Chris Brown is sitting in a downtown Los Angeles jail after violating his probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.

The singer had been ordered by the judge in the case to complete 90 days in a Malibu anger management facility. He finished that stint successfully in February, but the judge wanted him to remain at the facility until his Washington, D.C. assault case had been resolved.

Today the singer broke an unspecified rule and was kicked out of the facility. TMZ reports that he wasn't booted for drugs or violence. Nevertheless, that triggered the probation violation. An arrest warrant was issued and Chris was picked up by Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies.

He's currently being held without bond.

sonya-miller-master-p.jpg

Master P's estranged wife, Sonya Miller, is having a really hard time financially since filing for divorce in October 2013.

According to TMZ, she and her four minor children are on welfare and have been forced to move in with her 24-year old son, Romeo, even though P is worth $200 million.

Sonya claims that P, real name Percy Miller, won't respond to her divorce petition and has been fined $10,000 by a judge for ignoring it.

12350658696?profile=original

Mrs. Miller feels like she's entitled to some of the No Limit Forever CEO's fortune since she was with him before he was famous and helped to build his business empire.

The soon to be ex-couple have been married for 25 years. Master P hasn't commented on Sonya's claims.

Video After The Jump

Just when you thought you had seen everything Lady Gaga has to offer she managed to pull off a new and pretty disgusting stunt at the SXSW Music Festival on Thursday, March 13.

During her performance of "Swine," the singer allowed "vomit painter" Millie Brown to puke green liquid all over her while she played the drums.

12350682900?profile=original

The two then climbed onto a mechanical pig. Gaga straddled Brown, who drank a bottle of black liquid before emptying the contents of her stomach onto the pop star's skin.

Do you consider this to be art? Check the video below to witness the madness.

Video After The Jump

50 Cent was in Austin on Tuesday, March 11, to perform at the SXSW Music Festival. Prior to taking the stage he sat down with Fuse's Brandi Cyrus to talk about his forthcoming album entitled Animal Ambition.

12350680853?profile=original

How did you come up with the name for the record?

My albums have...the ones that stood out to me have had a prosperity theme. Like Power of a Dollar or Get Rich or Die Tryin. This one's about prosperity, but it's about the effects.

Can we expect any collaborations or features on the record?

Shout out to Trey Songz. Me and Trey Songz worked together on the Smoke record. It's actually produced by Dr. Dre. I worked with Prodigy. I really don't wanna give everything up (laughs).

You recently put out a song called Funeral and a video for it. Can you talk about the story behind the song and the video?

Funeral was me being inspired by things that, when I fell in love with hip hop it was different elements involved in the actual writing. The story telling process was really big at that point. It's gone because it's been replaced with riddles and little punchlines. For me to bring that element back is exciting. You're gonna see a lot of artists follow and doing it because it feels like a short film when the video follows the narrative and the music.

As far as soundwise can we expect the record to sound a lot like Funeral? Is that a first taste of it, or is it all going to be different?

It does have the harder drums on the project throughout it. It's just my musical choice. I always like for the record...I gotta feel like it's gonna help me run in the gym. That energy connected to it. I want that to be in there. I think overall the project will be something that a lot of people enjoy.

You're completely independent. You left Interscope. Talk about what that feels like to be able to do literally whatever you want with your music.

It's not a big adjustment for me. A lot of guys that anticipate, or have had their dream of being so big they'll commit to the majors. They're just like, 'Let me just do the deal and get this.' Before they know it the advance is gone (laughs).

Vybz Kartel has been found guilty of murder by a jury in Kingston, Jamaica on Thursday, March 13. The 38-year old, real name Adidja Azim Palmer, and four co-defendants, André St John, Kahira Jones, Shawn Campbell and Shane Williams were on trial for the August 2011 slaying of Clive "Lizard" Williams.

Prosecutors argued that the men beat Clive to death at Kartel's home over 2 missing guns belonging to the dancehall star.

Police testified that they found a text message from Kartel indicating that Clive's body had been chopped up in "mincemeat." He has yet to be found.

12350681452?profile=original

Kartel's lawyer, Tom Tavares-Finson, told the jury that the prosecution's case was "dishonest" and incompetent." He noted that "witness statements and a compact disc with evidence saved on it somehow went missing."

There was added drama to the trial when a juror was arrested Thursday for attempting to bribe the jury foreman in an attempt to convince the panel to bring back a non guilty verdict. The foreman rejected the offer and reported the incident. A decision was made to continue the trial.

During the deliberation phase, the eleven person jury came back after 1 hour and 53 minutes with a 10-1 verdict. The judge asked them to go back and deliberate more to see if they could reach a unanimous decision because the verdict was reached in less than 2 hours.

The jury later returned with the same 10-1 verdict in favor of conviction.

Tavares-Finson told the Jamaica Observer that he plans on appealing his client's conviction.

“There is an appeal process on which we will embark. We have to accept it and move along,” he said.

Of the five men who went to trial for killing Clive, only Shane Williams was found not guilty.

The rest face the possibility of life imprisonment. They will appear in court on March 27 for sentencing.

In 2013 Vybez and two co-defendants went to trial for the murder of Barrington "Bossy" Burton. All three were acquitted.

Video After The Jump

Lil Wayne is still planning to hang up the mic after releasing Tha Carter V, but like everything else in life, money talks and bullsh*t walks.

During a recent sit down with MTV's Rob Markman, Weezy said he has a hefty price tag if Birdman wants to see another solo album out of him after the final installment of Tha Carter album series.

"25 to 35 million would get me to do another solo album after this. I didn't smile when I said that. I personally plan on this being my final solo album," The Young Money CEO said. "It's definitely the final Carter album. It's the final Carter album. We're stopping at five. I plan on it being my final solo album," he continued. "Whenever I have to pitch in for a Young Money album, a Like Father, Like Son album and something like that and maybe something out the blue. The reason being [is] the way I'm working on this album. To me, it seems like it will be impossible for me to work this hard again for anything else."

Is Wayne really walking away? Or just putting Baby on notice that he should get his checkbook out?

Radio legend Troi Torain (STAR) always delivers hard-hitting objective truth. As a culture critic he is vicious, as a businessman he is relentless, as a luminary he is un-matched.

Considered a radio pioneer by many, STAR has set precedents on the urban landscape and was recently inducted into News One's "Top 20 Black Radio Jockeys Of All Time."

12349978878?profile=original

STAR & BUC WILD made the national stage on MTV (1999) but it was their radio show on New York's Hot 97 and Power 105 (2000 - 2006) that secured their place in Hip-Hop history.

Torain's resume includes The Source magazine, MTV Networks, Hot 97, Power 104.1, Power 105.1, Pulse 87, Hip-Hop Weekly magazine, Vladtv, Thisis50, 100.3 The Beat, shot97.com and VH1 (The Gossip Game).
