Gucci Mane is preparing to close out 2017 by releasing his latest album titled "El Gato the Human Glacier" on December 22.

The 1017 Records CEO made the announcement via Twitter Monday.

The 10-track project was recorded in two days and is entirely produced by Southside.

This will be Gucci's third project this year, following "Droptopwop" in May and "Mr. Davis" in October.

Nashville rapper Heat Boy Kie-Lo is back following his "Sum Mo" release featuring Money Bagg Yo with a new slapper "Know The Meaning".

Produced by Atlanta duo Nard & B and directed by David Hulbert the music video takes viewers along on a tour of the streets of Kie-Lo's hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.

    Amidst homosexual allegations and child molestation charges, East Coast rapper Tekashi6ix9ine's single "Gummo" has been buzzing like a hive full of hungry bees. Apparently the next song to be remade over and over, Chicago emcee Gamo, is laying his stake on the track before rapper and producer drops a remix to it. Not bad on the strength Gamo has some pretty decent bars, but other than that, its the same song re-worded and a different voice.    Many of us dream of one day owning a Bentley. For recording artist "PE$O" the feeling is the same. DJ Mustard ran into some trouble at Los Angeles International Airport Friday, December 8, while attempting to board a plane.

The 27-year old, born Dijon McFarlane, was detained along with a friend after TSA found a loaded .22 handgun in one of their bags.

After reviewing surveillance footage it was determined the carry-on belonged to the friend, who was arrested and hauled off to jail. 

Mustard was released and immediately left the airport instead of catching his flight.

When approached by TMZ, the super producer said he didn't know anything about the gun.

"Did you see me bring a gun in? Am I arrested? Am I in handcuffs?" he told the reporter in response to a question. "I mean, I'm not in handcuffs. I didn't bring no gun in. I don't know what [my friend] had. I don't know what you was talking about."

Mustard added that he would bail his friend out of jail if need be.
