Once again there is a fight over money with Nate Dogg's estate caught in the middle. His kids fought for, and won a legal battle over his wife LaToya Calvin for control of the late singer's estate in November 2012. Now there's another battle heating up.
Two of Nate's babies's mamas are scrapping it out in court over child support payments.
TMZ reports that Rhoda Mouton filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking a judge to deny Omena Norris' request for an increase in child support for the child she had with Nate in 2006.
Mouton claims Norris's request for an increase to $1,846 a month, from $1,624 should be rejected because Norris lied in her filing when she said she had not been receiving monthly Social Security income from Nate's estate for her son. Mouton argued that Norris receives $694 a month from SS.
Not only does Mouton, who has a teenage son with Nate, want Norris' request denied, she's asking a judge to cut her monthly support down to $802 a month from $1,624.
A judge will rule at a later date.
