Video: Prophett - Hold On To Me

12353049875?profile=original
When it comes to getting your body moving, and getting the beats and vibes juicin’, Prophett means serious business with his latest single “Hold Onto Me”.

Accompanied by an official music video with some scenic and dynamically shot cinematography, this track is one for the books on Prophett‘s catalogue of catchy releases with his vibrantly hooky style. This song comes out swinging in the first frame and never wavers. The funky and fresh beat with a perfect Hip Hop and Salsa combo gives this song the versatility it needs to truly stand out. Whether it’s in your favorite club hotspot or Sony Xplodes car system, this track should be spinning, no matter the occasion.

This song, like the video portrays, gives us a tasteful insight into Prophett‘s craft, sing-songy vocal style, image and swagger that’s properly presented with beautiful outdoor scenery and all about “rocking” throughout the night. It’s a track that really puts the audio and imagery on equal playing grounds and truly gives this single the best platform and portrayal it could muster. The lyrics are masterfully smooth, the production value is top notch, and this song is mainstream-worthy in every way.

If this is the first time discovering Prophett, you’ll be seriously glad you did.

Underground recording artist "Gruney" came in had with his new single "MONEY." With a lit energetic hook, and some hard, vocab filled verses, Gruney drops into the game with a release that shows he is clearly after that bag. Lyrically shining Gruney spits on a lavish life and keeping his mind on the paper. A spacey type instrumental fills the background and will definitely help make this an instant replay. Check it out today available for free streaming on the popular Soundcloud App/Website.

Ok, I don't have alot of back story for this project and was struggling to find some, so I'll give mine. As I was listening to my Pandora Radio the other, I looked into indie and unknown artists and started a station. In the mix I heard a single titled "Coolie High" by artist XAVR and Jaaant. Now the song itself had quickly caught me with the beat and lyrical content. When I seen the title I was sold as "Cooley High" is one of my favorite films. Following a few repeats I was hungry for more and search for the artists. What I came across became an immediate classic in my book.

The title artist is given as "$ammy J," with the title of the project being "N.$.D" and gave me more of a compilation vibe. The 13 track project featured a slew of talented and different emcees and artists. Each one bringing a lyrical skill to the mic that not only set them apart from each other...but apart from everything being produced and called hip hop today.

Already hooked, I was sold once I reached track 10. The single "Starting Over" by Verb Wayz, was not only a total different lane than the rest of the project....but something I haven't had the pleasure of hearing in a while. Real R-N-B music. I mean REAL. A true singer. No auto tune or mass over lays. Just raw God given talent with an amazing presence. A-Z this project is an all out classic presentation of music. And a strong statement that true writers and performers still create beautiful music.

As i said, I was not able to find alot of information...but I did find whats important. Great Music. The "N.$.D" project is available on all major streaming and distribution platforms.

Huffpost -- A 14-year-old Florida girl is facing grand theft charges after she allegedly stole a pizza delivery driver’s car early Wednesday morning.

Police in Lee County said Josie Bigelow ordered two pizzas and had them sent to a neighbor’s house in Lehigh Heights.

When the driver went to the door to deliver the pizzas, Bigelow allegedly popped out of some nearby bushes and stole his unlocked 2006 Ford Taurus, according to The Smoking Gun.

The driver, 49-year-old Christopher Cook, told deputies he was walking to the front door when he saw a person come out from the woods, get into his car and drive away along a canal, according to Fort Myers station WBBH.

Police said Bigelow first drove to Lehigh Acres Middle School, but when a policeman approached the car, she drove off quickly. Her wild ride was tracked by a police helicopter, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

She was eventually apprehended about six miles away from her house.

Bigelow was charged with grand theft of an automobile and taken to a Juvenile Assessment center. She was later released.

Bigelow’s father, Joseph Bigelow, told WBBH that his daughter’s plan was to meet her boyfriend.

“I sent the cop text messages of her and her boyfriend talking about robbing people and all that,” he said, adding this daughter “needs a (rear end) whipping ... That, and jail.”

Meanwhile, Cook gave the pizzas that were ordered under false pretenses to the responding officers.

Cool Running’s DJs very own, DJ Ms. Hypnotique, Palm Tree Entertainment, SODMG and Team SCM affiliate, made her live DJ debut on Wild’ N Out.

@DJMsHypnotique Takes Over Wild'N Out DJ Booth

This mixtress not only wow’d the audience with her inner and outer beauty, but she did a great DJ set while Soulja Boy, the hottest rapper in the game, performed live. We got some insight from her to see what the experience was like.

“Aside from all the hype and the crazy energy, being at the live taping of the hip-hop improv show “Wild ‘N Out” isn’t much different from watching the show itself. I got a chance to be on set with some amazing, truly funny people. My favorite part, of course, was when I actually got to DJ, and the guest that I DJ’d for was none other than my brother, Soulja Boy @souljaboy.
Wild ’N Out is exactly just that… Wild! If you’ve ever seen the show, you know it’s hilarious and when you add that Soulja spin on it, it’s even more amazing since it was him who “started” this wave. There wasn’t a seat within the circular set that was free from the view of cameras and the audience was rarely quiet. The cast was outstanding and even funnier in person. Even when the show wasn’t filming, laughter and cheers filled the room as the cast poked fun at the audience and encouraged dance competitions.
I got the chance to meet Nick Cannon in person and was shocked that he was more down-to-earth than I thought he would be since a lot of celebrities act one way with the fans and act another way on television. He was very humble and welcoming and didn’t mind taking pictures with the guests. What was most interesting is that he was surprised to see a female DJ on the set behind the turntables. Once I started, he looked to the DJ booth and had to do a double take and wore an amusingly shocked expression on his face as he pointed toward the booth. THAT was THE BEST moment for me. I was proud of all the work that had been done to get me to that point and very proud of my team: my manager Jay Shields, CEO and Team SCM, my PTE family and all those who have helped me along the way.
I enjoyed every moment of this experience and didn’t want to leave and it is a part of my career that I’ll never forget. Fortunately for you, you’ll get a chance to see some pics and videos this week starting with the debate of Season 13 and an all new episode!

Great job DJ Ms. Hypnotique!!!

BTF aka BEHINDTHEFRAMES was born in New York and raised in Florida.

During his earlier years, he fell in love with Rap. With a strong sense of self and pride, his presence gives a statement that you don't have to pretend to be something you're not to be a Rapper. Giving full respect and appreciation to all legends, for his storytelling flow is influenced from a wide range of Rap/HipHop classics; BTF strives to honor the genre by maintaining the genuine essence of it. In hopes of earning the respect from not only the game, but the artists of generations before. Being a private school student, he was surrounded by doubt; even within himself he began to question "How can I make this happen?". He was well aware of the obvious factors that were going to be against him. Studying the art form, he began to gain the drive to prove himself. Throughout high school he released tracks that started getting attention as he paved his own way. Looking up to other

Rappers, BTF saw what being a transcending

artist required. Keeping it honest while inspiring others to chase their dreams no matter the odds, he began to work. After recording at UBP Studios in Plantation, FL and releasing two mixtapes (BTF & BTF2), he started working under Ramont Green of Royalty & Respect management. In December of 2016, BTF earned Indie Artist Of The Week on HipHopzilla.com for his song "Gettin To It".

Marcoof500 is an emerging hip-hop and music industry entrepreneur on a steady grind to the top from the underground rap world. His first album ‘The Travels of Marco’ launched him onto the airwaves in 2018, with a number of singles from the release, most notably fan-favourite ‘Take Me Away’. Gaining the rapper a steady cult following online, put him in good stead for future releases. Influenced by artists like Lil JoJo, Tay Sav and PBG, his sound is fresh and innovative.

Much like his approach to music, Marco’s career is that of a unique one. Taking the do-it-yourself ethos to extreme levels and starting his own label ‘500entertainmentllc’ straight off the bat. The Virginia (USA) born musician has been a seasoned, full-time artist and entrepreneur for years now. Touring as far as Japan, California all the way to Hawaii, amassing a following in the tens of thousands in the process.

His second release ‘Kitchen Chronicles’ landed in August 2018, shortly after his debut, again just more evidence of Marco’s fierce work ethic. Unlike his first album, the four-track EP takes a more story-telling, lyrical approach, whilst still maintaining an energy ‘hype’ aesthetic to the sparkly, high-octane production. From the swaggy turn-up hooks on bangers like ‘Honchson’, to the feel-good, smooth narrative-fueled bars of stand-out tracks like ‘Crocs and a Towel’. Nearly every track Marco writes is banger-material, or at the very least, catchy as hell.

His current project ‘Marco the Merchant’, is already in the works and due to be released soon. As suggested in the title Marco the Merchant will be a more personal release, expressing Marco’s own personal journey and struggle since deciding to be an entrepreneur. Being a true self-starter who came from nothing and constantly striving for more success in order to feed his family. Branching out into various sectors within music, such as selling merch through his highly-successful clothing brand ‘500 Cartel’. A brand that has garnered a substantial following online, He also owns his own studio, making the production of his music and getting the message out there much easier. Although influenced by a range of other top-tier rap artists, as well as enjoying the thrill of writing and releasing new material. Often taking experiences from life in his lyrics and finding new and interesting ways of melding bars together. Marco notes his true inspiration comes from striving to be better for him and for the respect of his fans.

In anticipation of the upcoming "Marco The Merchant" project, Mrcoof500 has pre-released the single "Pesos." And amped up street anthem with a laid back lyrical approach, Marco picked a good track to be the prelude to the album. Check it out below, and turn the volume all the way up. From there put in your pre-order and prepare to receive some much needed real street hip hop!
