Kanye West has been very outspoken about wanting a relationship with Kim Kardashian before things finally sparked. Naturally, most people assume West courted Kim, but the Keeping Up with the Kardashians told Access Hollywood it was the other way around.
"I called [Kanye] because I'm sure it was really hurtful that I got married and, even though it's not like we communicated all the time, I knew what he was thinking. So I thought he was going to call me as soon as he knew that I was single again," she explained. "He didn't, and so I called him and I said, 'Hello? I thought you were at least going to call me and 'I told you so,' something?' And then – he's always been a good friend to me, like, we've always been there for each other – then he invited me to a fashion show of his in Paris and I went, and then the magic happened."
Jim Jones of The Diplomats stopped by ESPN's Highly Questionable for a very entertaining interview. Jones has been in many beefs over the years and detailed a few of them.
He talks about the 30-minute brawl he, Freekey Zekey and Juelz Santana got into with some cats in D.C., being confronted by a 40 of Louis Farrakhan's Fruit of Islam security team over disparaging remarks he had made, the infamous Rucker Park scrap with a member of Diddy's crew and confronting French Montana.
"Shout outs to French, he's a lover not a fighter," Jim said. "He didn't want no sauce with that. I think that would have been his best bet. I don't think he still want no sauce with that. He should keep on loving and enjoying his career and make the money he's making. 'Cause by chance he make that mistake, that's gonna be a bad mistake for his ass."
There may be a connection betweenStack Bundles'2007 murder andChinx'sshooting death Sunday, May 17.
Bundles, real name, Rayquon Elliott, was the leader of the Riot Squad, which included Chinx, Bynoe and Cau2G$.
"I really think they could be related," Elliott's older brother Ronald Ulmer, 48, told the New York Daily News. "They were tight. They were a crew. And I just think if a person commits a crime as harsh as killing, and they think they got away with it, they will surface and do it again."
Stack Bundles died at age 24 in 2007, after being shot in the head at the Redfern Houses in Far Rockaway
Bundles' sister Geannie Ulmer spoke at Jamaica Medical Center Sunday after Chinx, real name Lionel Pickens, was rushed there and pronounced dead.
"(He) is laying in the same place my brother did. For what? For rapping? For what he believed in?" she said. "You got to look at that. Somebody's out there aiming for us."
Chinx a.k.a. Lionel Pickens
The similarities between both tragedies have piqued the interest of police.
Both rappers owned brand new Porches. Chinx also grew up in the Redfern Houses.
"They were friends, Stack Bundles and Chinx. They were friends, so we're looking at all hip-hop angles," NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said Tuesday. "We've been getting a lot of information from the hip-hop community, from social media sites, any contacts this individual (Pickens) may have had. I do not have an eyeball witness right now to that scene."
Police believe the investigation may take some time.
