J. Cole's time at Roc Nation could be coming to an abrupt close.
HipHopWired is reporting that Jay-Z has told the rapper to deliver the album or get the boot.
Just last week Cole spoke about the album nearing completion.
"I know my fans are frustrated with me, because I won't give a date," Cole said."I only gave a date one time in my career last year, and I smacked myself in the face because it was so unrealistic. Now I say it's coming soon, and it's really true, because we're in the final stages right now."
After two years looks like Hov wants a return on his investment.
The Prodigy vs Capone beef is starting to escalate.
Mike Delorean, a former protege' of Prodigy and 1/2 of the group Bars-N-Hooks joined Capone in throwing shots at P.
Both are heated about being named in Prodigy's new book "My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep's Prodigy." In it Prodigy details many run ins with the law and beefs with other rap crews. P claims Capone snitched on Havoc's brother, Killer Black at a murder trial and that Bars-N-Hooks robbed Havoc.
Capone admits he did take the stand in the Killer Black murder trial, but says he lied to help get Killer exonerated.
"I got caught in a situation, and I gave a false statement [to police]. I lied. Come to find out, the motherf*cking statement came back, they tried to use me as a witness. But I lied. I wasn't Killer's co-defendant, I wasn't there when the crime happened, I aint speak to him after. But I didn't put nothing in there to incriminate nobody. The n*gga you say I snitched on was running in the streets with me. Get your facts right,[My lie] is the only reason he came home," Capone said.
Capone advised 50 Cent to stay clear of this beef.
"50, I am asking you stay of this please, my n*gga. I got love for you, you're from Queens, you're a Queens n*gga like me, but just this is not a situation which - at the end of the day, it's hammer time," Capone said
With threats from Delorean that the goons are looking for him, and his escalating situation with Capone, it looks like it's gonna be a hot summer for Prodigy.
In a message recorded before Tip went back to prison, the Atlanta rapper shows his appreciation for the hard work and sacrifices mothers make every day.

Al Qaeda has confirmed the death of Osama bin Laden according to CNN.
SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors Islamist websites translated a message posted on jihadist forums.
The message read in part:
We stress that the blood of the holy warrior sheik, Osama Bin Laden, God bless him, is precious to us and to all Muslims and will not go in vain. We will remain, God willing, a curse chasing the Americans and their agents, following them outside and inside their countries. Soon, God willing, their happiness will turn to sadness, their blood will be mingled with tears.
The statement was signed by Al Qaeda's "general leadership."
Does this put to rest conspiracy theories bin Laden is still alive?
Yesterday, Big K.R.I.T., Luda and Bun B began shooting their upcoming vid in College Park, Atlanta. Luckily for us, Julia Beverly showed some Southern hospitality by sharing what her lens captured on the set. ReturnOf4Eva available now.
Lil B is proving to be a lightning rod for controversy these days. If nothing else, the man speaks his mind.
In an interview with Billboard, B was asked to measure President Obama's swag factor.
B initially gave Obama passing grades until it came to Osama bin Laden's assassination.
"President Obama has swag because he just saved himself for the re-election by doing the Osama Bin Laden deal. I don't promote violence though. I don't support violence in any way." Lil B says. "Osama did a bad thing and they did a bad thing for killing. Death is not good at all. It's not swag for death so Obama gets no swag. No swag for death."
Reuters has purchased and released graphic photos taken in the aftermath of Osama bin Laden's death.
The pictures show three dead men, who were with bin Laden at the time of the raid. All three of the pics are gruesome and might put to rest some of the doubt that bin Laden was actually killed.

While we wait for the next single from Tha Carter IV, Jim Jonsin has hinted to Rap-Up that a song he produced on the album will most likely be it. Pitbull was also featured on the original record but it’s not certain if that version will be the final release. Here’s what he says about the track which is potentially titled ‘Blows My Brains’ or ‘She’s Always in My Head’ :
“It’s got similarities to ‘Lollipop. It’s just a little slower and it has similar sounds in it, so people may relate it to the step-brother of ‘Lollipop.’ It’s also [got] completely different melodies and chords. Pitbull help me write the song, He has a verse and he did like a B-section on there, but I’m not sure if Wayne and Pit have agreed to keep him on there or what.”
Slower than ‘Lollipop’? And about what the surprise group?
