Here's some rare footage of Wu Tang Clan's late, great emcee Ol Dirty Bastard in a freestyle cypher with Busta Rhymes. The rhymes were not off the top of the dome, but that doesn't matter. (Busta's line were from "Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check." ODB spit lyrics from "Brooklyn Zoo II.")
What matters though, is we get an up close and personal look at ODB while he was still alive. An emcee who had no father to his style and can never be emulated. And of course Busta has one of the best flows ever.
Rest in peace ODB.

Michael Vick continues to give back to the community in a big way. The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback is in Washington D.C. speaking to Rep. John Lewis from Georgia about a program called Team Freedom Outreach.
The program relies on Christian volunteers to help mentor incarcerated youth and play sports with them. Some of the kids as young as 12 haven't had a visitor in 16 months or longer.
The program's hope is that the youth will emerge from incarceration and be able to get their lives back on track as a result of the positive encouragement they receive.
"Team Freedom Outreach gives them positive mentorship. It shows these kids that somebody cares. It helps them make a plan," Vick told TMZ.

Farrah's fans probably could care less about her IQ, but she appears to be lacking in that department.
Farrah called into Matty P's Radio Happy Hour and was asked who Trayvon Martin was. She seems to the the lone person in America that doesn't know.
"I feel like I met her or something. It sounds so familiar," Farrah said. "I don't know what she is. I can't picture the person with the name right now."

Chief Keef is only 17-years old, but he's already got baby mama drama. Keef, real name Keith Cozart fathered a baby when he was 15 and the mother was still in middle school. He was ordered to pay the mother $2,600 a month in child support plus an additional $500 for day care based on his reported $13,000 a month in earned income.
The problem according to TMZ, is that Keef has only coughed up $1,900 since May when the payments were supposed to start.
The mother says she cannot afford to support herself and the baby without the payments. She has filed legal documents asking a judge to order Keef to honor the court order.
The rapper has been ordered to appear in court in September to explain why he hasn't been paying. If he doesn't show up for the hearing an arrest warrant could be issued.
