and to my district."
Dana White, Frank Fertitta III and Lorenzo Fertitta have built a powerhouse company in Zuffa, LLF. The company has taken almost complete control of mixed martial arts all over the world through a series of acquisitions of their main competitors like Pride, Strikeforce, the WEC and similar smaller companies. They have also formed a powerful alliance with Fox by agreeing to a seven-year deal giving the network the rights to televise bouts in prime time.
However there are still a couple of hurdles the company would like to overcome. Despite being one of the fastest growing sports in the word, with licenses to hold events in almost every country and state in the U.S., New York still won't allow the sport to be legalized in their state.
The UFC would also like to see mixed martial arts become an Olympic sport. In a recent interview with TMZ, Dana White listed reasons he feels the mixed martial arts should be allowed in the Olympics.
"Just think about it," Dana said. "Boxing you can punch to the head and body. Judo you can do throws and you can do submissions. Taekwondo you can kick and punch. And wrestling you can take down and you can do throws. All those things are all what the UFC is mixed martial arts. So we should bring them all together."
Do you agree with Dana? Would mixed martial arts be a sport you would like to see in the Olympics
