Katt Williams better be saving his tour money because Uncle Sam is on his case. The comedian was just hit with a huge bill by the Internal Revenue Service.
Katt, real name Micah Sierra Williams, is accused of stiffing the government out of more than $4 million.
According to TMZ, Katt failed to pay $3.2 million in taxes in 2008 ... and another $829,352 in 2009. This is just the latest in a long string of bad news for the 39-year old in 2012.
This year he was sued for $5 million by a former assistant who claims he punched her, slapped a Target employee in the face in Sacramento, had numerous meltdowns at shows where he tried to fight audience members, led Sacramento police on a high speed chase and was arrested in California as a result of the chase.
Katt was also arrested in Seattle following a bar fight, pulled a gun on fellow comedian Faizon Love and retired from stand up comedy, only to unretire a few days later.
Let's hope 2013 is a better year for Katt.

Outspoken director Spike Lee recently said he would boycott the movie Django Unchained. Spike told Vibe that he won't watch the slave-era film which stars Jamie Foxx and Leonardo Dicaprio because it would be disrespectful to his ancestors. The word n*gger is used over 100 times in the film.
"All I'm going to say is that it would be disrespectful to my ancestors to see that film," Spike said. "That's the only thing I'm going to say. I can't disrespect my ancestors I'm not speaking on behalf of anybody buy myself."
Spike later clarified his comments on Twitter.
Jewish comedian Sarah Silverman, who is known for her sarcastic and sometimes controversial sense of humor said she is a fan of Spike's, but she disagrees with him on this point.
"Doesn't it take place like during slavery? Wouldn't it be odd if they didn't have that horrific word in it?" she told TMZ. "[Spike's] got a lot of mishegas [craziness] with a lot of art. I think you can't really tell art what to do."

Houston rapper Lil Flip is in trouble with the law after a traffic stop in Louisiana turned up a weapon and drugs.
According to TheAdvertiser.com, Flip, real name Wesley Eric Weston, Jr,, was pulled over in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana in his 2010 Dodge Challenger for driving 86 in a 75 mph zone.
A subsequent search of the vehicle by deputies turned up marijuana and a Bushmaster AR-15 assault rifle.
Flip and the passenger in the car. Olanza Sanders, of Shreveport were booked into the DeSoto Detention Center. Flip on charges of third-offense possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and speeding, and Sanders on a charge of illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Flip is being held on bonds totaling $35,300. Sanders is free on a $25,000 bond.

Chad Johnson has to be happy 2012 is drawing to a close. After a messy divorce from "Basketball Wives" star
Evelyn Lozada on September 19, which was prompted by an argument that led to him headbutting her, a sex tape has now leaked of the former NFL star.
Chad suspects someone hacked his phone and accessed the tape. According to TMZ, Chad has contacted the FBI to track down the hacker. He's also contacted a lawyer who deals specifically with cyber crimes to draft a cease-and-desist letter to have the tape removed from the internet.
The footage was reportedly shot three years ago with a model/aspiring rapper by the name of Wankaego. She has appeared on the covers of BlackMen Magazine and Urban Ink. You can view the tape HERE. Warning must be 18 or older to watch.
Despite the tape leaking Chad may have some good news to end the year. He and Evelyn appear to be reconciling. Lozado dropped her restraining order against Chad earlier this month.
On Christmas day a follower asked Chad if he and Evelyn were talking again. He responded by saying they now live together.

When your boss is someone like T.I. who has eight studio albums under his belt and has sold millions of records you would think that tapping into his wealth of knowledge would come naturally, but Iggy Azalea marches to the bear of a different drummer.
HipHollywood recently caught up with the Grand Hustle artist on the red carpet of the VH1 Divas show and talked with her about her approach to recording.
"I don't listen to T.I., sorry Tip. I love him to death. It's kind of like a friendship. I rarely ask for his opinion, but if I do and he gives it to me. I consider it but I don't always go with it," Iggy said. "Most of the time I pas it in the wind. Sometimes he says 'I told you so' and sometimes he says 'I was wrong' and bows down. I kind of do my own thing. I love Grand Hustle and everybody, but you don't really see me with them a lot. And that's not because I don't love them to death it's just that I've always been a bit of the lone ranger."
Iggy is gearing up for her debut album titled The New Classic. She says she wants to keep the sound fresh and new so don't expect T.I. to make an appearance but Tyga and Rita Ora are expected to be featured.
