Two "life long" Beyonce fans are taking the singer to court.

According to CBS Chicago, Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson, claim they bought general admission tickets to Beyonce's December 13, 2013 concert at the United Center in Chicago. They arrived early, along with other fans waiting for the gates to be opened.. Once fans were allowed inside a "rushing mob" knocked the two women to the ground and trampled them.

“As the hours passed, the group became larger, more dense and more anxious about how, when and where the gate(s) would be released and where ticket holders and fans were supposed to enter The United Center — none of which was explained,” the suit stated.

At 7 p.m. the gates were opened “without instruction or any reasonable system to permit and orderly entrance,

Both women were knocked unconscious and never got to see the concert. They were taken to the hospital and treated for broken bones and other injuries.

Beyonce, Live Nation and the United Center are named in a lawsuit filed by Davidson and Castellanos on Tuesday, April 1, in Cook County Court.

12350728885?profile=original

The women are accusing Beyonce, Live Nation and the United Center of negligence.

“To the contrary, The United Center encouraged it by the set up which it created and controlled,” the suit stated.

No word on the damages being sought by the two women.

Kanye West's lawyer's cut a plea deal today in the assault case involving photographer Daniel Ramos.

In exchange for pleading no contest to misdemeanor battery, the charge of attempted grand theft was dropped

West was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 anger management therapy sessions and 250 hours of community service. The 36-year old rapper, who was not present in court, did not have to enter a plea of guilt and if he stays out of trouble while on probation the conviction will probably be erased from his record, according to TMZ.

Ramos asked the judge to throw the G.O.O.D. Music CEO in jail.

"I was only doing my job, and he broke the law," Ramos said. "I believe that if I did what he did to me, I would have been put behind bars."

No financial settlement with Ramos has been reached, making it likely he will pursue a civil suit against West.

12350689274?profile=original

West attacked Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after telling him not to speak on July 19, 2013.

Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. is facing accusations that he ordered the beating of 2 former employees in retaliation for stealing jewelry from his Las Vegas cribs.

According to TMZ, the 2 men were hired by Floyd to do some work on the homes when expensive items came up missing.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports ... the two men had been hired to work on Floyd's Vegas homes ... but when jewelry went missing, Floyd pointed the finger at them.

We're told the men claim they were contacted several weeks ago and instructed to meet Floyd at an off-site location.

When the men arrived, they claim Floyd was waiting for them -- along with a number of his "people" -- who proceeded to beat the living crap out of them with various weapons, including clubs.

Our sources say the attack was so brutal the men could have easily died. Both men had broken arms and legs and were hospitalized for several days.

One source put it this way, "It was some 'Breaking Bad' sh*t."

12350680897?profile=original

If the accusations are proven to be true, they could result in kidnapping, attempted murder and mayhem charges being filed. However it doesn't appear that either of the victims has gone to police. They both hired lawyers, which may mean they are just looking for a big pay day.

Floyd is scheduled to fight Marcos Maidana on Showtime PPV, May 3. Neither the champ's team or Showtime have commented on the report.

**UPDATE** March 14

TMZ has obtained the X-ray results from one of the men who is accusing Floyd Mayweather Jr. of orchestrating a beating at the hands of his crew.

The alleged victim suffered a broken left arm that required drilling to have a titanium plate attached by doctors so it would reset properly.

Other injuries included a broken right pinkie, multiples fractures in the left hand that required pins to reset the bones, a broken left ulna and a cracked right ulna.

You can check out the X-rays below.

**UPDATE** March 15

Las Vegas police are calling the report that Floyd Mayweather Jr. orchestrated an attack on 2 former employees a "rumor." Neither of the 2 men making the accusations has contacted authorities.

Laura Meltzer, a public information officer for the Las Vegas police, spoke by phone with the New York Daily News to shed some light on the situation and explain why Floyd is not under investigation.

So I’ve been trying to put this rumor to rest all week. We’ve had a variety of reports that have come out stating this event occurred. We have not had a victim come forward and make a report like what is being alleged. So if this event occurred, it’s something where the victim has not come forward to the police to make an official complaint. As of right now, the bureau commander over there is not aware of any complaint that has been officially filed. So again, if this is a victim who is choosing not to come forward and make a report - then that’s up to the victim to do. We don’t have any say in that. There is no criminal complaint on file so there is no reason to go and contact Mr. Mayweather.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (Associated Press) — The Malaysian military has radar data showing the missing Boeing 777 jetliner changed course and made it to the Malacca Strait, hundreds of kilometers (miles) from the last position recorded by civilian authorities, according to a senior military official.

Malaysia Plane

The development injects more mystery into the investigation of the disappearance of Saturday's flight, and raises questions about why the aircraft was not transmitting signals detectable by civilian radar.

Local newspaper Berita Harian quoted Malaysian air force chief Gen. Rodzali Daud as saying radar at a military base had detected the airliner at 2:40 a.m. near Pulau Perak at the northern approach to the strait, a busy waterway that separates the western coast of Malaysia and Indonesia's Sumatra island.

"After that, the signal from the plane was lost," he was quoted as saying.

?m=02&d=20140311&t=2&i=859650359&w=&fh=&fw=&ll=700&pl=378&r=CBREA2A0XWT00

A high-ranking military official involved in the investigation confirmed the report and also said the plane was believed to be flying low. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information.

Authorities had earlier said the plane, which took off from Kuala Lumpur on the western coast of Malaysia at 12:40 a.m. Saturday en route to Beijing, may have attempted to turn back, but they expressed surprise that it would do so without informing ground control.

The search for the plane was initially focused on waters between the eastern coast of Malaysia and Vietnam, the position where aviation authorities last tracked it. No trace of the plane, which was carrying 239 people, has been found by than 40 planes and ships from at least 10 nations searching the area.

Earlier Tuesday, Malaysia Airlines said in a statement that search and rescue teams had expanded their scope to the Malacca Strait. An earlier statement said the western coast of Malaysia was "now the focus," but the airline subsequently said that phrase was an oversight. It didn't elaborate. Civil aviation chief Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said the search remained "on both sides" of the country.

Also Tuesday, authorities said two people who boarded the flight using stolen passports were Iranians who had purchased tickets to Europe. Their use of stolen documents had raised speculation of a possible terrorist link.

12350673282?profile=original

Malaysian police chief Khalid Abu Bakar said investigators had determined one was a 19-year-old Iranian, Pouria Nourmohammadi Mehrdad, and that it seemed likely he was planning to migrate to Germany.

"We believe he is not likely to be a member of any terrorist group," Khalid said.

Interpol identified the second man as Seyed Mohammed Reza Delavar, a 29-year-old Iranian, and released an image of the two boarding a plane at the same time. Interpol Secretary General Ronald K. Noble said the two men traveled to Malaysia on their Iranian passports, then apparently switched to their stolen Austrian and Italian documents.

12350673659?profile=original

He said speculation of terrorism appeared to be dying down "as the belief becomes more certain that these two individuals were probably not terrorists." He appealed to the public for more information about them.

12350673874?profile=original

Noble said neither of the men had a criminal record.

Malaysia Airlines, meanwhile, said it is investigating an Australian television report that the co-pilot on the missing plane had invited two women into the cockpit during a flight two years ago.

Jonti Roos described the encounter on Australia's "A Current Affair." The airline said it wouldn't comment until its investigation is complete.

Roos said she and her friend were allowed to stay in the cockpit during the entire one-hour flight on Dec. 14, 2011, from Phuket, Thailand, to Kuala Lumpur. She said the arrangement did not seem unusual to the plane's crew.

"Throughout the entire flight, they were talking to us and they were actually smoking throughout the flight," Roos said.

Roos didn't immediately reply to a message sent to her via Facebook.

Video After The Jump

(Reuters) - A Malaysia Airlines flight carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew was presumed to have crashed off the Vietnamese coast on Saturday, and European officials said two people on board were using false identities.

There were no reports of bad weather and no sign of why the Boeing 777-200ER would have vanished from radar screens about an hour after it took off from Kuala Lumpur for Beijing.

This 2011 photo shows the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that disappeared from air traffic control screens Saturday. The image was taken at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport in France.

"We are not ruling out any possibilities," Malaysia Airlines CEO Ahmad Jauhari Yahya told a news conference.

12350669101?profile=original

By the early hours of Sunday, there were no confirmed signs of the plane or any wreckage, well over 24 hours after it went missing. Operations will continue through the night, officials said.

There were no indications of sabotage nor claims of a terrorist attack. But the passenger manifest issued by the airline included the names of two Europeans - Austrian Christian Kozel and Italian Luigi Maraldi - who, according to their foreign ministries, were not in fact on the plane.

A foreign ministry spokesman in Vienna said: "Our embassy got the information that there was an Austrian on board. That was the passenger list from Malaysia Airlines. Our system came back with a note that this is a stolen passport."

Austrian police had found the man safe at home. The passport was stolen two years ago while he was travelling in Thailand, the spokesman said.

The foreign ministry in Rome said no Italian was on the plane either, despite the inclusion of Maraldi's name on the list. His mother, Renata Lucchi, told Reuters his passport was lost, presumed stolen, in Thailand in 2013.

U.S. and European security officials said that there was no proof of any terrorist link and there could be other explanations for the use of stolen passports.

NO MAYDAY

The 11-year-old Boeing, powered by Rolls-Royce Trent engines, took off at 12:40 a.m. (1640 GMT Friday) from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and was apparently flying in good weather conditions when it went missing without a distress call.

This screengrab from flightradar24.com shows the last reported position of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, which disappeared over the South China Sea on a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

Flight MH370 last had contact with air traffic controllers 120 nautical miles off the east coast of the Malaysian town of Kota Bharu. Flight tracking website flightaware.com showed it flew northeast after takeoff, climbed to 35,000 feet and was still climbing when it vanished from tracking records.

A crash, if confirmed, would likely mark the 777's second fatal incident in less than a year, and its deadliest since entering service 19 years ago. An Asiana Airlines Boeing 777-200ER crash-landed in San Francisco in July 2013, killing three passengers and injuring more than 180.

Boeing said it was monitoring the situation but had no further comment.

Paul Hayes, director of safety at Flightglobal Ascend aviation consultancy, said the flight would normally have been at a routine stage, having reached initial cruise altitude.

"Such a sudden disappearance would suggest either that something is happening so quickly that there is no opportunity to put out a mayday, in which case a deliberate act is one possibility to consider, or that the crew is busy coping with what whatever has taken place," he told Reuters.

He said it was too early to speculate on the causes.

A large number of planes and ships from several countries were scouring the area where the plane last made contact, about halfway between Malaysia and the southern tip of Vietnam.

"The search and rescue operations will continue as long as necessary," Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak told reporters. He said his country had deployed 15 air force aircraft, six navy ships and three coast guard vessels.

Search and rescue vessels from the Malaysian maritime enforcement agency reached the area where the plane last made contact but saw no sign of wreckage, the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency said.

Vietnam said its rescue planes had spotted two large oil slicks, about 15 km (9 miles) long, and a column of smoke off its coastline, but it was not clear if they were connected to the missing plane.

View of oil spills seen from a Vietnamese air force plane on Saturday in the search area for a missing Malaysia Airlines jetliner carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew members.

China and the Philippines also sent ships to the region to help, while the United States, the Philippines and Singapore dispatched military planes. China also put other ships and aircraft on standby.

NO DISTRESS CALL

The disappearance of the plane is a chilling echo of an Air France flight that crashed into the South Atlantic on June 1, 2009, killing all 228 people on board. It vanished for hours and wreckage was found only two days later.

John Goglia, a former board member of the National Transportation Safety Board, the U.S. agency that investigates plane crashes, said the lack of a distress call suggested that the plane either experienced an explosive decompression or was destroyed by an explosive device.

"It had to be quick because there was no communication," Goglia said.

He said the false identities of the two passengers strongly suggested the possibility of a bomb.

"That's a big red flag," he said.

If there were passengers on board with stolen passports, it was not clear how they passed through security checks.

International police body Interpol maintains a database of more than 39 million travel documents reported lost or stolen by 166 countries, and says on its website that this enables police, immigration or border control officers to check the validity of a suspect document within seconds. No comment was immediately available from the organization.

Italian police said the passport of Luigi Maraldi was reported stolen on August 1, 2013 and was inserted in the Interpol database

RELATIVES ANGRY

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters in Beijing that China was "extremely worried" about the fate of the plane and those on board. Chinese passengers' relatives angrily accused the airline of keeping them in the dark, while state media criticized the carrier's response as poor.

12350669868?profile=original

"There's no one from the company here, we can't find a single person. They've just shut us in this room and told us to wait," said one middle-aged man at a hotel near Beijing airport where the relatives were taken.

"We want someone to show their face. They haven't even given us the passenger list," he said.

Another relative, trying to evade a throng of reporters, muttered: "They're treating us worse than dogs."

12350670252?profile=original

The airline said people of 14 nationalities were among the 227 passengers, including at least 152 Chinese, 38 Malaysians, seven Indonesians, six Australians, five Indians, four French and three Americans.

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Airlines told passengers' next of kin to come to the international airport with their passports to prepare to fly to the crash site, once it was identified.

About 20-30 families were being kept in a holding room at the airport, where they were being guarded by security officials and kept away from reporters.

Malaysia Airlines has one of the best safety records among full-service Asia-Pacific carriers.

12350669900?profile=original

Pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah

It identified the pilot of MH370 as Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah, a 53-year-old Malaysian who joined the carrier in 1981 and has 18,365 hours of flight experience.

Two men are dead and another is injured following separate shootings Tuesday night (March 4) at a Rich Homie Quan concert in New Orleans at Mardi Gras World.

In the first shooting, 25-year old Deron Hitchens and an unidentified 28-year old male got into an altercation which resulted in gunfire. Both men were hit with several bullets. By the time police arrived on the scene the two men were dead. Hitchens was found in a Silver Toyota. The other man was found lying on the ground.
