James Brown's body is missing from its crypt, according to his daughter.

The remains of the singer - who died on Christmas Day 2006 (25.12.06) of a suspected heart attack aged 73 - were being held at his daughter Deanna's house in South Carolina while a public mausoleum is being prepared.

However, LaRhonda Pettit, one of James' illegitimate daughters, claims the body of the 'Papa's Got A Brand New Bag' singer has gone missing to prevent her carrying out an autopsy to determine the true cause of his death.

LaRhonda, 48, is convinced James was actually killed by people trying to get his money.

She said: "My daddy's body has disappeared. I have no clue where it was taken, but I need to know where.

"I'm convinced his death was suspicious and I want the people responsible brought to justice.

"The only way to do that is to exhume his body and have an autopsy. I cannot understand why one was never conducted
."

LaRhonda is one of a dozen people to come forward after James' death and claim to be one of his children, and in 2007 she took a DNA test which gave a result that he was 99.9 per cent likely to be her father.

She claims James had an affair with her mother in the 60s.

The soul singer - who was known as the 'Godfather of Soul' - had nine children by four wives and his will named six children as beneficiaries, not including LaRhonda.

LaRhonda added to America's Globe newspaper: "It was common knowledge that my daddy took illegal drugs.

"He was also hooked on various prescription painkillers. At the very least there were enablers who helped cause his death."

Lady Gaga continues to push the envelope with both her music and videos.

Her latest visuals come courtesy of the very trippy "Telephone" featuring Beyonce.

Compared to most by the numbers music videos these days this is very good. It starts off with Gaga in jail being kinky as usual. Fast forward to Beyonce picking her up and that's where the two start to dish out some devilish fun.

At a restaurant the two serve up a special Gaga dish of poison to Tyrese Gibson and others.

From there they make a getaway in their "Pussy Wagon"

It's not going to be hard to find 85 women who want to date Chad Ochocinco.

On Thursday, VH1 announced that the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver, who this week is in Los Angeles training for ABC's Dancing With the Stars, will star in a reality dating show this summer.

"The Tournament" will start with Ochocinco finding 85 women interested in dating him. Then, during the first of 10 episodes, Ochocinco will narrow the playing field down to 16 -- four from each region of the country. That's when the real competition begins.

"Ochocinco is one of the most electrifying individuals in sports today. His bigger-than-life personality on- and off-the-field and his notorious skills as a social networker, connecting daily with his fans, makes him a perfect fit for VH1," said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President of VH1, in a statement. "This show will not only give viewers a look inside his professional life, but also reveal his softer more romantic side when playing a very different kind of game."

Lil Wayne has been told by prison officials that he will not be allowed to sign autographs while in jail.

This must come as bad news to some of the correctional officers who have been reported to be acting like fans instead of guards in Weezy's presence.

According to TMZ a rep for the Correction Officer's Benevolent Association has told them officials issued the no autograph mandate because "Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in here."

I'm sure this isn't a big deal for Wayne, just one less hassle to deal with while serving his one year bid.

Just like many of their hip-hop and R&B peers, Nina Sky utilize Twitter to promote their musical stylings and keep fans in tune with their movement. Recently, the twin duo took to the social-networking site to voice concerns over a stalemate they’re experiencing with their record label, Polo Grounds Music.

Starting a new campaign today… ‘Nina Sky Doesn’t Play Polo,’” they tweeted on Wednesday (March 10). “For months we’ve had a complete album, ready for release. Y’all wanna know what’s really goin’ on? Nothing [and] that’s the problem. We released [two] videos and singles without support from our label. All good… Stayed positive. After months of no movement, we asked to be released [and] still nothing. No acknowledgment from the President of our label, Bryan Leach. Bottom line, we want to be released. If you’re really down with our movement, holler [at] Bryan Leach.”

Nicole and Natalie, who comprise Nina Sky, originally signed with Polo Grounds Music in 2006, after an amicable release from Universal Records. Since then, the sonic dyad feels label president Bryan Leach has not kept his end of the bargain after they formed a union. “Upon signing, [Bryan said] he wasn’t gonna do what Universal did and shelve our [second] album, [Starting Today],” Natalie reveals to Rap-Up.com. “He was gonna get us in the studio, we were gonna complete our album, and we were gonna release it. Now obviously we don’t expect that to happen overnight; it takes time and we have to get in with different producers. It took like two years to complete [the album] to the point where we were happy with it. He didn’t stay true to his word.”

Though Nina Sky admits Leach pushed their first single, “Curtain Call” featuring Rick Ross, the bulk of the work has since come from them. “Me and Nicole are not gonna sit on our asses and not do anything,” Natalie says. “On our own, we did a video for ‘On Some Bull—-’ to warm people up for what was to come. He didn’t move with that. Then we decided to do another video ['Beautiful People'] to help the push. Why be signed to a label if they’re not gonna help you?

Failed attempts to reach Leach regarding their project resulted in the candid Twitter blasts. “We met with him, and he said, ‘I’ll give you a call in a week,’” Nicole discloses. “This meeting happened three months ago. We haven’t received that call yet. But we’ll get emails saying, ‘Call me now,’ then when we do, he’ll say, ‘I’m in a meeting for another two hours.’ He strings us along.

As a result of the issues with Polo Grounds, previously recorded Nina Sky songs have gone to other artists, namely SRC Records pop singer Shontelle. Producers Bruno and Phil gave ‘DJ Made Me Do It’—originally composed for and recorded by Nina Sky—to the Bajan singer. “That wasn’t a record that we necessarily wrote, but we conceptualized it,” Nicole states. “That record screamed ‘Nina Sky’—singing, DJing. [Shontelle's] version is me scratching on her record. Records that we have done are getting given away to other artists because Bryan Leach hasn’t paid for them.” Natalie continues, “The fact of the matter is, we lost a great record that was something we put our heart and souls into.

While some may criticize their choice to ask for a release from their label publicly, the group, currently the faces of Rachel Roy’s ad campaign and featured on Major Lazer’s single, “Keep It Goin’ Louder,” have only one agenda: pleasing their fans. “The reason we went to Twitter is because it’s our direct connection to the people who support the Nina Sky movement,” Nicole says. “On a daily basis, we get questioned about when our album is coming out. How many times are we gonna put up a front and lie to these people, like, ‘It’s coming, it’s coming.’ We don’t have those answers, so we’re gonna give you the contact information of the person who does. As an artist, you’re conditioned to think if you say anything you’ll get blacklisted. You have to be honest with yourself about what’s happening. Your career is not over when you put things like this out there.”

Although Raekwon, Method Man and Ghostface Killah are putting out the Wu Massacre album together, you shouldn't consider the trio a group — their group will always be the Wu-Tang Clan.

"We're not doing this to win. We're not doing this to bring Wu-Tang to the forefront. We're not doing this to save the group. We're a part of the group," Method Man said recently in New York. "This album could have been done by Deck, U-God and GZA. Either/or, it's still Wu-Tang. The bottom line with this LP, it was something fans always requested. It's like, what else was we doing? It was a given. Hopefully, we can all get back in the studio and get enough time to really work on an LP."

Although Meth and his fellow Clansmen were excited to make Wu Massacre, they didn't get as much time locked in the lab as they wanted. Def Jam was eager to get the album out to ride the wave of the critical success for Meth and Redman's Blackout 2, Ghostface's Wizard of Poetry and Rae's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx ... Pt. II.

"Def Jam put a rush on it," Meth said. "We didn't have a lot of time to work on it. We recorded with no budget. It is what it is. We did this for the fans. It felt good to get in the studio with Rae and Ghost. The future looks bright."

The LP features the three swordsmen and a host of guests, including Ghost's son Sun God and Method Man's close friend Street Life. Only a handful of songs, however, feature Meth, Rae and Ghost together.

"It's a couple of joints on there you're gonna like," Rae said. "We're not all on the same joint, because we think that's kinda corny. 'Let him get his off. Y'all two do that. I don't gotta be there.' Or 'We do that. You don't have to be there.' It's an album to get back on the mic and do what we do over hot beats. When you think of Wu, you look at it as, we make hot albums. We don't make great singles that's gonna take off. We always focus on the body of the work. We focus on the album and make sure you get a chance to vibe with us for an hour or so."

Meth, Rae and Ghost didn't get a lot of time to spend in the studio because of their individual schedules. Some songs were pulled from unreleased recordings, and Ghostface acted as the main curator for the album.

"A lot of the production was dealt with through us playing phone tag," Rae said. "Ghost had a lot to do with really binding the album together. It's a great album. I think the people gonna enjoy it. One thing about me that I could say is, lyrically, it's never been a problem for us to deliver. It's great production on the album. RZA is on there. A couple of other soldiers we work with is on there. If you're a ride-or-die Wu-Tang fan, and you know where we coming from, you're gonna enjoy this one."

One of the LP's immediate standouts is "Meth vs. Chef 2." Over dramatic horns, Rae and Meth trade verses, trying to be iller than the other.

"Sh-- on your crew, n---as it's Wu, rap athlete/ The track shoe bigger than you," Meth rhymes on the record. "I sneeze on the track and get atchu."

Rae answers: "Y'all rappers gonna feel my pain/ But the other way around, when it's going down/ I'm gonna reign."

Amber Rose was spotted out on the town recently looking really hot.

Kanye West's girlfriend was rocking tight black see through spandex leaving very little to the imagination.

Yeezy took a big L in 2009 for the Taylor Swift incident, but he definitely won with Amber in my opinion.

What do you guys think?

Aswad Ayinde raped his daughters — impregnating three of them — because, he declared, the world was ending and his offspring would be the sole survivors, his former wife testified in state court Wednesday.

He was having regular relationships with all the girls,” said Beverly Ayinde, appearing calm and collected during a pre-trial hearing before state Superior Court Judge Raymond A. Reddin in Paterson. “I wasn’t fighting back. I was afraid to fight back.

Beverly Ayinde said all the children were home-schooled. No one saw a doctor. The grandchildren were delivered by Aswad Ayinde himself, with her assistance, she said. There weren’t even birth certificates.

In all, five of Ayinde’s daughters were allegedly raped. Four of the alleged victims were the daughters of Beverly. Three of those four daughters bore six children by their natural father, who threatened to kill the family if anyone revealed the dark family secret, Beverly Ayinde testified.

When Ayinde was arrested in July 2006, prosecutors described him as a “blueblood,” or someone who believes in keeping his bloodlines pure. Ayinde (also known as Eric McGill), 50, of Atlantic City, will be tried in five separate cases for his alleged crimes against each individual victim.

The first trial is expected to be scheduled this spring, when he faces counts of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, lewdness, child endangerment, aggravated criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact. Reddin will decide on March 12 as to what portions of Beverly Ayinde’s testimony is admissible in the first case.

The defendant’s wife is not named as a victim in the myriad sexual assault charges against him, which apply only to alleged acts against his five daughters. But she said they were all subject to brutal beatings, often deprived food and threatened with death.

During one period, sex occurred in an abandoned funeral home in East Orange with no heat that Ayinde had bought and made the family live in, Ms. Ayinde testified. He eventually renovated one room and lived in it by himself, while the rest of the family was made to live in the dilapidated portion, she said. During another period in their relationship, she said, she miscarried twins after her husband made her carry the corpse of the family’s great dane to its grave in a rolled-up carpet.

The family was always on the move, living mostly in Paterson, Eatontown, East Orange, Orange and Brooklyn, she said. By 2002, they separated after a family acquaintance who discovered what was happening offered Beverly Ayinde a place to stay.

During this time, [the defendant] was running from the police, so things were sort of scattered,” she said. “DYFS was looking for him, the police were looking for him.”

She later added: “He was no longer living under the same roof as us. I also got a restraining order. I just attempted to live life without him.

Beverly Ayinde had a total of nine children with the defendant during their marriage, which began in 1977 and ended in divorce last October. She noted that they had been separated since 2002.

More than a dozen plastic bags of cocaine were found in the Gucci purse belonging to a member of the pop group Girlicious after the entertainer and another man were pulled over for speeding, authorities said Wednesday.

Natalie Mejia, 21, of Diamond Bar was being held Wednesday in Glendale City Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine for sale or distribution, said Glendale police Sgt. Tom Lorenz. Also arrested on the same charge is 28-year-old Peter Asencio of Burbank.

Natalie Mejia

They were pulled over at Victory Boulevard and Winchester Avenue near an onramp to the Ventura Freeway around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday after an officer noticed a 1998 Ford Mustang speeding through traffic, Lorenz said.

Mejia, who was a passenger in the car and had just dined at a restaurant in Burbank, was heading to the airport and late for a flight, police said.

Police determined that Asencio was driving with suspended driver's license.

A search of the car turned up the bags containing what appeared to be cocaine in Mejia’s Gucci purse, Lorenz said. Mejia told officers the drugs did not belong to her and that she did not know how they got into her purse.
Lorenz said a preliminary investigation found the drugs may have been placed in her purse by Asencio, although investigators are trying to determine Mejia's role through further interviews and forensics testing.

Mejia posted $30,000 bail Wednesday afternoon and is due in court April 15.

Mugshot

"You see this day in and day out," Lorenz said. "I certainly hope that drugs are not a part of her life, because drugs, quicker than anything else, will destroy a person's career, their family and their life. I hope there’s an awakening if she’s not culpable for those drugs.

Despite naysayers' talk that the duet album between T-Pain and Lil Wayne will never happen, Mr. Pain says the project is very much still alive, just on hold.

"The T-Wayne album, we're actually gonna wait until he gets out," Pain said about Weezy's jail time. "He has so much going on. He has Rebirth out right now. I don't wanna interrupt that. We just gonna wait until he gets out to really get in on that. We recorded a bunch of songs. But, right now, it's time for him and his personal sh--. We definitely got an album's worth of material, but it's only an album's worth. It's nothing to pick from. We just got an album. We can put out whatever we feel like and say, 'Hey, this is T-Wayne's album,' or we can actually try to make it good. Like we're actually trying to make an album and say, 'This is the good T-Wayne album.' Rather than just record 12 songs and say, 'Here you go, mutha----as! I know you want it. You gonna buy it anyway, just 'cause you think it's good.' "

Pain, who always has a joke up his sleeve or in his top hat, had a lighthearted response when asked what he thought of his supergroup teammate having to go to prison.

"It happens, man," the singer said. "People go to jail. That's something he's gotta go through. I'm happy it's not f---ing 10 years. That's just something that's going on. I know his commissary [prison store] is ridiculous. He's got so much money in his commissary. You think Baby is gonna let him sit up in there and eat Doritos? Wayne got [his food] coming with steaks. ... I know what's going on there.

"Young Money is still there also. He's in the studio 24/7," Pain added. "It's gonna be like Tupac. You still gonna get 1,000 songs from Wayne. You ain't gonna miss nothing. It's gonna be like he never went to jail. I'm pretty sure they're gonna put out a gang of songs. I'm pretty sure they're gonna do a 'Free Lil Wayne' campaign. That's how it goes."

Ludacris And Bill O'Reilly End 7 Year Beef

Ludacris and conservative talk show host Bill O'Reilly have ended their long running beef.

According to RadarOnline, it happened at a recent event the two were both attending.

Ludacris decided enough was enough and approached the host of Fox's 'O'Reilly Factor' to settle their differences.

"The first thing I said to him was, 'I want to meet the guy who has had so much to say about me, but knows absolutely nothing about me'," says Ludacris.

"I identified that I wanted to speak to him when I saw his name on the guest list. I looked at what table he was on, and I walked my a** straight to that table.

He wasn't expecting to see me, at all. The look on his face when he saw me approaching... priceless."

The two had been feuding ever since O'Reilly got Pepsi to drop Ludacris as a spokesperson seven years ago.

Bill cited such Luda lyrics as "I'm DUI, hardly ever caught sober, and you about to get ran the f--- over. Grab the peels, cuz we robbin' tonight. Beat the s--- outta security. We startin' a fight."

At the time O'Reilly called Pepsi ''immoral'' for giving exposure to the top-selling rapper.

Alls well that ends well however, as the pair have patched up their differences and even hosted a charity event together recently.

Ludacris added, "I prayed since the very first moment that Bill said something about me on television that I would be able to meet him in person.

"It took about seven years for that to happen, but it finally happened. And the joy that came over me, well, it was outstanding."
