(AllHipHop News) A variety of rappers have called upon R*B crooner Lloyd to help deliver them hit singles this Summer, including G-Unit member Lloyd Banks.

Lloyd, whose vocals are heard on 2009’s smash single “Bedrock,” is featured on four new singles that will drop this summer: Nipsey Hu$$le’s “Feeling Myself,” Chamillionaire’s “Make a Movie” featuring Twista, “Go, Go, Go” by newcomer J. Futuristic and Lloyd Banks’ “Any Girl.

According to Lloyd, he would have never been able to work with an artist like Lloyd Banks, due to the ongoing feud between 50 Cent’s G-Unit and Irv Gotti’s Murder Inc. collective of artists.

There was no hesitation on my part because we never had direct issues,” Lloyd told AllHipHop.com of his collaboration with Lloyd Banks. “We met for the first time in the studio and everything just clicked. It felt like it was our 10th song together.”

Lloyd is currently preparing to release his debut album for Interscope Records and his fourth studio album overall.

The release could feature a rumored collaboration record between Lloyd, Drake and Rich Boy.

“I was independent for about 6 months and we just tried to stay as busy as possible with shows and collaborations,” Lloyd stated. “It’s starting to pay off now. “I like working with talented artist that are on their grind, whether they’re newcomers or veterans."

NY Daily News Reports Suspect Says Of The Murders, "Jesus Told Me To Do It" FARMVILLE, Va. — Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III rapped about the thrill of murder in songs he posted on the Internet. Police believe the fantasy lyrics became a gruesome reality in a small Virginia college town. McCroskey, 20, was being held Sunday in the killings of four people who were found at a Longwood University professor's home near campus in Farmville, which is about 50 miles west of Richmond. McCroskey, of Castro Valley, Calif., faces charges of first-degree murder, robbery and grand larceny of an automobile, said Farmville police Capt. Wade Stimpson. The aspiring rapper in the underground horrorcore genre, which sets violent lyrics to hip-hop beats, was arrested Saturday at a Richmond airport, where authorities believe he was trying to catch a flight back to California. Officers found McCroskey asleep in the baggage claim area.

Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III A day earlier, authorities discovered the bodies in the home of Debra S. Kelley. An associate professor of sociology and criminal justice studies. Who was killed along with her ex husband, her daughter Emma and Emma's friend Melanie Wells. McCroskey recorded songs that spoke of death, murder and mutilation under the name Syko Sam. His MySpace Web page said he has only been rapping for a few months but has been a fan for years of the horrorcore genre. "You're not the first, just to let you know. I've killed many people and I kill them real slow. It's the best feeling, watching their last breath. Stabbing and stabbing till there's nothing left," McCroskey sings in "My Dark Side." A friend who owns a small, independent record label that specializes in horrorcore confirmed the site and the songs were McCroskey's. Andres Shrim, who owns Serial Killin Records in New Mexico, said others shouldn't judge McCroskey by what they see on his Web site or hear in his music. Describing McCroskey as a "great kid," Shrim said he has known him for at least two years, and he last saw him Sept. 12 at an all-day music festival in South Gate, Mich. "You would never, ever imagine that kid even being a suspect," Shrim said. "If he is found to be guilty, I would be 100 percent shocked." Shrim said even though horrorcore focuses on murder and other morbid subjects, performers and fans shouldn't be labeled violent. "People get the impression we're these twisted, sick individuals and we don't have hearts and we just want to talk about murder and the devil," said Shrim, who performs himself under the name SickTanicK. "But we just want to express that other side of life." On his Web page, McCroskey posted videos and pictures of a grave where a cross and miniature American flags had been turned upside down. "We defiled the grave, and then lightning struck seconds ago. I think we were being warned," he says in the video, laughing. In the photos, the gravestone identifies the person buried there as a Marine. McCroskey was scheduled to appear Monday in court, when he can either hire an attorney or have one appointed.

Longwood, a school of about 4,500 students, did not issue an alert after the bodies were discovered because it happened off campus, Caldwell said. She said the small town was unaccustomed to such violence. "Not only on campus, but even in Farmville — it just doesn't happen here," she said.

AllHipHop Reports “Brutal” pressure to deliver a guilty verdict for No Limit rapper Corey “C-Murder” Miller could possibly work in favor of the recently imprisoned entertainer. Despite casting the deciding vote twice in Miller’s much publicized murder trial, Mary Jacob now admits that she was not entirely convinced the 38-year rapper was guilty of killing Steve Thomas in the now-closed Platinum Club on Jan. 12, 2002. According to reports, Thomas, 16, was shot through his heart while being stomped by a group of men during an event at the nightspot. A 10-2 verdict, the minimum required by state law for a second-degree murder conviction, was delivered on August 12 to seal Miller’s fate. The rapper was sentenced to serve a mandatory life sentence in prison on August 14. Jacob’s decision to change her vote from innocent to guilty came after witnessing the emotional breakdown of a young juror who she felt was pressured by other jurors to side with those who believed Miller was at fault. "This thing had to come to an end for this girl's health, her sanity," Jacob told The Times-Picayune about the 20-year-old Xavier University student who voted for the rapper's innocence. "I believe what happened to Steve Thomas on the floor of the Platinum Club happened to her verbally. "I was more worried about this little girl than I was about Corey Miller," added Jacobs, who still believes that prosecutors did not prove their case "beyond a reasonable doubt."

Steve Thomas "Corey Miller will survive whatever happens to him," she said. As jurors deliberated over the case, Jacobs noticed the physical toll the situation took on the student. The group was firmly split 9-3 in favor of conviction on their second day of deliberation. However, the student’s condition ultimately swayed Jacob’s opinion as she chose the quickest way to end the young woman’s ordeal. "They literally made this 20-year-old girl so violently ill," Jacob said. "She was shaking so bad. She ran into the bathroom. She was throwing her guts up. She couldn't function anymore. That's when I decided, the judge don't want to listen to me, doesn't want to listen to us? I told them, 'You want him to be guilty? He's guilty, now let's get the hell out of here.''' At this time, no comment was made by Miller's family, his former attorney, Ron Rakosky or the Jefferson Parish district attorney's office on Monday (Aug. 24) regarding the latest on the Miller/Thomas murder case.

NAACP Wants Supreme Court Help for C-Murder

AllHipHop Reports The NAACP is now involved in Corey “C-Murder” Miller’s homicide case, requesting that the Supreme Court step in over evidence of jury tampering. Miller was sentenced to life in prison on August 11 for the murder of 16 year old Steve Thomas, who was shot after a 2002 altercation with the rapper in a Harvey nightclub. The jury reached the conviction through a vote of 10-2. The ruling was controversial, as juror Mary Jacob claimed that her guilty vote made under pressure from fellow jurors to end the drawn-out trial. She stated in an interview that she was verbally abused, and became physically ill during the sessions. Judge Hans Liljeberg ordered another deliberation, which resulted in a second 10-2 verdict that was upheld. Louisiana NAACP President Ernest Johnson wrote a letter to Chief Justice Catherine Kimble, calling for her court to conduct “a full investigation of this entire case, the immediate removal of the trial judge, the appointment of a new judge from outside the 24th Judicial District to hear all post trial motions, and the immediate release of Mr. Miller from prison pending a review of this entire matter because justice delayed is justice denied.” At press time, the Louisiana’s Supreme Court has not released a statement on whether Miller’s conviction will be reviewed.

NYDailyNews Reports Brazilian cops put the bloody purse strap and knife that killed Arturo Gatti on display Monday as his wife's lawyer insisted she's too "fragile, young and skinny" to kill a boxing champ.

Police said there's no way anyone but Gatti's 23-year-old wife, ex-stripper Amanda Rodrigues, was inside the couple's luxurious rental apartment when the former champ was killed. "It was technically impossible for a third person to have been in the flat," lead investigator Moises Teixeira said Monday. "She did this alone." There were no signs of forced entry. Electronic locks indicated no one else had entered the room. Rodrigues' lawyer Celio Avelino said her client "is fragile, young and skinny. How could she kill a boxing champion?" Police believe Rodrigues was capable of strangling her husband because he was drunk - and she stabbed him in the back of the head with a knife.

She then used her nylon purse strap to strangle the passed-out fighter, cops said. Gatti's distraught sister Anna-Maria Gatti told CTV News Montreal that Rodrigues always provoked fights. "She always said, 'I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna kill you,'" said Gatti. "My mother told him to leave her. The only reason that he didn't want to leave her was the boy," she added, referring to the couple's 10-month-old son. The boxer, his wife and Arturo Jr. were to fly to Florida this week for Anna-Maria Gatti's wedding. Rodrigues was arrested Sunday. She is being held near Porto de Galinhas, the seaside resort town where the couple went for a second honeymoon. Rodrigues told cops she and Gatti had a fight Friday night at a bar, and that her husband pushed her, causing minor injuries to her elbow and chin. Later on Friday night, they both made it back to the rental apartment, where they slept in separate rooms. Rodrigues told police she slept in the bedroom with her son, while Gatti slept in the living room. She said she awoke at 6 a.m. to feed her son and three hours later realized Gatti was dead. He had been dead for hours. "When [Rodrigues] awoke, she presumed he had committed suicide. But she had nothing to do with it," her lawyer said. Witnesses told a different story.

They said Gatti left his son to sleep in the apartment, then returned to the city center to find his wife. She arrived at the apartment before he returned and waited for him, cops said, and they went upstairs together. Gatti's brother Fabrizzio was on his way to Brazil yesterday to claim the body, the boxer's former manager said. "They were getting divorced around a year ago, and somehow she lured him back in," Pat Lynch said. "They were having problems from the beginning, almost from day one. I saw it, his family saw it, everyone saw it except him. It was just horrible. "She was an evil person. She has no soul. Someone who's capable of doing this - I hope she rots in hell."
