In this clip, China Mac spoke about the overreaction to situations and circumstances he's seen from people. For instance, China Mac recounted seeing a young man get killed over a box of cereal in prison by a group of other young men that had 25-year sentences tacked onto what they were already incarcerated for. He said that it showed how easily people can and will throw their lives away.

In this clip, Lord Jamar speaks on 50 Cent taking shots at him in a since-deleted post when he called him "Lord Jerome" and a clout chaser, noting that he decided to not respond to 50 out of respect for what he means to the culture regardless of their different views on Eminem. With that said, Jamar doubles down on his critiques for Slim Shady and says he stands by his word, as he ultimately says there's no issue with 50 and they can simply agree to disagree.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Errol Spence Jr. successfully defended his IBF world welterweight title for the third time, unanimously outpointing previously undefeated challenger Mikey Garcia on Saturday night.

Garcia moved up two weight classes to take on Spence and took a pounding though he never went down. Garcia, obviously worn out, spent the later rounds blocking punches instead of throwing them.

Spence improved to 25-0 after all three judges awarded him every round. One card was 120-107, and the other two were 120-108.

It was the first time Spence had to go the distance in his last 12 fights.

Garcia, who moved up from 135 to 147 pounds in his attempt to become a five-division champion, lost for the first time in 40 pro fights.

The hard-punching Spence landed 345 of the 1,082 punches (32 percent) he threw — both of those career highs. That included 237 of 464 (51 percent) of his power punches in his second title defense at home in North Texas in nine months.

During one portion of the ninth round, Spence walked Garcia in a full circle around the ring while continually delivering blows.

Garcia threw 406 total punches, and landed only 75 of them (18.5 percent). After landing 43 percent of his power punches his previous five punches, he was only 25 percent (54 of 218) on those against Spence.

Garcia was fighting for the first time since unifying the IBF and WBC world lightweight titles with a unanimous decision last July over Robert Easter in Los Angeles. He was trying to become a five-division champion.

Both fighters entered the arena to loud cheers and different kinds of music, with Spence following a local high school marching band. Garcia got plenty of support from the large number of Mexican fans at the fight.

Chants of “Mikey!, Mikey!” broke out in the second and third rounds, but those faded away as Spence kept punching and the crowd instead responded to hard shots — many more for the champion than the challenger.

The fight was at midfield of AT&T Stadium, the massive billion-dollar home stadium of the favorite NFL team for both fighters. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was there along with several players, including quarterback Dak Prescott, as part of an announced crowd of 47,525.

Jones and Prescott even stepped into the ring with Floyd Mayweather before the main event.

Exactly nine months earlier, Jones and the Cowboys were also there when Spence won his second title defense in the 147-pound division. Spence stopped previously undefeated challenger Carlos Ocampo with a first-round knockout at the NFL team’s practice facility in Frisco, not far from his home in Desoto.

Garcia grew up around Oxnard, California, where the Cowboys hold part of their preseason training camp each year.

WBA world welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, a five-division champion, was in the building and could be a future opponent for Spence. Pacquiao won two title bouts at the Cowboys stadium in 2010, when he beat Joshua Clottey for the WBO welterweight crown and later Antonio Margarito for vacant WBO super welterweight title.

The 40-year-old Pacquiao wants to return to the ring in July.

In the last undercard before the main event, former WBC super middleweight champ David Benavidez (21-0, 18 KOs) landed 61 punches in just over four minutes before his scheduled 10-round bout against J’Leon Love was stopped by the referee in the second round.

Former WBC silver bantamweight champion Luis Nery from Mexico made his U.S. debut with a TKO after knocking McJoe Arroyo down four times in four rounds before the scheduled 10-round bantamweight fight was stopped as the suggestion of the corner before the fifth round. Nery, the 24-year-old southpaw who has drawn comparisons to Pacquiao, is 29-0 after his 23rd knockout.

Dallas heavyweight Gregory Corbin lost for the first time in 16 pro fights when he was disqualified in the eighth round after repeated low blows against Charles Martin, who improved to 26-5-1. Corbin had won every round on all three scorecards through the seventh.

(WHNT) -- HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - A brawl at a buffet surprised diners and one police officer.

Police say two people were boiling mad as they were waiting for crab legs.

"Literally, as I sat down and maybe took two bites out of my plate," Huntsville police officer Gerald Johnson recalled.

For Johnson, apparently, some Friday evening peace and quiet was too much to ask.

"There's a woman who's beating a man. People are moving around, plates are shattering everywhere," Johnson continued.

No sooner had he dished up a plate at Meteor Buffet off Memorial Parkway, Johnson says a fight was happening in the food line.

"It's not something you typically hear, if you can imagine a fencing match," Johnson said.

The sound Johnson was hearing was tongs clashing. The Meteor Buffet diners were eagerly awaiting the next tray of crab legs coming out of the kitchen.

"Everyone was saying, 'They cut me in line. She cut me in line. He cut me in line. I was here first,'" Johnson said.

Police arrested John Chapman and Chequita Jenkins who was eating at the buffet with her kids.

"They'd been waiting there for the crab legs for a good 10, 20 minutes. When they finally came out, it's very heated. Especially if someone is taking more than their fair share," Johnson recounted.

Officer Johnson said after talking with Chapman and Jenkins, they admitted their tempers got the best of them. Chapman is facing disorderly conduct, Jenkins is charged with third-degree assault. Both people could end up paying a few hundred dollars in fines, well above the $10.58 per plate charge at Meteor Buffet.

Chapman suffered a cut to his head in the restaurant fight. Jenkins was not hurt. Chapman will next be in court on March 21st.

Video After The Jump

In this clip, Freeway Rick Ross credits his critical thinking as to why he never resorted to murder to survive in the streets. Interestingly enough, he likens that type of discipline as to what's found in the sport of tennis, a recreation that Freeway Rick Ross was involved in during his youth. The ability to make decisions quickly is what he believes separated him from his peers, allowing him to make smart choices in times of adversity. In one incident, he recalls a drug deal gone bad when his crew was sold $70 thousand dollars worth of cake mix. Despite the loss, Freeway Rick Ross convinced his crew not to kill a man that was involved, keeping in mind both the risk and reward of that decision. Later on, he discusses his strained relationship with his father, though he doesn't attribute his absence to his desire to get into the drug game. Conversely, however, Freeway Rick Ross tries to stay as much involved in his 8 children and 14 grandchildren's lives as much as they let him, conceding that one daughter wants very little contact with him.

(WFAA)  The public still has a lot of questions about the shooting death of Botham Jean, including: Why has Dallas police officer Amber Guyger not been fired?

That issue was brought up Tuesday night at a town hall meeting at Paul Quinn College, where Chief Renee Hall took questions from the audience and asked for patience and trust.

Community members asked why the Jean case – in which Guyger fatally shot the 26-year-old in his apartment, saying she mistook the unit for her own – was transferred to the Texas Rangers and why Guyger was not arrested the day Jean was killed.

Hall asked the community to be patient and to allow investigators to do a complete investigation, including talking to more potential witnesses. She said the community talks about not trusting DPD and then criticizing the move to bring in an outside agency.

But it was clear there was a lot of frustration, and attendees still wanted to know why Guyger has not been fired. "I can’t do that because there are both local, state and federal laws that prohibit me from taking action," Hall said. "There are civil service laws we have to adhere to.”

Justin Moore, a civil rights attorney was a panelist at the meeting and was surprised by the Chief's comments. "I was completely mystified, and I really didn't understand where it came from last night. It seemed like Chief Hall might not have been well informed on the law,” said Moore.

The Dallas Police Department general orders do allow the chief to take action, saying, "The Chief of Police may circumvent all formal disciplinary procedures to render an immediate decision when it deems it necessary to preserve the integrity of the department.”

The general orders are the policies that officers have to follow and are governed by within the department.

It was unclear what laws chief Hall was referring to, but she promised she would release copies of the laws.

Police chiefs across the state and in Dallas have fired officers under criminal investigation. An internal investigation is typically conducted, but the chief can order that process to be expedited.

Officer Guyger is allowed due process which means an internal investigation is typically conducted.

The Dallas Police Department has fired other officers while under criminal investigation including Amy Wilburn who shot a man in his car and Cardan Spencer who shot a mentally ill man standing in street. "There is nothing that prevents a police chief from firing somebody on the spot or at least launching an internal affairs investigation,” said Moore.

Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson who now has the criminal case said it’s up to DPD to make firing decisions. She says her public integrity unit is focused on gathering evidence to give to a grand jury. "I am committed to getting to the truth. We will get to the truth, and the truth will be presented to the grand jury in this case,” said Johnson.

WFAA asked the Dallas Police Department the laws Chief Hall mentioned. They did not provide us with any.

They did provide us with the same general order we mentioned in our story and added. “General order 508 refers to the Police Chief’s ability to circumvent the formal disciplinary procedures not the investigative process.”

They also provided a copy of the city’s civil service rules. WFAA asked Dallas Police if the Chief has launched an internal affairs investigation. They did not respond to that.
