More details are coming to light regarding the arrest on Monday, January 16, of "Tax Season" podcast host Taxstone.

The New York Times reports that a federal complaint against Taxstone, born, Daryl Campbell, indicates that his DNA was found on the trigger, hand grip and magazine of the 9-millimeter Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun used in the May 25, 2016 shooting at Irving Plaza in New York City, that left Ronald McPhatter dead and three people wounded, including rapper Troy Ave injured.

Tax allegedly had the weapon before entering the green room backstage during the T.I. concert. After the shooting, he reportedly flees with Troy chasing him while firing the Kel-Tec.

As we previously reportedU.S. Marshals New York, New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and the New York Police Department arrested Taxstone Monday morning at his aunt's home in Brooklyn, New York.

He faces federal weapon possession charges and is scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday, January 17.

“We look forward to reading the complaint from the government," Tax's attorney Ken Montgomery told the New York Daily News“He’s doing as best he can for anybody charged with a federal crime. He’s a smart young man, and he’s concerned about his family, like anyone would be.”

73791423?profile=original

The Troy Ave/Taxstone beef dates back at least five years. In a 2015 interview with Baller Alert, the podcaster details why he has an issue with the BSB Records CEO.

73791536?profile=original

“I think his music is mediocre, and he, like, tried to portray this image that he was making greater music than everybody in the city when he wasn’t,” Tax said at the time. "You know, it was like a time when Bobby Shmurda was the hottest person in the city. [Troy] was trying to say he was the best. I had to, like, be the person to interrupt that. I just feel he’s, like, a fraud rapper, like he never was a drug dealer.”

Troy is currently free on $500,000 bail after being arrested in connection with concert shooting. He pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

He claims that he fired the weapon in self defense after wrestling it away from his attacker. His lawyers say their client "is the victim."

Tax denies any involvement in the shooting.

The New York Police Department have made a second arrest in connection to the May 25, 2016 Irving Plaza shooting.

NBC New York reports that Taxstone of the podcast "Tax Season" was picked up Monday, January 16, by U.S. Marshals New York, New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and NYPD in Brooklyn.

Tax, born Daryl Campbell, was wanted for questioning in connection to the shooting that took place backstage at a T.I. concert.

Three people were injured during the incident, including rapper Troy Ave, who was shot in the leg. Troy's friend Ronald McPhatter was killed.

Tax was also wanted on a federal warrant charging him with being a felon in possession of firearm.

Troy Ave

Troy, real name Roland Collins, was arrested after the shooting and charged with attempted murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, after surveillance video emerged showing him firing a gun inside the venue.

He pleaded not guilty and is currently free after posting $500,000 bond.

As we previously reported, Troy was allegedly approached backstage by someone he had beef with and a fight ensued. A scuffle over a gun resulted in the shooting injuries and McPhatter's death.

Troy survived another attempt on his life on December 25, 2016, when a gunman walked up and opened fire on his Maserati while it was stopped at a traffic light in Brooklyn.

He was grazed in the head and hit in the shoulder. The rapper was hospitalized and later released with the bullet still in his shoulder and a fragment lodged in his head.

Doctors plan to remove them at a later date.

No arrests have been made in connection with that shooting.

Video After The Jump

(Seeker) Forty-eight years after his death, Martin Luther King, Jr. still stands as one of the most symbolic, most loved and most tragic of figures of the Civil Rights Movement.

This year, the home where the civil rights leader was born in some 88 years ago, will reopen after being closed since August for repairs. The modest Atlanta, Ga. home at at 450 Auburn Ave. N.E., was originally built in 1895. The historic site typically draws up to 20,000 visitors on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, which caused some wear and tear. After repairs to the first floor of the house, where King lived until age 12, it will open again to the public in time for the MLK holiday.

Across the country, Americans are honoring King through rallies, services and days of service. Here, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, take a look back at his life and some of his greatest accomplishments.

Son of a Preacher Man

King was born Jan. 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Ga., to Rev. Martin Luther King, Sr. and Alberta Williams King.

He studied theology, eventually earning a Ph.D. and following in his father's footsteps, becoming a preacher. Eventually, the two Rev. Kings would co-pastor Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta until the younger King's death in 1968.

In the photo below, Martin Luther King, Jr. looks on as his father delivers a sermon.

King married Coretta Scott on June 18, 1953. The couple would go on to have four children. After his death, the King family, led by Coretta, took on his mission of promoting racial equality.

Peaceful Protest

Known for his marches and peaceful protests, King was still arrested 30 times, according to the King Center.

A Fitting Farewell

King delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech to a crowd of civil rights activists gathered at the Lincoln Memorial on Aug. 28, 1963.

12352505883?profile=original

The moment and the phrase, "I have a dream..." have gone down in history as the pinnacle moment of his career.

Famous for his non-violent protests, King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. At age 35, he was the youngest man, the second American and the third black man to be so honored, according to the King Center.

Voting Rights

In this photo, dated Aug. 5, 1965, King meets with President Lyndon B. Johnson and other civil rights leaders.

The following day, President Johnson signed the 1965 Voting Rights Act, outlawing discriminatory voting practices.

A Fitting Farewell

King was shot and killed while standing on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tenn., on April 4, 1968.

Thousands of mourners, including the Rev. Jesse Jackson (pictured at right) attended the funeral.

A Lasting Legacy

Mourners at King's funeral procession show their support for the iconic figure.

Only four days after his death, the first legislation providing for a Martin Luther King, Jr. federal holiday was filed. It would take until June 7, 1999 for all 50 states to recognize the holiday, according to the King Center. The third Monday of January is now officially Martin Luther King, Jr. Day across the country.
