Chris Brown can't seem to escape problems with the law in L.A. The latest issue to come up has to do with his brawl with Frank Ocean outside of a recording studio in January.
Things seemed to have blown over after Frank decided not to press charges, but according to TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is now considering filing charges against Breezy for battery.
Brown is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. He is due in court today for a probation hearing and the fight with Ocean could come up because Chris was ordered to obey all laws. The singer is also being investigated for a recent hit-and-run.

Jury selection begins on Monday in the murder trial of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin in 2012 and then famously walked free for 44 days, triggering nationwide protests and calls for his arrest.
Lawyers estimate the long-awaited trial will last four to eight weeks. Much of that time is expected to be spent picking a six-person jury that can be open-minded despite extensive publicity about some of the explosive issues, including racial profiling and self-defense, surrounding the case.
"They're going to have a tough time picking a jury. At this point who doesn't know who Trayvon Martin is and who George Zimmerman is," said David Weinstein, a former state prosecutor and criminal defense lawyer.
Zimmerman, a 29-year-old former neighborhood watch volunteer, faces up to life in prison if convicted as charged of second-degree murder.
More than 200 journalists have signed up to cover the trial and a tight blanket of security will be enforced by federal, state and local police in and around the courthouse in this town near Orlando in central Florida.
Even spectators in barricaded "public assembly zones" on the courthouse lawn will be subject to search. Four seats inside the courtroom will be rotated among local pastors who will monitor the trial and be ready to help calm any racial tensions.
The trial is being heralded as either a defining moment in the annals of civil rights, or an anti-climactic resolution of another senseless killing in gun-happy Florida.
Defense attorney Don West (center) addresses the court as defense attorney Mark O'Mara and defendant George Zimmerman listen.
Zimmerman, who is white and Hispanic, was the self-appointed neighborhood watch captain in a gated community of Sanford at the time of the killing on February 26, 2012. Martin, 17, was a student at a Miami-area high school and a guest of one of the homeowners.
He was walking back to the residence after buying a bag of Skittles candy and a can of iced tea from a nearby convenience store when he died with a bullet in his chest during a struggle with Zimmerman.
Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda says Martin would be alive today but for the fact that Zimmerman, who profiled him as "a real suspicious guy," disregarded a police dispatcher's advice against pursuing Martin and wound up fatally confronting him.
Sanford police initially declined to arrest Zimmerman who claimed self-defense, saying they had no choice in light of Florida's controversial Stand Your Ground law, which allows anyone in fear for their life to shoot rather than retreat. But many saw the lack of an arrest as a symbol of second-class treatment of black victims in the criminal justice system.
Zimmerman was arrested only after a national outcry from both ordinary citizens and the nation's top civil rights leaders, and the appointment of a special prosecutor to take over from local law enforcement when it lost credibility. Almost 2.3 million people signed an online Change.org petition - still the largest petition in the organization's history - demanding "Justice for Trayvon Martin."
As the trial opens, Martin family lawyer Ben Crump said many are still waiting to see whether the family receives equal justice.
"I honestly think this is a civil rights/equal justice issue because everybody in the world is watching to see if everybody in America gets equal justice," Crump said. "This family has wanted to have their day in court. They wanted to not have their son's death be in vain. They pray continuously that the justice system does not fail them."
Trayvon Martin was shot to death on February 26, 2012.
Others believe the injustice was cured once an arrest was made, and that now, regardless of the ultimate verdict, justice is being served.
"What this community wanted was for George Zimmerman to be arrested, the police chief to be fired and the state attorney to be gone. And all of this has been done," said Francis Oliver, one of Sanford's long-time civil rights leaders.
"We called it a victory when we got the arrest. But the call was for justice. I don't think we want someone to go to jail if we don't have the evidence," said Derek Turner, spokesman for the NAACP.
Prominent Orlando defense lawyer Mark Nejame suggests viewing the case through separate moral and legal lenses.
"Morally, I think it never should have happened," Nejame said. "I think that George Zimmerman was somewhat of a zealot in his effort to protect and serve and he should never have been following anybody when he was carrying a gun."
Legally, the case would depend on what the jurors believe happened in the struggle in the moments before the killing, he said.
Key points to watch as the trial unfolds will include testimony from a young woman, known as Witness 8, who was talking to Martin by cell phone in the last minutes of his life.
She has already gone on record describing Martin as scared and trying to get away from Zimmerman, as he pursued him. She has also said she last heard Martin say, "Why are you following me," after which she heard what sounded like Martin falling. Then the phone shut off.

Ciara's performance at LA Pride didn't quite go as expected. During the middle of her performance the singer was served with lawsuit papers.
TMZ reports that Cici was sued by the Hit Factory club in West Hollywood for allegedly pulling out of a Friday night concert there. Ciara's reps claim they told the club she could not make the performance, but they continued to promote it anyway.
The club took the opportunity to have the singer served right in the middle of her show last night. Cici took the papers from the server, looked at them and then tossed them back.

Once again there is a fight over money with Nate Dogg's estate caught in the middle. His kids fought for, and won a legal battle over his wife LaToya Calvin for control of the late singer's estate in November 2012. Now there's another battle heating up.
Two of Nate's babies's mamas are scrapping it out in court over child support payments.
TMZ reports that Rhoda Mouton filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking a judge to deny Omena Norris' request for an increase in child support for the child she had with Nate in 2006.
Mouton claims Norris's request for an increase to $1,846 a month, from $1,624 should be rejected because Norris lied in her filing when she said she had not been receiving monthly Social Security income from Nate's estate for her son. Mouton argued that Norris receives $694 a month from SS.
Not only does Mouton, who has a teenage son with Nate, want Norris' request denied, she's asking a judge to cut her monthly support down to $802 a month from $1,624.
Allen Iverson went through a bitter divorce with his ex-wife Tawanna Iverson.
In February a judge gave Tawanna legal and physical custody of their five kids.
The judge also ordered A.I. to cough up $8000 a month in child support for the children, but according to his ex, he hasn't paid her a dime of what he owes.
Tawanna has now filed new court documents asking a judge to force Iverson to pay $40,000 in back child support and throw him in jail in necessary.
A court hearing has been set for next week according to TMZ.

A berserk black-clad gunman carrying an AR-15 assault rifle went on a bloody rampage in southern California on Friday, killing four people and injuring at least five others before cops shot him dead at a college library.
The body of a man believed to be the suspect in a shooting incident at Santa Monica College lay on the sidewalk.
The violence erupted about noon, when the unidentified suspect apparently murdered his father and brother in a modest, single-story home in the beachfront community of Santa Monica, law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times.
Neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots coming from the house before they spotted smoke pouring from the windows.
Students at Santa Monica College were evacuated from campus with their hands above their head.
But before cops arrived, a man wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying the assault weapon - the same type of rifle used in the Newtown massacre that left 26 people, mostly children, dead in December - was seen leaving the burning home, police said.
The crazed killer then shot a woman in a black Infiniti, and hopped into the passenger side of a nearby purple Mazda, ordering that driver to drive away, neighbors and police said. The woman he shot was later taken to a hospital and was expected to survive.
The ballistic vest and a boot of the man suspected in the Santa Monica shooting rampage lay on the bloodied sidewalk.
The gunman, who was carrying multiple rounds of ammunition and other guns, got out of the car at the Santa Monica College campus and began squeezing off shots at passing vehicles, including a police car and a city bus, leaving three people with minor injuries.
“Everyone threw themselves on the floor, screams,” student Marta Fagerstroem, who was on the bus, told NBC4. “The bus driver, she panicked. She couldn’t drive away. She was able to, after a while.”
Police officers Friday stand next to the body of a man believed to be the suspect in a fatal shooting on and off the Santa Monica College campus.
At least one round hit a man driving a red SUV, which crashed in the staff parking lot of the school. The driver died, and his passenger, a woman, was critically hurt in the wreck.
The madman then fatally shot a woman collecting cans outside the school before he dashed onto the campus and opened fire on students who were trying to run away.
A gunman may have set this house on fire on Friday before heading to Santa Monica College, where he continued his shooting rampage.
“We saw a woman get shot in the head,” said Trena Johnson, an administrative assistant who watched the murder from a window of the dean’s officer. “I haven’t been able to stop shaking.”
“It was very chaotic,” said 41-year-old Joe Orcutt - who ducked out of the path of one of the killer’s bullets.

“A lot of people were hiding under desks in corners,” he said. “He was just walking calmly like it was target practice ... He wasn’t talking or yelling. He just seemed kind of blank.”
A women was comforted by a traffic officer near Santa Monica College following a shooting today on the campus.
The gunman ended his 10-minute spree in the school’s library, where he opened fire on students studying for finals.
“There was a panic - a lot of people rushed out,” Kai Matsukuma, who was in the library, told the Daily News. “Everyone in the library freaked out and ran out the back ... I was outside the library before he got in.”
A Santa Monica police officer lead on a field trip to the planetarium at Santa Monica College out of the school.
The college was quickly put on lockdown and cops shot the suspect during a gunbattle inside the library, authorities said. The bleeding suspect managed to escape the room, but he collapsed soon after passing the library’s doors, officials said.
“We didn’t know what was happening until all the students at the entrance of the library started running down toward the bottom of the library,” student Sam Luster told KABC-TV.
Police descended upon Santa Monica College after a gunman opened fire at the campus.
“The officers came in and directly engaged the suspect, and he was shot and killed on the scene,” Santa Monica Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks said at a news conference.
Police initially reported seven people dead, including the shooter, but lowered that body count to four Friday night.

Once inside library, police instructed students to crawl on their hands and knees out of the building. Several people reported moving past the bloody body of a man dressed in black. A second man initially described by police as a person of interest was taken into custody at the scene but was later released.
Investigators were still trying to determine if the wild spree was planned or if the suspect snapped during a domestic dispute.

Neighbors said a family of Lebanese descent lived at the address and had recently gone through a bitter divorce. Since then, they said, the mother had moved out and assumed custody of at least one of her two sons.
The midday shootings took place about half an hour after President Obama’s motorcade passed through the area to bring him to a fund-raising luncheon about three miles away. The Secret Service said the rampage did not affect the President’s fundraising visit to Los Angeles, but his limousine was rerouted as a precaution.
Several schools in the area were put on lockdown for several hours, and Santa Monica College canceled final exams.
