Fabolous is facing major legal problems after allegedly physically assaulting his baby mama, "Love and Hip Hop" star Emily Bustamante a.k.a. Emily B.

Emily told cops that the 40-year old rapper hit her Wednesday, March 28.

TMZ reports that Fab, born John David Jackson, turned himself in later that evening. He's been charged with one count each of making a terroristic threat and aggravated assault. Both are felonies.

Fabolous' lawyer accompanied him to the police station, where he was given a citation for the incident and a ticket to appear in court. He did not spend any time in jail.

Emily and Fabolous have two children, Johan Jackson, 10, and Jonas Jackson, 2.

DMX is headed to prison for one year.

The rap superstar, born Earl Simmons, was sentenced Wednesday, March 28, in a New York City courtroom for owing the IRS $1.7 million in taxes, according to TMZ.

X, 47, was apologetic while speaking to the judge. He said he hasn't been thinking with a clear head and was too old to be acting the way he has been.

He'll spend the next 12 months behind bars, followed by three years of supervised release.

FORT MYERS, Fla. (WTHR) - A woman in Florida has married a 100-year-old tree in an effort to save it from being cut down.

The ficus tree, fighting for its roots in a Fort Myers park, has become a hot topic in the area. The tree was at risk of being removed after an inquiry from a possible land buyer nearby. When neighbors found out, they took action.

Karen Cooper went as far as planning and celebrating nuptials with the giant tree on Saturday. She described the wedding as a beautiful ceremony on a perfect day with dozens of her closest neighbors.

"We just vowed to protect and preserve, 'til death do us part and like you would any other vow, and then we said, 'Yoohoo, I do!'," Cooper said. "I'm not a whack job, but I'm not in favor of a whack job on this tree."

The tree seemingly agreed, keeping its roots in Snell Park for now. The beautification advisory board will discuss the famous tree at its meeting Tuesday at Fort Myers city hall.

"I can't imagine just tearing down a tree that's over a century old just to make room," said neighbor Kelsey Leone.

The hilarious Gary Owen stopped by The Breakfast Club to one-up the master troll 6ix9ine at his own game. Sporting 6ix9ine's signature rainbow hair, a giant 69 tattoo on his heads an all over his arms, Gary decided to re-imagine The Breakfast Club's latest interview. DJ Envy, Charlamagne, and Angela Yee kicked off the interview by asking Gary the same questions they asked 6ix9ine and he gave some laugh out loud answers as "6ix9ine." 

Even when they started asking him real questions about his own life and career, Gary continued to answer in a 6ix9ine style. Charlamagne brought up whether he'd be doing a Netflix special and Gary responded "Yeah, they say no every year. But I'm fine, I do my own stuff. Yeah, yeah. Shit. Just wanted to cuss for no reason." He went on to reveal that his negotiations with Netflix never even get far enough for him to tell them how much money he would want for his special. "They shut me down so fast," he said. 

They also touched on his BET reality show that was cancelled after one season. Yee, Envy, and Charlamagne all said they were sad to see the show go because it was so funny. Gary revealed the show ultimately ended up being cancelled because the executives at BET changed and the one who originally bought his show left the network. "We got called in the office and we have a discussion," Gary said of finding out his show was cancelled. "I felt like Will Smith when his dad left [on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air]."

They also touched on his relationship with Michael Blackson and Kevin Hart, as well as comedians calling out other comedians. He said he believes he's funnier than Michael Blackson, "name your favorite Michael Blackson joke. Boom. I rest my case."

R. Kelly once again finds his name attached to a sex scandal.

Variety reports that in a new BBC3 documentary, “R Kelly: Sex, Girls and Videotapes.” an ex-girlfriend of the singer claims he groomed a teen girl from the age of 14-years old to be one of his "pets."

“I was introduced to one of the girls, that he told me he ‘trained’ since she was 14, those were his words,” says Kitti Jones, who dated Kelly for two years beginning in 2011. “I saw that she was dressed like me, that she was saying the things I’d say and her mannerisms were like mine. That’s when it clicked in my head that he had been grooming me to become one of his pets. He calls them his pets.”

Jones further alleges the "I Believe I Can Fly" hit maker forced the young girl to “crawl on the floor towards me and perform oral sex on me, and he said, ‘This is my fucking pet, I trained her. She’s going to teach you how to be with me.’”

How old the the teen was at the time of this incident is not clear.

Jones goes on to accuse Kelly of abusing her "physically, verbally and mentally."

"I think he gets some sort of satisfaction within himself, knowing that he’s taking control over other people," Jones asserts.

Neither Kelly, born Robert Kelly, or his reps have responded to the allegations.
