Lil Boosie is literally in a fight for his life, and he and his lawyers are doing everything they can to get him off the hook before the trial even starts.
Boosie claims District Attorney Hillar Moore III has a vendetta against him and only sought murder charges after hearing a song by Boosie dissing the D.A. titled "F*ck Em All."
"F*ck the D.A. and the lawyers/your racist ass is going to hell/You'll probably be dead when I come out of jail ya old bitch," Boosie raps on the song.
Jason Williams, the attorney for Boosie whose real name is Torrence Hatch, has filed a motion asking that Boosie be removed from the case.
"Mr. Moore learned of these disparaging comments and within 10 days of hearing these remarks, he prepared a case against Torrence Hatch to bring before a grand jury when the individuals actually responsible for this crime had been in custody for quite some time," court papers read
Boosie and two others including a 17 year old, who was the alleged trigger man are accused of killing 39-year old Terry Boyd in a turf war.
The motion will be heard June 22 according to Contact Music.

Already making big moves in the game, Fred The Godson plans on holding onto his spot for a while.
Fred The G spoke with Swagg DVD about the amount of love he's been getting from his peers and the hard work he's putting in to earn it.
"Saturday night I could be doing a lot of things, but you see where I'm at [in the studio]. You got a lot of people that want me now because of the work ethic as far as the lyrics, the videos and the freestyles. It's just everything to do with hard work. You gotta want to do it. Some people wanna do it halfway, if you take it halfway I don't think this game is for you," he said.
Fred has also gotten big co-signs from Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel and Rakim. He talks about what that feels like.
"That's motivation enough to keep going, these are rappers I look up to," Fred says. "Jay is one of the best ever. Beans I always looked at as one of my favorites and I would never guess in like a week turnaround, me tearing down a showcase, couple of days later I'd be in front of him rapping and he'd be blown away by it and the rest is history."
Being young in the game, Fred still hasn't had the chance to work with all of the producers and rapper's he would like to. He names the top 5 in each category he'd like to link up with.
"Producers that I would like to work with I would say definitely Just Blaze, Dr Dre, DJ Khalil's a beast and Teddy Riley, I need one of them old school Guy joints," Fred said. "Top rappers off the top, Big Pun and Biggie are my favorites, but their untimely demise messed everything up so I wouldn't even put them at the top 5. I'm just gonna say I wish, rest in peace. But the top 5 rappers that I'd love that I think is crazy is Jay, of course 50 [Cent], Nas, Eminem and my boy Jadakiss."
Peep the rest of interview as Fred talks about his battles with asthma, kidney problems and diabetes and a lot more.

From what I can gather, this brawl started out as a fender bender in the parking lot of a Denny's in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Both parties wind up inside the restaurant where two separate fights between them break out.
The 1st fight was between two men, as one rained down punches on a guy who didn't even fight back.
The second fight involved two women who were with the 1st guy that got his ass kicked against a woman I can only assume came with the winner of the 1st fight. But by that time he had left.
Anyway, both of those chicks get their asses whipped, making that three ass beatings on the same party in a span of about 5 minutes, lol.

Holy Family men's basketball coach John O'Conner has been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation as to whether or not he assaulted one of his players.
During a late January practice the coach knocked down and kicked sophomore Matt Kravchuk, causing the player to bleed from the mouth and injure his wrist.
"It was totally out of line for my coach to do," Kravchuk said. "We were just doing a drill and the next thing I know I'm on the floor."
O'Conner then screams at Kravchuk, "You got a little f*cking blood on you huh? ... good." When Kravchuk tells him he's the one that caused the blood, O'Conner gets even madder, sending him off the court yelling "get the f*ck outta here!"
Officials at the Division II school didn't reprimand the coach until after Kravchuk filed a police report nearly a month later.
"It aapeared to me that they were sweeping this under the rug," Kravchuk's lawyer said. "They told them [the player's family] that it had been handled, that the coach had been disciplined, refused to them what. They're still not being forthright as to what the suspension is. And our goal at this point is to make sure this coach is dealt with appropriately."
What do you think the school should do with the coach? Suspend him without pay or fire him?
"Tight pants n*ggas can't stand them now/F*ck em all except Danny Brown" - Sean Price 'Barry Ruff'
Hip hop has a line right down the middle and you're either on one side or the other. Those that wear skinny jeans and those that don't.
One rapper that rocks skinnies, but gets mad respect from those that don't is Detroit rapper Danny Brown.
All it takes is one listen to his mixtape 'The Hybrid" and you'll understand why.
Brown was almost signed to G-Unit last year, and even put out a mixtape with Tony Yayo titled 'Hawaiian Snow.'
He covers this month's issue of the Detroit Metro Times and tells then his didn't get signed to G-Unit for one simple reason.
“50 didn’t sign me because I wore skinnies,” he told the magazine. "It’s about confidence too because it’s a lot of niggas that they won’t do shit because they’re thinking about how another nigga gone think about them ,Where me, personally, I don’t dress for niggas I dress for bitches.”
Don't get it twisted though, Brown won't be doing any dance records like "Teach Me How To Dougie" anytime soon. He keeps his rhymes geared toward the street.
“I used to sell crack out of apartments off Clairmount and Third. Most of the stuff that I rap about is the truth. The line, ‘was so thirsty dog sold a pregnant bitch crack,’ that’s true. I really did that shit. She was smacking herself and everything. It definitely wasn’t a good time in my life," Brown said.

I wonder how many takes it took to get the whole video finished.
Really good editing, and just plain hilarious.
