An aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo told The New York Times that Cuomo ogled her & made inappropriate remarks — the latest accusation of sexual harassment against a governor who's already facing bipartisan calls to resign.
Alyssa McGrath, 33, told the paper that Cuomo would remark on her looks & make suggestive comments to her & another executive aide.
She recounted one instance when she was called into his office to take dictation.
“I put my head down waiting for him to start speaking, and he didn’t start speaking,” she told The New York Times. “So I looked up to see what was going on. And he was blatantly looking down my shirt.” She said Cuomo then asked her, "‘What’s on your necklace?’ Which was in my shirt.”
McGrath was also friends with another aide who reportedly alleged that the governor had groped her. The unidentified woman's complaint has since been forwarded to the Albany police department. McGrath said she discussed the alleged incident with the woman after The Albany Times Union reported on it last week.
The co-worker told McGrath that Cuomo had asked her not to tell her about the incident because he knew the two were close.
Cuomo has denied the woman's groping allegation. "I have never done anything like this," he said in a statement to NBC News last week.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In 2018, Gregory Bush walked into the Jeffersontown Kroger, shot Maurice Stallard, then walked into the parking lot & shot Vickie Jones.
Thursday in court, a judge asked Bush, a white man, if he shot the two victims because they were Black. He said yes.
Bush pled guilty to six federal charges: two counts of shooting & killing a victim based on race, and one count of attempting to shoot a victim based on race. The other three charges are gun related.
The maximum sentence in federal court Bush can receive is life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The death penalty was taken off the table at the request of former U.S. Attorney General William Barr in exchange from a guilty plea from Bush. Jones’s sister, Samuella Gathright, said she has mixed feelings about that exchange.
“I’m a Christian, my family are Christians & I don’t think we would get anything out of him being sentenced to death,” Gathright said. “As long as he never walks this earth again, I think I can live with that.”
Bush will be sentenced June 24 at 1 p.m.
In December, Bush pled guilty, but mentally ill, to murder, attempted murder & wanton endangerment in state court.
He has already been sentenced to life in prison for those crimes.

Deshaun Watson insists the only reason he contacted massage therapists over social media is because his usual masseuse couldn't work on him due to the COVID pandemic.
Multiple sources connected to Watson tell us ... the NFL superstar is still adamant he did NOT sexually assault any of the women making claims against him.
He's obviously been following the story ... but strongly disputes the claims made by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to be talking with 22 women who say they were violated by Watson.
Most of the women who have filed lawsuits claim Watson first contacted them on Instagram to set up a massage -- which they found surprising considering Watson is a pro athlete who should have tons of resources at his disposal to find established therapists.
But, our sources tell us ... Watson didn't just find these women out of the blue -- insisting when his usual therapist was stopped by the COVID pandemic, he reached out to various friends, teammates & associates to get recommendations.
We're told once Watson made contact ... he put an emphasis on privacy & spelled out the areas he wanted the massage to make sure the masseuse was comfortable & to ensure things stayed professional.
Our sources tell us ... Watson insists he never crossed the line with any of the women & still strongly believes they're being led by a money-hungry attorney who's looking for a payout.
There's more ... Deshaun -- who signed a 4-year, $156 million contract extension in 2020 -- obviously has the means to pay the women off if he wanted to, but he doesn't want to give them a cent because he's adamant he didn't do anything wrong.

HOUSTON (AP) — Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has been sued by 4 more women who accuse him of sexual assault & harassment.
The lawsuits were filed Thursday night, hours after the NFL said it was investigating earlier allegations by 3 massage therapists who said the quarterback sexually assaulted them during massages.
The claims in the 4 new suits, which were filed in a Harris County state district court, mirror those in the 3 earlier cases. Each woman who sued Thursday worked in a spa or giving massages & claims that Watson exposed himself, touched them with his penis or kissed them against their will.
None of the 7 women, who have sued separately but are all represented by Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee, are identified by name in the lawsuits. They are each seeking compensatory & punitive damages, as well as court costs.
Watson, 25, has broadly denied that he acted inappropriately & said in a Tuesday statement that he looks forward to clearing his name. In a statement Friday, an attorney for Watson, Rusty Hardin, called the allegations “meritless.”
At a Friday news conference, Buzbee said he expects to file more lawsuits & his firm is vetting additional claims from women, including 1 involving an incident this month. None of his clients had filed police reports, he said, “but that is our next step.”
Buzbee said some of the massage therapists who came forward work at spas, some work from their homes, some work at deluxe hotels. All but one, who was flown in from Atlanta, were from the Houston area.
“These are, for the most part, licensed professionals. These are people that, many of them, are single mothers, either own their own shop or work in a spa,” while 3 clients are married and 1 is engaged, he said.
Hardin’s statement said he is “extremely proud to represent Deshaun Watson and wholly stand behind him.”
Watson is 1 of the league’s top quarterbacks & led the NFL in yards passing last season. He signed a 4-year, $156 million contract extension with the Texans last offseason, but he became unhappy with the direction of the team as Houston sunk to 4-12 & he requested a trade in January.

Khabib Nurmagomedov, arguably the greatest mixed martial artist of all time, is officially retired, & even UFC president Dana White is ready to move on.
White told ESPN on Thursday that he & Nurmagomedov met in Las Vegas, & the undefeated lightweight champion reiterated he does not intend to fight again. As a result, the UFC is finalizing a lightweight title fight between Michael Chandler & Charles Oliveira for UFC 262 on May 15.
"Khabib is retired and doesn't wanna hold up the division," White told ESPN, via text message. "Tonight was our final meeting & he is retired."
Nurmagomedov (29-0) announced his retirement from MMA in October, but White repeatedly said he held out hope the Dagestani champion would fight again. Nurmagomedov defended the lightweight championship three times, against Justin Gaethje, Dustin Poirier & Conor McGregor.
Looking ahead, Chandler (22-5) is a former three-time Bellator MMA lightweight champion. He signed with the UFC in 2020 & made his promotional debut in January against Dan Hooker at UFC 257 on Fight Island. He scored a first-round knockout in just 2:30.
Fighting out of Sanford MMA in South Florida, Chandler is 6-1 in his past seven contests.
Oliveira (30-8) is currently on an eight-fight win streak, including a dominant decision over former interim champion Tony Ferguson at UFC 256 in December. The 31-year-old has been on a tear since moving up from featherweight in 2017, with a record of 9-1. He has finished eight of those nine wins at 155 pounds.

Kamaru Usman isn't just looking to beat Jorge Masvidal at UFC 261 -- he wants to make a statement ... telling TMZ Sports, "I want to put the nail in that coffin once & for all."
Usman -- the reigning welterweight champ -- already defeated Masvidal when they clashed on Fight Island back in July ... but it's worth noting Jorge only took the fight on less than a week's notice.
Remember, Usman's original opponent for UFC 251 was Gilbert Burns -- but he caught COVID & Masvidal stepped up on less than a week's notice to save the card.
Masvidal fought hard -- but it was obvious his conditioning wasn't great ... & Usman proceeded to maul him for 5 straight rounds, winning by unanimous decision.
Ever since that fight, Jorge has been saying he'd wreck Usman if given a proper training camp & his wish was granted.
Masvidal will now have 6 full weeks to prepare for Usman before they face off on April 24 & Kamaru says he's fired up!
"I am more than excited," Usman tells TMZ Sports ... "I'm blessed for the opportunity that Allah has given me & being able to go out there & do major things. I'm so thankful."
As for Masvidal's claim that he'll whoop Usman the 2nd time around ... Kamaru is clapping back at that, too.
"There's two things -- One, either he truly believes it which I have to take very very very seriously ... or he's just too stupid to understand what's happening right now."
"So, I gotta believe that it's the first one & I gotta take him at his word."
Usman says he knows Masvidal is dangerous -- but at the end of the day he's a "journeyman" fighter who peaked in 2019 & those days are long over.
"Now it's time to come back to reality. It's 2021. The ship has sailed my man."

One of the women who accused Kellen Winslow Jr. of sexual misconduct is now suing the ex-NFL star ... with the woman claiming the football player traumatized her with some disgusting acts at a gym in 2019.
The woman -- who was 77 years old at the time of the incident -- just filed the civil suit last month ... laying out in graphic detail how she says Winslow terrorized her at 'Crunch Carlsbad' in Southern California.
The woman says on Feb. 13, 2019, she was working out when she noticed the former Cleveland Browns player masturbating near her.
She claims Winslow then approached her, "made lewd & offensive remarks," & pointed "at his erect penis" & said, “Do you see this, do you like it."
The woman says she ran off, found her husband inside the gym & left immediately.
But, less than 2 weeks later on Feb. 22, the woman says she encountered Winslow again inside of the fitness center's Jacuzzi.
In her suit, the woman says Winslow got in the water, sat close to her, & rubbed her leg and arm without her consent.
She claims she ran off and notified fitness center employees ... who she believes called law enforcement.
Winslow was eventually hit with a criminal charge of lewd conduct in public over the incident, & a jury found him guilty of the crime -- as well as rape & other charges at a trial in May 2019.
The woman is suing Winslow -- who was just sentenced earlier this month to 14 years in prison over his crimes -- for unspecified damages, claiming in the docs she's "suffered & continues to suffer great pain of mind & body, shock, [and] emotional distress."

The allegations against NFL superstar Deshaun Watson are piling up ... a third female masseuse has filed a lawsuit against the QB, claiming he forced her to perform oral sex during a Dec. 2020 encounter.
The woman, who filed her suit under the pseudonym Jane Doe to protect her identity, claims Watson reached out on Instagram to set up a session.
The woman says the two agreed to an appointment at a Houston office building on Dec. 28, 2020 at 10 a.m.
Jane Doe -- who claims she was newly engaged & had just graduated chiropractic school -- says her mother dropped her off at the job, & then she met Watson & that's when she claims things immediately got weird.
The woman says Watson insisted she focus on massaging his "inner thighs" and "inner glutes" -- while repeatedly telling her he's a professional football player.
She claims Watson "got more aggressive" & eventually "coerced [Jane Doe] to move her mouth toward his penis, forcing [Jane Doe] to perform oral sex on him."
The woman claims she never consented to the sex act & actually "blacked out for a few minutes from the fear."
In her suit, the woman claims she was so terrified, she defecated on herself.
The woman says Watson got up, got dressed & left as if nothing happened.
The woman is suing for sexual assault, civil assault & intentional inflection of emotional distress.
It's the third lawsuit filed against Watson by attorney Tony Buzbee ... who claims there are at least 3 other women who will be taking legal action against the Houston Texans player.

The vast majority of West's wealth is tied up in his apparel businesses: The combined value of West's Yeezy sneaker partnership with Adidas & his clothing line with the Gap is worth a combined $3.2 billion to $4.7 billion, according to a UBS report published in February.
West has an additional $1.7 billion in other assets, including a major investment in his estranged wife Kim Kardashian's Skims shapewear line.
His music catalog is worth $110 million & he holds $122 million in cash & stock, according to Bloomberg.
Gap & West announced their 10-year partnership last June -— an unveiling that initially caused the apparel maker's stock to soar nearly 19% on June 26 before leveling out weeks later.
Adidas, meanwhile, expanded its partnership with Ye in 2016 after a successful multi-year run with his Yeezy sneaker line. The German sports apparel company called its deal with West "the most significant partnership ever created between a non-athlete & an athletic brand." West's high-end athletic shoes routinely sell out within minutes of going on sale online.
West also filed for a trademark for a Yeezy beauty line last June.
Forbes reported West's net worth had reached $1.3 billion last April.
