In this clip, Bimmy shares his thoughts on the life sentence handed down to his former mentor Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff, before weighing in on the fact that Murder Inc beat a money laundering case that stemmed from their relationship with the ex-drug lord. Bimmy stated that the only reason that the members of Murder Inc who were indicted didn't end up serving time behind bars is because the feds "didn't want them, they wanted [Supreme]." From there he explains why Supreme taught him that anyone who chooses to take part in the drug game should be fully prepared to do 10 years in prison. As the conversion nears the end, Bimmy explains why he and his former mentor no longer talk. He states that Supreme wishes not to speak to him anymore due to his friendship with 50 Cent and the belief that unflattering things were said about him in string of interviews with various media outlets.

NEW YORK (AP) — Disgraced R&B superstar R. Kelly was sentenced Wednesday to 30 years in prison for using his fame to sexually abuse young fans, including some who were just children, in a systematic scheme that went on for decades.

Through tears & anger, several of Kelly’s accusers told a court, and the singer himself, that he had preyed on them & misled his fans.

“You made me do things that broke my spirit. I literally wished I would die because of how low you made me feel,” said one unnamed survivor, directly addressing a Kelly.

“Do you remember that?” she asked.

Kelly, 55, didn’t speak at his sentencing & showed no visible reaction on hearing his penalty, which also includes a $100,000 fine. The Grammy-winning, multi-platinum-selling songwriter was convicted last year of racketeering & sex trafficking at a trial that gave voice to accusers who had previously wondered if their stories were being ignored because they were Black women.

Victims “have sought to be heard & acknowledged,” another one of his accusers said at his sentencing. “We are no longer the preyed-on individuals we once were.”

A third woman, sobbing & sniffling as she spoke, said Kelly’s conviction renewed her confidence in the legal system.

“I once lost hope,” she said, addressing the court & prosecutors, “but you restored my faith.”

The woman said Kelly victimized her after she went to a concert when she was 17.

HOUSTON (Click2Houston) – A woman charged with capital murder in connection with the death of her own sister.

Carmen White, 38, is now in custody. Authorities have accused her of of shooting her sister, Cynthia Cervantes, multiple times & then dumping the body at the end of a dirt road in Houston & setting it on fire.

Cervantes’ body was found on April 1. Authorities said that they believe she was shot several times.

A witness said he knew White made a terroristic threat against her in February when White was arrested & found to have meth in her possession. The witness said White was “very angry” about Cervantes calling police, having to go to jail & her previous car being towed & not being able to recover it from the tow lot. The witness said White killed Cervantes in retaliation for criminal charges that were filed after Cervantes called the police.

Another witness claiming to be White’s former boyfriend told police White contacted him & said she needed help. He said White asked him to help move the body to her car in exchange for sexual favors as payment. He saw the body wrapped in a garbage bag & declined to help.

White’s 13-year-old son said his mother called him away from playing with his 12-year-old brother at the park & asked him to help her. She led him to a dumpster area & told him to move a bagged “unknown” item into her vehicle. Documents said he “reached down & lifted what felt like human legs so he dropped the legs back to the ground.” White became upset & demanded that he pick up the body & move it to her vehicle. He again resisted but his mother became “extremely aggressive” & feared what she may do to him so he gave in out of fear for his safety.

In the ongoing matter of the murder trial for Eric Holder, the 32-year-old was supposed to testify during his June 28 appearance. A breaking news alert from Rolling Stone highlights how the 32-year-old, who is supposed to be separated from other inmates when being transported to and from the court, was allegedly physically assaulted at some point.

A source told the outlet that Holder’s injuries and subsequent treatment prevented him from appearing at his trial. And though the extent of his injuries is unknown, Rolling Stone describes it as “more than a black eye.” The judge told jurors to return to the courtroom Wednesday unless deemed otherwise. Holder, also a member of the Rollin’ 60s gang that called Nipsey Hussle a member, believes the latter had accused him of “snitching” to law enforcement.

He has pleaded not guilty to killing rapper and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle.

New York (CNN) Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison Tuesday for carrying out a years-long scheme with her longtime confidante Jeffrey Epstein to groom and sexually abuse underage girls.

Maxwell was also sentenced to five years of supervised release and a $750,000 fine, which her attorney said she is unable to pay. The judge said she will be sent to a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut.

Maxwell, 60, did not testify in her defense during the trial late last year, which ended with her conviction on five counts, including sex trafficking of a minor. But on Tuesday she spoke in court to the victims shortly before the sentence was handed down.

"Jeffrey Epstein should have been here before all of you," Maxwell said at the podium, her legs shackled. "It is not about Epstein, ultimately. It is for me to be sentenced."

Maxwell, Epstein's former girlfriend, acknowledged that she had been convicted in the sex trafficking scheme but stopped short of taking responsibility.

"I am sorry for the pain that you've experienced," Maxwell said. "I hope my conviction ... brings you closure."

TATTNALL COUNTY, Ga. (WSB-TV) — According to a new indictment, a gang operating out of a Georgia prison attempted to have a guard killed -- but sent the hitman to the wrong address.

The indictment involves inmates at Smith State Prison in Glennville in Tattnall County who were part of the YSL gang, which also includes prominent rappers Young Thug & Gunna.

The indictment reveals that the gang also sold drugs, cell phones and even luxury clothing inside the prison walls.

The indictment details the murder of 88-year-old veteran Bobby Kicklighter, who was a neighbor of the intended target. Kicklighter was found dead inside his home after a hitman went to the wrong address.

Reynolds said that GBI agents discovered much more during the investigation into the gang, included two more murders that were possibly related. The investigation led to a sweeping murder & racketeering indictment brought against the gang members.

Inmates Nathan Weeks and Christopher Reginald Sumlin, Jr., and civilians Keisha Janae Jones & Aerial Deshay Murphy are all accused of malice murder in Kicklighter’s death. Weeks, Sumlin & Jones are also charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

The indictment suggests that prison inmates offered guards financial incentives to facilitate the flow of contraband inside the prison. Corrupt guards were paid in cash. But when financial incentives did not work, inmates & co-conspirators used violence & threats against the guards.

Weeks & Jones sent Sumlin to murder a corrections officer -- but he ended up killing Kicklighter instead.

Weeks & Jones were also involved in the death of Jessica Gerling, who was a corrections officer at the prison until she was fired for bringing in contraband at Weeks’ direction. Weeks & Sumlin were also involved in the murder of another man, Jerry Lee Davis.
