A basketball card collector hit the JACKPOT -- pulling an ultra-rare, 1-of-1 Zion Williamson card -- and he's not wasting any time CASHIN' IN on the super valuable piece.

Here's the deal ... an Australian fan ponied up $750 to reserve 1 card from a box of 2019-20 Panini Flawless Basketball cards (a box generally runs around $7K).

The man lives thousands of miles away (and we're still in a pandemic), so an employee from Firehand Cards in Southern California pulled the card on Christmas Eve ... while the fan watched online.

Keep in mind ... the fan knew he bought a card, but had NO IDEA which one.

The card was a Zion NBA Logoman ... arguably the most sought after basketball card of the year. The card contains Williamson's signature, and patch from a game-worn jersey from his rookie season with the Pelicans.

The fan hit up Ken Goldin of Goldin Auctions, and they struck a deal to put the card on the auction block.

Goldin arranged for his nephew who lives in Cali to pick up the card from the shop ... and deliver it to PSA -- a premiere memorabilia grading service. A day later the card was graded mint condition, and is now on the auction block.

GA tells us they expect the card to bring in around $750,000 ... once the auction goes live January 11.

President Trump was permanently suspended from Twitter Friday. In the announcement, the company cited “the risk of further incitement of violence” and the president’s past transgressions on the platform.

“In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action,” Twitter wrote. “… We made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules and cannot use Twitter to incite violence.”

On Wednesday Twitter suspended President Trump’s account until he deleted three tweets that the platform flagged as violating its rules. Trump’s account was set to reactivate 12 hours after those deletions, and he returned to the platform on Thursday night.

Trump crossed a line with Twitter when he failed to condemn a group of his supporters who staged a violent riot at the Capitol building while Congress met to certify the election results. In one tweet, Trump shared a video in which he gently encouraged the group to return home, while reassuring his agitated followers that he loved them and that they were “special.”

At that time, Twitter said that Trump’s tweets contained “repeated and severe violations” of its policy on civic integrity and threatened that any future violations would result in “permanent suspension” of the president’s account.

While Facebook took more drastic action against Trump’s account in the aftermath of Wednesday’s chaotic siege on Capitol Hill, Twitter has a longer history of friction with the outgoing president. U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski said Friday that Donald Trump should resign the presidency immediately & that if the Republican Party cannot separate itself from Trump, she isn’t certain she has a future with the party.

“I want him to resign. I want him out. He has caused enough damage,” Murkowski, R-Alaska, said during an interview from her small Capitol office.

“I think he should leave. He said he’s not going to show up. He’s not going to appear at the at the inauguration. He hasn’t been focused on what is going on with COVID. He’s either been golfing or he’s been inside the Oval Office fuming & throwing every single person who has been loyal & faithful to him under the bus, starting with the vice president. He doesn’t want to stay there. He only wants to stay there for the title. He only wants to stay there for his ego. He needs to get out. He needs to do the good thing, but I don’t think he’s capable of doing a good thing,” she said.

Murkowski said that while “there may have been many, many, many, many good Americans who came to Washington, D.C., because they felt strongly in support of this president,” Trump incited them to storm the Capitol after a speech near the Washington Monument.

Even before Election Day, the president refused to say whether he would accept the election results, Murkowski said & then tried to overturn the results.

“I will attribute it to the president, who said, even after his vice president told him that morning, ‘I do not have the constitutional authority to do what you have asked me to do. I cannot do it. I have to protect & uphold the Constitution.’ Even after the vice president told President Trump that, he still told his supporters to fight. How are they supposed to take that? Nicki Minaj and Tracy Chapman have reached a settlement in the copyright dispute that accused Minaj of sampling Chapman's 1988 song "Baby Can I Hold You" in the rapper's leaked track "Sorry."

Chapman and her team accepted a $450,000 offer Thursday, which Minaj and her team finalized on Dec. 17, according to public court documents filed in a California federal court. This sum includes of all costs and attorney fees related to the case, and the dispute will not proceed to a trial.

Despite Judge Virginia Phillips' ruling last September that Minaj did not commit copyright infringement when writing and recording "Sorry," the settlement reflects a victory for Chapman in the suit.

Chapman first filed a copyright infringement lawsuit on Oct. 22, 2018, claiming that Minaj's leaked track "Sorry" incorporated lyrics and vocal melody from "Baby Can I Hold You."

"Sorry" was not included on Minaj's 2018 album "Queen" but Chapman alleged that the rapper gave it to a popular New York disc jockey who played the song on the radio and posted it to his social media accounts.

(Gray News) – The man photographed sitting at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s desk was arrested and charged with three federal counts including theft of public property, the FBI said Friday, according to multiple news outlets.

Federal officials said Richard Barnett of Arkansas was taken into custody Friday morning in Little Rock.

Earlier, Barnett, a 60-year-old involved with a pro-gun rights group in northwest Arkansas, told CNN affiliate KFSM he’s the person in the viral photo.

Barnett said he took an envelope off Pelosi’s desk, leaving her a quarter and a note.

“I set my flag down. I sat down there at my desk. I’m a taxpayer. I’m a patriot,” Barnett said. “That ain’t her desk! We loaned her that desk, and she ain’t appreciating the desk, so I thought I’d sit down and appreciate the desk. I threw my feet up on the desk.”

Many who stormed the Capitol appear to be conspiracy theorists and extremists. Some of them are involved with groups like QAnan and the Proud Boys.

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Friday she has spoken to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff about preventing an “unhinged” President Donald Trump from ordering military actions including a possible nuclear strike in his final days and hours at the White House.

Pelosi said in a statement to colleagues that she spoke with Gen. Mark Milley “to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes” for nuclear war. She said Milley assured her longstanding safeguards are in place.

The president has sole authority in the U.S. government to order the launch of a nuclear weapon. But a military commander could refuse the order if it were determined to be illegal. Trump has been making no such threats.

Pelosi said the situation of “this unhinged president could not be more dangerous.”

Pelosi was meeting with the House Democratic caucus Friday to consider impeachment proceedings against the president as soon as next week after the deadly siege of the U.S. Capitol by a pro-Trump mob that shocked the nation & the world.

Top lawmakers are sounding alarms that even though Trump is to leave office Jan. 20 when Democrat Joe Biden is sworn in, he could do great damage on his way out. And if Trump were to be impeached by the House & convicted by the Senate, he could be prevented from running again for the presidency in 2024 or ever holding public office again. Trump would be only the president twice impeached.

One Trump ally, Republican minority leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, said “impeaching the President with just 12 days left in his term will only divide our country more.”

The storming of the U.S. Capitol was shocking, but photos of pro-Trump insurrectionists holding a bunch of zip-tie handcuffs show they might've planned to do much worse.

There were reports Wednesday some of the insurrectionists were prepared to occupy the Capitol throughout the night, and these zip tie pics suggest they were prepared to hold people -- perhaps Congressional leaders -- against their will.

At least 2 different men were seen holding the zip ties -- commonly used as disposable handcuffs -- inside the U.S. Senate Chamber after members of Congress were forced to flee due to the security breach.

On top of this ... we already know many members of the mob that invaded the Capitol were armed, willing to bust into offices and take whatever they wanted, and someone even left behind the threat, "Murder the media," by scratching it on a door.

And, don't forget -- D.C. cops also found explosives near the building that were safely detonated.

It's all potentially crucial evidence, as it could show President Trump wasn't spontaneously urging his amped-up followers to "show strength" and simply march to the Capitol -- it could show the attack was all a premeditated plan.

That means more serious charges for all the rioters, and possibly, for Trump once he's out of office.

(CNN) The rapper known as DaBaby was arrested in Beverly Hills Thursday for allegedly possessing a loaded and concealed handgun, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

On Thursday afternoon around 4:30, a security guard at the Gucci store called BHPD regarding "a group of males walking southbound with one male having a handgun in his waistband as seen inside the store," according to a police statement.

Police said they made contact with the group after they entered a vehicle and were preparing to leave the area. After an investigation, police said they found a 9mm firearm.

The six-time Grammy-nominated rapper, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a loaded and concealed firearm.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's booking information, Kirk, 29, was released on $35,000 bond. He is expected in court on January 11.

He was previously arrested in January 2020 for allegedly attacking a music promoter in Miami.

DaBaby's hits include "Rockstar," "Bop," and "Suge." He won the BET award for Best Male Hip Hop Artist in 2020.

UFC fighter Irwin Rivera was arrested Thursday on two counts of attempted murder, according to an incident report obtained by ESPN.

He was booked just after noon ET after being apprehended by the Boynton Beach Police Department and is being held without bail, per online jail records.

Boynton Beach Police Department spokesperson Stephanie Slater told ESPN that Rivera is accused of stabbing his two sisters.

Boynton Beach police officers found two women -- one age 22 and the other age 33 -- with multiple stab wounds after being called to a residence, per the incident report. The younger woman had wounds in her back, head and arm. The older had wounds on her back, face, arms and hands and had two collapsed lungs. Both were alive and were rushed to a hospital.

The Boynton Beach Police department said one victim is in stable condition, the other is in critical condition.

Rivera fled the scene. Police made contact with him at about 7 a.m. ET on Thursday morning and, per the report, Rivera said, "I killed my sisters." According to the report, Rivera told police that he entered his sisters' bedroom while they were sleeping and stabbed them with a "brass knuckle knife." Rivera told police that he believed he had killed his sisters and he did it because it was his purpose, told to him by a "higher power."

"Soho Karen" Miya Ponsetto, who allegedly assaulted the 14-year-old son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold at a Manhattan hotel, was arrested in California Thursday, sources said.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and the NYPD arrested the 22-year-old Ponsetto in Ventura, and she is expected to be charged with attempted robbery, law enforcement sources told The Post.

Ponsetto is scheduled to face a judge Friday before being extradited to New York, the sources said.

The NYPD had issued a warrant for her arrest and detectives recently traveled to California to question her about the attack.

Ponsetto made national headlines when she was caught on video accusing Keyon Harrold Jr. of stealing her iPhone at the Arlo Hotel. Video posted to Instagram by the teen’s father shows Ponsetto allegedly attacking Keyon and trying to snatch his phone.

The Post found Ponsetto outside a McDonald’s in Piru, Calif., last week where she clarified she was Puerto Rican.

The Post’s photographer asks Ponsetto if she had any regrets about the incident, she replies on camera, "I’m good, thank you. Have a very good day. Take care of yourself."
