Lamar Odom has completely fallen off the wagon after nearly losing his life in 2015.
TMZ reports that the former NBA player had to be removed from a Delta Airlines flight from Los Angeles to New York City, because he was wasted and vomiting.
Odom reportedly had way too much to drink in the Delta lounge at Los Angeles International Airport, prior to boarding the flight.
Witnesses told TMZ that he plopped down in his seat, then hopped up and threw up in the galley. Odom then headed to the bathroom and vomited while the door was wide open.
All of this occurred before the plane had taken off.
Odom was escorted off the plane, but reappeared minutes later with vomit on his pants before heading back to the bathroom, using the heads of fellow passengers to balance himself along the way.
"Don't you know his history? I don't want a dead body at 30,000 feet," a passenger told one of the flight attendants.
Odom was once again escorted from the plane, this time for good.
As we reported at the time, Odom was found unconscious last October, at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada, following a weekend of heavy partying with two prostitutes.
He was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support. Fortunately, he recovered and after several months of physical rehabilitation, Odom was released from a Los Angeles hospital in January.
His estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, stood by him while he recovered. She gave up a couple of months ago when he started drinking again and refused to go to rehab.
Last month his family found crack pipes, baggies, marijuana roaches and other drug paraphernalia in his Calabases, California home.

During a recent interview with Montreality, SchoolBoy Q was asked if there was one evil he could rid the world of, what would it be.
"Guns, that gun law shit is real ... it'll never stop," The TDE rapper said. "Niggas need to take away guns. From officers, from everybody. It should be no guns. But, it's too many guns out there now. It's impossible to take away all the guns. What I want is impossible to happen. If they could have never made guns ... I think that would be a whole lot better. 'Cause now people just getting killed left and right. You'll have 400-500 people die in Chicago, like every year. That's fucking insane."

Rich Homie Quan is feeling the heat this morning after forgetting The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Get Money" lyrics during Lil Kim's medley performance, at VH1's 2016 Hip Hop Honors on Monday, July 11, at David Geffen Hall in New York City.
Producer Statik Selektah took to his Twitter account Tuesday to rip the rapper, VH1 and warned DJ's not to play Rich's music in New York City.
"Ok enough enough with these new guys… Rich homie Quan should be working at Burger King not doing Biggie tributes… FUckouttahere," Statik wrote. "Then again whoever at VH1 decided that was a good idea needs to be in the mail room for the rest of their life… MCs should do MC shit. New rule… you play a Rich Homie Quan record in NYC, you’re Serato gets taken away. Try me on that."

"Rich Homie Quan leave the city yet?" "Darden quipped "Bruh you had the Coogi sweater.... But not the lyrics!??!? #YouHadOneJob."

Former Michigan State University player and current Golden State Warriors star, Draymond Green, allegedly let his temper get the best of him early Sunday morning, July 10, and ended up in handcuffs.
The Detroit Free Press reports that Green was leaving Conrad's Grill in East Lansing, Michigan around 2:30 a.m., when he got into an argument with another man.
Things escalated to the point where Green slapped the guy. Officers were already on the scene working late night patrol and witnessed the entire incident.
Green was arrested and hauled off to a local precinct where he was charged with assault and battery.
The NBA player was released after posting $200 bail
Green's attorney waived his client's right to a scheduled July 20 arraignment.
In doing so, Green acknowledges he understands the charges he faces and the possible penalties if he is found guilty. He also avoids having to attend an arraignment in person.
A pre-trial hearing will be set at a later date.
If convicted Green could face a maximum penalty of 93 days in jail, a $500 fine, or both.
