T-Boz has filed for bankruptcy according to a new report from TMZ.

According to the report, documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court show that the TLC singer is in debt to the tune of $768,642.99, stemming primarily from the mortgage on her $1.2 million dollar crib.

TLC enjoyed huge success throughout the 90's with the albums Ooooooohhh... On the TLC Tip, CrazySexyCool and FanMail. All of which sold at least 4 million copies. 2002's album 3D was released seven months after the death of group member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. It went on to sell two million copies worldwide.

TMZ reports that part of T-Boz's financial woes can be attributed to the $250,000 in back child support she is trying to collect.

Video After The Jump Just when you thought you had seen it all as far as bad singing auditions go, Abbey and Lisa aka Ablisa come along to prove it can always get worse. These two obnoxious chicks started off on the wrong foot when one of them yells at the X-Factor audience to "shut up", and it just went downhill from there. After they had finished butchering Shayne Ward's "That's My Goal", the judges tore into them. Simon Cowell said, "you have the worst attitude of any contestants I have ever met on any of these shows." Singer Natalie Imbruglia told them, "the singing was not great girls." To which Lisa replied "who are you may I ask?" At that point Abbey lost it and punched Lisa in the face before storming off the stage. UK's Daily Mail reports the two had to be separated once backstage. They may have come on the show as best friends, but they left as bitter enemies. "It's the last time I ever do anything for her again." Abbey said. I just wish there would have been more punches thrown, lol.

Mo'Nique had a special surprise for TLC's Chili when she stopped by her show yesterday (April 20).

Mo gave her some new dance moves that she guaranteed would help her sell millions of records. Monique mentioned TLC had sold 45 million, with the new moves she said they would hit 60 million, lol.

Chili talked about the decision she and Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes made to promote safe sex by wearing condoms on their outfits and how she always envisioned the group would be the most successful female group ever.

Former Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam artist Tru Life turned himself in to authorities last night (June 23) to face a charge of 1st degree murder, according to reports. The charge is possibly tied to a brutal stabbing incident last week that left one man seriously injured, and an 18-year old teen dead. As reported by AllHipHop.com, police were initially investigating Tru Life’s brother for a retaliation attack in the non-fatal shooting of Michael Slater. The individual, whom police suspect is a drug dealer, was shot in the stomach outside of club Pacha. Several hours after the crime, police claim five gang members ambushed 30 year old Jason Black and the teen at a Manhattan apartment complex. Both men were stabbed repeatedly in the chest and face. Black survived the assault, while the unidentified teen succumbed to his wounds. At the time, police theorized that the back and forth violence was the result of a feud between Jason Black and Tru Life’s brother. 1st degree murder carries a maximum sentence of life in prison under New York law. If an official or witness is not the victim, the distinction can also be decreed for murders involving multiple parties or tortuous killings. Tru Life’s last music effort, “Wet ‘em Up,” was heard as a selection on the soundtrack to Grand Theft Auto IV. At press time, Tru Life could not be reached for comment. Source : ALLHIPHOP
