Since Nate Dogg passed away in March 2011 from complications of multiple strokes there has been a fight over his estate between his children and ex-wife, LaToya Calvin. That was settled in November 2012 when LaToya withdrew her petition for control of the estate.
Now a new legal battle looms.TMZ reports that a woman named Shereda Williams filed a creditor's claim against Nate's estate, claiming she's owed $339,924 in unpaid child support.
Shareda claims the late singer was supposed to pay her $4,358 a month for their child born in 2006, but according to her he never made a single payment.
Nate was very ill during the last several years of his life. When he died he didn't leave behind much money, nor did he have a will. His family asked for money to help cover the cost of his funeral.
It will be next to impossible for Shareda to get such a large sum of money from his estate.

The 2013 NFL Draft is fast approaching. Will your favorite team pick stars that will help propel them to he next level? Or crash and burn by picking a few busts? The unpredictability factor is why so many NFL fans grab their favorite beverage and snacks while watching the three-day event intently.
The first round of the draft kicks off on Thursday, April 25th from New York City's Radio City Music Hall during a live telecast on ESPN and the NFL Network. The remaining six rounds will air on April 26th and 27th.
50 Cent will play a major role leading up to the draft. He's filmed a commercial for the NFL, rapping to his new hit single "We Up." The G-Unit mogul will also team with up with The Heavy to perform their song "How You Like Me Now" during the opening segment of ESPN's draft coverage, according to their website.
Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, the 2012 third round pick who led Seattle to a NFC Divisional Playoff game as a rookie, will appear in and voice ESPN’s NFL Draft opening tease. The open will also feature multiplatinum recording artist 50 Cent and English rock band The Heavy performing the group’s hit “How You Like Me Now.” The music of both 50 Cent and The Heavy will also be paired with photos and video of more than 115 prospects — taken during the NFL Scouting Combine in March – throughout ESPN’s draft telecast.

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta cast member Lil Scrappy is a wanted man in his home state of Georgia. As part of his probation agreement the rapper is supposed to submit monthly urine samples to make sure he's not taking any drugs.
During his March visit to see his probation officer Scrappy, real name Darryl Richardson II, submitted a sample that was cold to the touch. Believing it had been tampered with, police asked him to submit a second sample, which he refused to do according to TMZ.
The rapper denied the tampering claims and left. A warrant for his arrest was then issued citing his refusal to submit a fresh sample as a probation violation.
"It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson," his attorney Mawuli Mel Davis, told TMZ. "Since Mr. Richardson’s release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation."
Scrappy will reportedly turn himself in next week. VH1 will be on hand to film it for Love and Hip Hop.
The rapper is on probation for a 2008 weed charge. He's been ordered not to smoke pot and consume alcohol.

WATERTOWN, Mass.— Police said they had taken the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings into custody here Friday night, after a day of intense searching that shut down daily life across a large swath of greater Boston.
Shortly after 8 p.m., police surrounded a boat stored behind a home in East Watertown, a short distance away from where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, had been last seen. Authorities said they believed Tsarnaev was inside the boat, which had been covered in a tarp. He was thought to be wounded but alive: television crews reported that they could hear police calling his name, attempting to induce his surrender.
The other suspect in the bombings, Tsarnaev’s 26-year-old brother, Tamerlan, was killed early Friday morning after a shootout with police in another section of Watertown.
Also Friday, a report from Russian television cited the men’s mother as saying her older son had previously been interviewed by the FBI because of his interest in radical Islamic teachings. The FBI confirmed that agents in Boston had interviewed the elder Tsarnaev in 2011, on behalf of an unspecified foreign government that suspected he had ties to a terrorist organization. But the FBI found nothing warranting further investigation.
The standoff with the younger Tsarnaev began just minutes after a press conference in which authorities had conceded that a daylong search for Tsarnaev had come up empty. They had said they did not know where the fugitive was, but would still lift a “shelter in place” order anyway.
“You can get back out, as long as you are vigilant,” said Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (D).
As night fell again here, the Tsarnaevs had become a new lesson in the awful magnifying power of terrorism. Two unremarkable brothers, armed with low-tech bombs and no apparent escape plan, had allegedly killed four people, injured more than 170, and then held one of America’s great cities in terror for a full day. And counting.
While law enforcement officers continued to look for Tsarnaev, investigators in Washington and elsewhere began seeking to understand what had turned them to violence.
The Tsarnaev brothers are of Chechen heritage. Both were born in the Caucusus region, a cauldron fought over by Chechen separatists, Russian security forces, Islamic extremists and organized crime. They had emigrated legally, and lived for years in the Boston area, where their father, Anzor, was an auto mechanic.
In the past, both men had embraced American passions, according to friends and neighbors. Tamerlan, 26, was an accomplished boxer, with a wife and child. Dzhokhar was a wrestler at Cambridge’s public high school, who went on to attend the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.

With the death of Boston Marathon suspect Tamerlan Tsarnayev, and the manhunt still on for his 19-year old brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the city of Boston and surrounding areas remain on lock down.
Authorities are positive that those two men are responsible for the explosions that killed 3 people and left hundreds more wounded. However, their mother is accusing the U.S. of setting her sons up.
Zubeidat Tsarnaeva spoke to Russia Today from Makhachkala, Russia.
"I am 100% sure that this is a set up," said Tsarnaeva. "My two sons are really innocent. Neither of them never have talked about whatever they're saying about now. And what I want to say is my youngest son was raised from 8-years [old] in America. And my oldest son he really properly raised. In our house nobody talked about terrorism. My son, Tamerlan, he got involved in religious politics 5 years ago. He started following his own religious aspects, and he never told me he would be on the side of Jihad. My son would never do this. It is a set up. He was controlled by [the] FBI for 5 years. They knew what my son was doing. They knew what actions and what disguise on the internet he was going. Whatever information he's getting, they're controlling him. So, how could this happen? They were controlling every step of him. They are saying today that this is a terrorist act. This is not true."
When asked to explain why her sons were involved in the violent firefight with police this morning and threw explosives out of the window of their vehicle, Tsarnaeva insisted it wasn't true.
"I never believed into it," she said, speaking broken English. "I know my son never spoke about those things. I am a mother. I raised them. The FBI was scared of my oldest son. They always told me that he's a leader. They're afraid of him and think he's a leader. He talks about Islam a lot. [An] official called me and told me my son was an excellent boy. At the same time they were saying he was getting information from the extremist side. They were very afraid of him. That's why I think it was a set up."
Both brothers are of Chechen descent. Islam is the predominant religion in Chechnya.
In an interview with the Associated Press, Anzor Tsarnaev also claimed his sons were set up.
"They were set up, they were set up!" he exclaimed. "I saw it on television; they killed my older son Tamerlan."
