TMZ reports she passed away Friday, February 23, in Massachusetts. Her immediate cause of death was not known, but she has battled kidney issues and possibly was in line for a transplant.
Ensa had been one of her dad's biggest advocates as he deals with multiple accusations of sexual assault. She is the second of Cosby's children to pass away.
His son Ennis Cosby was murdered in 1997 during a failed robbery attempt in Los Angeles. He was 27-years old.

Sherra Wright appeared in a Memphis courtroom Monday, February 26, and pleaded not guilty during her formal arraignment.
Wright is accused of orchestrating the 2010 murder of her ex-husband, former NBA star Lorenzen Wright. She's been indicted for conspiracy, criminal attempted first-degree and first-degree murder.
Police say Wright recruited Billy Turner to carry out the crime. He's facing identical charges.
According to Fox 13, Lorenzen was last seen alive on July 18, 2010 when he left his ex-wife's home. The next day police received a call from Lorenzen's phone, but it ended following gunfire.
The 34-year old's body was discovered on July 28, 2010. He had been shot multiple times. The alleged murder weapon was found in a lake near Walnut, Mississippi on November 9, 2017.
Wright and Turner will both appear in court again on March 19.

NBA YoungBoy aka YoungBoy Never Broke Again is in police custody after being picked up on outstanding warrants Saturday, February 24.
TMZ reports that YoungBoy, born Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was in Tallahassee, Florida for a show at The Moon nightclub when his tour bus was pulled over by police.
When cops boarded the bus they ran the rapper's name through the system and discovered he was wanted in Waycross, Georgia on assault, weapons violations and kidnapping charges.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office shows the 18-year old was booked for being an out of state fugitive from justice. He's scheduled to appear in court Monday.
San Antonio rapper and APE Life boss, Chris P, tragically lost his life early Saturday morning, February 24.
The San Antonio-Express News reports that the 25-year old, born Chris Polk, had just left the Ice Lounge shortly after 2 a.m. when a silver SUV pulled up beside him and opened fire. Another vehicle then got in front of Polk and began shooting.
Polk, who was driving, was hit multiple times. He was pronounced dead on the scene. A passenger in his vehicle was shot in the hand, but managed to grab the steering wheel and stop the car. He was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
The suspects are still at large, according to police.
Polk gained national exposure in 2017 when he ended up in possession of 22 Savage aka Funny Mike's snatched chain. In an interview with Say Cheese TV, he said he'd be willing to return it for a $20,000 fee.
