Report via TMZ -- Travis Scott straight-up jacked a portion of Three 6 Mafia's DJ Paul's track ... so claims DJ Paul in a new lawsuit.
Paul filed legal docs claiming Travis' "No Bystanders" has a hook that's almost identical to DJ Paul's track "Tear Da Club Up." According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul says the hook to his track says "Tear da club up, tear da club up" while Travis' track goes "Fuck da club up. Fuck da club up."
In docs, Paul claims the cadence and sound are virtually identical. What's more ... Paul says Travis used his exact hook from "Tear Da Club Up" for his Grammys performance earlier this year ... line by line.
"No Bystanders" is a part of Travis' massively successful "Astroworld" album ... which debuted No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart. It was also a fan favorite during the rapper's 55-city tour.
In a previous interview with us in June DJ Paul claimed young artists were going to kill hip-hop ... but it doesn't appear like the lawsuit is in direct correlation to that statement.
Paul's now suing to get Travis' track pulled and wants the profits from "No Bystanders" ... which he thinks is around $20 million. We've reached out to Travis' rep, so far no word back.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A former St. Louis County teaching assistant already accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy at a local school is now accused of conspiring with his boyfriend to kill the boy and the child’s mother.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 36-year-old Deonte Taylor was charged Wednesday with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of tampering with a witness in a felony prosecution. Sixty-six-year-old Michael Johnson faces the same charges.
Authorities say the sex crime happened three years ago but Taylor wasn’t charged until November with three counts of sodomy.
The new charges allege Johnson and Taylor agreed to pay someone to kill the boy and his mother to prevent them from testifying. Prosecutors say the men paid a confidential informant.
Both suspects are jailed without bail. Court documents don’t say whether they have attorneys.

(Pix 11) NEW YORK — The Yankees have suspended the use of Kate Smith's recording of "God Bless America" during the seventh-inning stretch while they investigate an allegation of racism against the singer.
The New York Daily News reported Thursday there are conflicting claims about Smith's 1939 song "That's Why Darkies Were Born." The song originated in the 1931 Broadway revue "George White's Scandals," and was considered satire. It was recorded by Smith and also by Paul Robeson, who was black.
The team said in a statement: "The Yankees have been made aware of a recording that had been previously unknown to us and decided to immediately and carefully review this new information. The Yankees take social, racial and cultural insensitivities very seriously. And while no final conclusions have been made, we are erring on the side of sensitivity."
“The Yankees, who I think need to appeal to everybody, took the right stand,” Marty Appel, a Yankees historian who has written extensively about the organization, told PIX11 News.
According to Appel, there’s a silver lining to the controversy.
“They have an opportunity to create a new tradition just as the people of Paris have an opportunity to create a new Notre Dame in their image.”
Smith died in 1986. The Yankees have used her recording of "God Bless America" and sometimes live singers during the seventh inning since the 2001 terrorist attacks. They used an organ version Wednesday and Thursday.

Looks like Tyga has put his beef with Birdman, Young Money and Cash Money Records behind him because he just dropped a $10 million lawsuit against them, according to The Blast.
The 29-year old rapper, born Micheal Ray Stevenson, originally filed a breach of contract suit in 2018, alleging he wasn't paid royalties for the albums “Careless World” and “Hotel California.”
Cash Money was the parent company of Young Money during Tyga's time there. The "Rack City" hit maker left YMCMB in 2016.
Birdman had previously denied owing Tyga any money, saying it was the other way around. Insisting Tyga was paid advances that were never recouped.
Nevertheless, The Blast reports that Tyga recently filed court paperwork voluntarily dismissing all claims against Cash Money and Young Money in the lawsuit.
