Toronto hip hop duo, APB (The Airplane Boys) announce the release of their brand new record ‘Egos and Expectations’ OUT NOW via the Beau Monde Collective. Mixing dark minimal beats, percussive trap influences and manipulated synths, the pair sing of loves lost and won; grappling with their beliefs and their personal experiences battling the long, hard road to get to where they want to be.

APB have had the opportunity to spread their creative movement around the world, traveling through the US, Canada, UK and all over Asia; whilst the whole time recording new music and shooting new videos.

The band thrives on the excitement and creativity of the ‘Information Age’ that we live in, crafting a very specific place for themselves in the current musical landscape whilst pushing boundaries constantly and working to provide fans with stimulating and fresh content wherever possible. They’ve managed to accomplish this right from their inception in 2011 and continue to do so on their new record ‘Egos and Expectations’, with the videos for new tracks Some Say and Harvest already showing that they’ve not only taken steps forward with their new music but giant leaps in both sound and concept.

Having already received critical acclaim from the likes of Billboard, Complex, Hypebeast, VICE, XXL, Vibe and MTV, their next step is to bring their future sounds to Europe. Raising the bar musically, creatively and within the worlds of art, fashion and design, APB is looking to establish themselves as the new creative class.

‘Egos and Expectations’ is available now via download at TheAirplaneBoys.com

Video After The Jump

New footage has emerged from the confrontation between Mistah Fab and DJ Mustard. The video is much clearer and shows what happened after Fab slapped Mustard at The Mezzanine in San Francisco on Sunday, June 8.

The Oakland rapper gets completely mobbed by Mustard's crew, including YG. Despite previous reports that Fab came with a crew of people, he appeared to be by himself. He can be seen getting punched repeatedly in the body and face until the melee is broken up.

12350877273?profile=original

Marshawn Lynch of the Seattle Seahawks was clearly not involved in the fight and cannot be seen in the footage. The day after the brawl, Fab told TMZ that Lynch was there with him, but didn't throw a punch.

As we previously reported, the dispute between Fab and Mustard stemmed from comments the producer made during an interview with The Breakfast Club in May, when it was brought to his attention that Fab didn't think the Los Angeles native had paid homage to the Bay Area for influencing the sound of his music.

"I don't speak to [Mistah Fab]," Mustard said at the time. "It's not no beef. It's just the simple fact that when you come up here don't say my name talking about I steal this, I steal that. If Mustard's stealing why don't you come up here and make these beats? 'Cause if you check these charts right now, the charts ain't lying."

YG and Mustard released an Instagram video on Monday denying rumors they had been beaten and robbed.

Watch the full video of what actually happened at the club below.

**UPDATE** June 12

After the latest video surfaced Mistah Fab took to Twitter to speak about. He man's up to what happened and chides the Bay Area cats who were in the club that just stood around and watched him while he got mopped up.

The whole situation is unfortunate. Hopefully everyone involved can move past this and no further violence occurs in the future.

MizGin Demircan

PRLog (Press Release) - May 29, 2014 - HOLLYWOOD -- A true artist to her core, MIZGIN dreamed of hitting the top of the charts ever since she first started singing, writing, and performing as a young girl. While she occasionally draws inspiration from others, MIZGIN is primarily self-taught and loves adapting and re-creating things into something new and different—something clearly accomplished on “Get You Off”. Produced by talented duo Kama, the track is a rhythmic and sexy banger with an accompanying video that drops jaws while flirting with the unthinkable. Originally slated to be recorded by one of the biggest pop stars in the world, MIZGINheard it once and knew it had to be hers and would not leave the studio until her producers agreed to give the song to her—a decision they knew was the right one after one take.

With “Get You Off” creating a major buzz, MIZGIN is currently recording her debut full length release, set to come out in the 2nd half of 2014.

"From the first time we saw her, it was clear that MIZGIN is a true star in a world where that phrase is often tossed around far too loosely” said John Sarris, President of HighJAC Productions. “The amazing response that“Get You Off” has gotten is only the latest success in her extraordinary career, and I'm excited for what the future brings."

“The only thing that is endless in life is your imagination” says MIZGIN, “so I’ve never been afraid to use it and believe in it. If I want something, I go get it; no one is going to get it for me.”

Brooklyn, New York rapper Ronald "Ra Diggs" Herron is currently on trial facing a 21-count racketeering and murder indictment.

Prosecutors allege Diggs was a gang leader and crack dealer who was involved in the murders of Frederick Brooks (2011), Richard Russo (2008) and Victor Zapata (2009)

12350868892?profile=original

Diggs reportedly implicated himself in lyrics to some of his songs.

In the song "Man Down" he raps: “Empty shell casings on the ground / That’s man down.” Another called “Slow Down” warns, “See if he was smart, he would’ve shot me in the head / ‘Cause I can get you shot from a hospital bed.”

Government witness, Algenis Caraballo, who worked as Diggs' driver testified on Tuesday, June 10, that the rapper also had beef with Jim Jones of The Diplomats, starting in 2010.

12350869882?profile=original

Diggs was angry after getting brushed off by a Bloods gang affiliate of Jones. Diggs went to Jones' studio to confront the man, according to the New York Daily News.

“Take that Bloods sh*t outside!” Jones barked at him, Caraballo said in Brooklyn Federal Court.

Diggs angrily left the studio, shattering a window as he exited. Later that night he and a couple of his goons tracked Jones down at Sue's Rendevous in Mt. Vernon, New York.

12350870454?profile=original

“The DJ shouts out, ‘Ra Diggs is in the building!’ and Jim Jones observes Ra there and it’s like he’s seen a ghost, scared,” Caraballo told prosecutor Shreve Ariail. Jones quickly left.

Herron’s late enforcer at the Gowanus Houses, Tremaine (Cakes) Patterson, was “looking for an eye signal from Ra” to shoot Jones, the witness said.

Jones and his entourage quickly left the club.
