Migos recently sat down with XXL to do an interview for the publication's 20th Anniversary issue. During the conversation they were asked about G-Unit Records head honcho, 50 Cent.

XXL: What do you think 50 Cent means to hip hop in the past 20 years?
Quavo: I think 50 Cent brought a lot of gangsta shit to hip hop
Offset: He made [gangsta shit] more acceptable. I heard it was scaring officers and all that. But they had to accept it, he had the hits. Especially for our generation. You know everybody say ‘Pac and Biggie, that’s the same situation for our generation.
XXL: Is 50 the Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. of your generation?
Offset: Yeah, I’ll give that to the OG. He made it through, kept going. Gone to corporate.
Quavo: “Who knows if ‘Pac was alive, which lane he would’ve switched over to,” he said. “It’s only right, he doing the same thing. 'Pac was doing movies, [50’s] doing movies. Same thing.”

Meek Mill and his attorney, Joe Tacopina, have worked out a deal with the District Attorney in New York City that should should clean his record of the reckless driving charge his picked up in August.
As we previously reported, Meek, real name Robert Williams, was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment, for allegedly popping wheelies on a motorcycle.
That charge was later reduced to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
TMZ reports that the D.A. has now agreed to a deal that will wipe the arrest from his record if he avoids any more trouble for the next six months.
Meek must also complete 30 hours of community service, which should be a breeze because he's already knocked out 20.
"This swift resolution vindicates Meek and clearly shows how outrageous the police department's conduct is in this case," Tacopina told TMZ.

JAY-Z is reportedly looking to add another significant piece to his business portfolio.
TMZ reports that the 47-year old Roc Nation CEO, along with a famous producer and billionaire are in talks to buy Harvey Weinstein's 23% stake in The Weinstein Company.
Jay already has an ongoing working relationship with TWC and wants to expand it.
Harvey was a producer on the documentary, "The Kalief Browder Story." TWC is also working with Jay on a six-part docu-series on Trayvon Martin, as part of a first-look deal he signed with the studio last September.
The opportunity for Jay to make the acquisition came about after Harvey was fired by TWC's board of representatives earlier this month, amid allegations of sexual harassment against him.
