On today's episode of "The Realness" Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg commented on Gucci Mane's epic rant on Twitter Monday (September 9th). The 1017 Brick Squad boss went in on Drake, T.I., Young Jeezy, Yo Gotti, Rocko, Waka Flocka, Frenchie, 2 Chainz, Eminem, OJ Da Juiceman, Wooh Da Kid, Rick Ross and Tip's wife, Tiny.

He also claimed to have slept with Nicki Minaj, Ciara, Tyga's girl Black Chyna and Fantasia.

Rosenberg explains what he thinks happened.

"Gucci Mane has lost his Mane and his mind," Peter said. "We all knew that once he got the ice cream cone on his face, but yesterday trying to decipher the level of horrible English that is the Gucci Mane Twitter rant is... You would need a professor teaching around the clock 24/7 for 10 years to be able to understand what this insane lunatic is babbling on about."

Hot 97 radio personality Cipha Sounds checked in this morning with his thoughts on Meek Mill's diss record "Kendrick You Next." The song is 5 minutes of Meek going at Cassidy over classic diss record instrumentals. The title suggests that it's a precursor to shots Meek plans to fire at Kendrick Lamar.

Cipha praises Meek and suggests Cassidy shouldn't bother to respond.

"This record here is a diss record where Meek Mill is rhyming over all of the classic diss records and destroying Cassidy. He put Cassidy in a bad, bad place," Cipha said. "The people on Twitter are saying 'I can't wait for the Cassidy response.' Why? Who cares about the Cassidy response. Because when Meek drops the actual Kendrick record we're gonna have to wait for the Kendrick response. Cassidy is gonna get lost in the mix"

Kendrick Lamar has everyone talking this morning after his blazing verse on Big Sean's "Control." He not only claimed to be the king of the West Coast, but New York as well. He also let every emcee know that if they are on a song with him they should prepare to get slaughtered.

As most of you know, neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman is currently on trial for the murder of 17-year old Trayvon Martin. Many are speculating that Zimmerman will be found not guilty.

On this morning's episode of "The Realness," Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds debated the affect a not guilty verdict will have on America.

Peter thinks a not guilty verdict will set back progress we have made. Cipha disagreed, arguing that as a country we already feel terrible about many things that are going on.

Everybody loves a winner, including famed director Spike Lee. After the Miami Heat won their second straight championship Lee was front and center celebrating with the team.

Spike is also known for possibly being the biggest New York Knicks super fan ever. So is it OK to trade in your allegiance to the Knicks to party with their Eastern Conference rival? Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg doesn't think so. He says Spike is a traitor

"What is your old a$$ doing in the club? It was a club in Miami. Spike's about 55-years old, with a gray beard wearing a throwback Willis Reed jersey that's 5 sizes too big," Rosenberg said. "Get your old bedazzled Malcolm X hat wearing a$$ out the club. Spike listen, you make me sick."

Kanye West definitely has people talking with his new album, Yeezus. It's official release is set for tomorrow, but like so many other albums in the last few years it leaked early. While many critics have praised the album, reaction from fans has been mixed.

On this morning's episode of The Realness, Hot 97's Ebro said people hating on the project are bugging and that Kanye has saved hip hop with this release.

When you think of the top female emcees ever you have to include names like MC Lyte, Salt-N-Pepa, Eve, Lauryn Hill, Rah Digga, Lil Kim, Trina, Missy Elliot and Nicki Minaj.

Picking the two best ever would be a hard task, but this morning Peter Rosenberg of Hot 97 selected Nicki and Lauryn as the two biggest of all time.

"If you're talking about global reach and impact the two biggest female rappers in history are Lauryn Hill and Nicki Minaj. Love it or hate it, it's the facts," Peter said.
