Joell Ortiz, Crooked I, Royce Da 5'9 and Joe Budden, together known as Slaughterhouse are back in the studio recording their third group album.
According to Shady Records the foursome are working with top notch producers, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Araab Muzik and Just Blaze. Blaze will also serve as Executive Producer for the project.
"I’m really excited about doing things a different way this time around," says Joe Budden. "This isn’t a send-tracks-around, and everyone-records-in-their-own-studio type of album."
Crooked I is ready to give the competition something to think about.
“God of the Westcoast, I birthed these n*ggas and now I’m about to bury ‘em," Crooked said. "Bloody Axe PigFace Slaughterhouse Mafia!”
A release date for the album is not yet available.

They say when it rains it pours and right now there's a thunderstorm hovering over Chief Keef. The 17-year old, real name Keith Cozart was arrested again today according to the Chicago Tribune.
Keef had just pleaded guilty to speeding last month on the Edens Expressway in Northfield, Illinois. He was clocked going 110 mph in a 55 mph zone..
"You think you're invincible, and you're certainly not," Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg told him in court this morning. "Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you'll find out you're not. I sure hope I don't see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail. If I were you, I wouldn't take this deal if you can't follow these conditions, I'm really not sympathetic to people who don't listen to me."
The judge fined the rapper $531, put him on probation for 18 months, ordered him perform 60 hours community service, and undergo random drug testing. He must also complete eight hours of traffic school.
Minutes after leaving the courthouse, Keef was stopped by Chicago police and placed under arrest again. His attorney Leah Starkman said her client was picked up for misdemeanor trespassing. Starkman said police had taken Keef to the the Grand Crossing District station.
This is Keef's third arrest since May 20th.

American flag etiquette dictates that you should never let it touch the ground and most definitely not step on it. Lil Wayne either doesn't know these facts or doesn't care because he does both while shooting a music video for "God Bless America" in New Orleans over the weekend.
Check out the American flag etiquette according to the Veteran of Foreign Wars website.
The federal flag code says the universal custom is to display the U.S. flag from sunrise to sunset on buildings and stationary flagstaffs in the open, but when a patriotic effect is desired the flag may be displayed 24-hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness. Also, the U.S. flag should not be displayed when the weather is inclement, except when an all-weather flag is displayed.
DISPLAYING THE FLAG:
On Same Staff
U.S. flag at peak, above any other flag.
Grouped
U.S. flag goes to its own right. Flags of other nations are flown at same height.
Marching
U.S. flag to marchers right (observer's left).
On Speaker's Platform
When displayed with a speaker's platform, it must be above and behind the speaker. If mounted on a staff it is on the speaker's right.
Decoration
Never use the flag for decoration. Use bunting with the blue on top, then white, then red.
Salute
All persons present in uniform should render the military salute. Members of the armed forces and veterans who are present but not in uniform may render the military salute. All other persons present should face the flag and stand at attention with their right hand over the heart, or if applicable, remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart.
Over a Street Union (stars) face north or east depending on the direction of the street.
Half Staff
On special days, the flag may be flown at half-staff. On Memorial Day it is flown at half-staff until noon and then raised.
Do not let the flag touch the ground.
Do not fly flag upside down unless there is an emergency.
Do not carry the flag flat, or carry things in it.
Do not use the flag as clothing.
Do not store the flag where it can get dirty.
Do not use it as a cover.
Do not fasten it or tie it back. Always allow it to fall free.
Do not draw on, or otherwise mark the flag.FLAG DISPOSAL:
1. The flag should be folded in its customary manner.
2. It is important that the fire be fairly large and of sufficient intensity to ensure complete burning of the flag.
3. Place the flag on the fire.
4. The individual(s) can come to attention, salute the flag, recite the Pledge of Allegiance and have a brief period of silent reflection.
5. After the flag is completely consumed, the fire should then be safely extinguished and the ashes buried.
6. Please make sure you are conforming to local/state fire codes or ordinances.
**UPDATE** June 18th
Lil Wayne has just responded via Twitter to the controversy surrounding him trampling on the American flag while shooting a music video. According to Tunechi he stepped on it by accident.
Wayne has also released a statement via Karen Civil.
It was never my intention to desecrate the flag of the United States of America. I was shooting a video for a song off my album entitled “God Bless Amerika”. The clip that surfaced on the Internet was a camera trick clip that revealed that behind the American Flag was the Hoods of America. In the final edit of the video you will see the flag fall to reveal what is behind it but will never see it on the ground. In most people eyes including my own who were raised in that environment, the Hood is the only America they know and the only America I knew growing up. I was fortunate from my God giving talents to escape the Hood and see the other beautiful places this country has to offer but most people who are born in that environment don’t get that chance. That’s their view of their America. That was Dwayne M Carter from Hollygrove New Orleans view of America. That’s who I’m speaking for in this song. - See more at:
Do you think Wayne is being honest?
