The stork could be coming any day now for Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon, but Mariah isn't going to waste a good photo op.

"I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience," Carey told Life & Style magazine. "My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans."

The couple are expecting twins.

A Colorodo mom is dealing with the aftermath of the police pepper spraying her eight-year old son at school.

The police said they had to take such measures because the boy was out of control, throwing a violent temper tantrum that forced at least two teachers to hide.

The boy, Aiden told the told teachers "if you come out you're gonna die!"

When police arrived they pepper sprayed him right there in the classroom in order to subdue him.

"It burned my eyes," says Aiden

His mom Mandy is upset the police didn't try to calm him down for 5-10 minutes before spraying him.

"I think that it's excessive, I think that they could have tried to talk to him 5-10 minutes to see if they could get him to calm down, but that doesn't seem like that's what they did," she said.

Aiden had basically torn the classroom up. Police say he threw a tv cart, chairs and ripped wood trimming from the walls. They deemed him to be too out of control to subdue any other way.

Is this good police work or some lazy ass cops acting like they couldn't take down a 2nd grader?

As far as pure off the top of the head comedy Tracy Morgan might be the funniest man on the planet.

His appearance on Conan O'Brien was dumb funny. The only serious part of the show was Tracy talking about getting a kidney transplant recently. Other than that it was like a stand up routine.

There's a new development in the case of Notorious B.I.G's murder.  It has been learned that he was killed with rounds of Gecko 9mm armor piercing ammunition. That brand of ammunition is made in Germany and is rarely seen in the U.S..

Even with the latest discovery, the investigation has moved at a snail's pace. One detective, Russel Poole quit the LAPD because he felt like his investigation into Biggie's death was being stonewalled by the police force. Poole believed strongly that Officer David Mack had committed the murder along with a friend Amir Muhammad.

Allhiphop reports that this new information came via the Freedom of Information act. In the report the FBI blames LAPD officers for helping the killer escape.

Many LAPD cops moonlighted as security for Death Row Records owner Suge Knight at the time.

It's possible Nicki's interest is piqued because she got a similar offer last year from Lady Gaga and turned it down. For an artist like Nicki, who is obviously going for a pop audience, being associated with and performing in front of fans of Spears is a good look.

The timing would work out perfectly for Nicki who would be coming off the end Lil Wayne's 'I Am Still Music II' tour in early May.

Lil Wayne won't be a superstar forever. it might be time to hire someone to handle his financial records because the IRS is breathing down his neck again.

Weezy just paid off a $1.13 million dollar IRS debt in February. Now they are right back on his heels, this time for $5,610,034 according to the Detroit Press.

The government alleges Wayne didn't pay taxes in 2008-2009.

The star recently said he wanted to make $50 million this year. It's gonna take that kind of dough to pay off this kind of bill.
