Super producer Scott Storch has been in the studio working with singer Keyshia Cole on her upcoming sixth solo album entitled Point of No Return. Storch had high praise for the Oakland, California singer.

Mike Epps is facing accusations that he punched comedic actress Simone Shepherd in the jaw at the A Haunted House 2 movie premiere on Wednesday, April 16, at the Lucky Strike in Los Angeles.

According to Shepherd's rep, the incident happened following an argument she had with Epps' wife. Mike allegedly separated the two, then punched Shepherd in the jaw. Police said they saw no visible signs that Shepherd was injured when they arrived on the scene, but the actress provided TMZ with a photo of her swollen jaw.

Sources close to Epps told TMZ that Shepherd was a fan who got belligerent and threw a drink on him and his wife. He then asked security to escort her out. The comedian denies assaulting Shepherd.

Shepherd's rep says she has ghostwritten for Epps in the past. She has a handful of movie and television credits and has starred in several YouTube spoofs alongside Kevin Hart's ex-wife, Torrei Hart.

The LAPD is still investigating Wednesday's incident. TMZ reports that the case has been referred to the domestic violence division because there may have been a prior relationship between Epps and Shepherd.

50 Cent stopped by Baltimore radio station 92Q Jamz recently to visit with hosts AJ and DJ AngelBaby on the Rap Attack show.

The "I Get Money" hit maker talked about the theme of prosperity for his forthcoming Animal Ambition album, explains why he still makes street music even though he's financially set, the environment he grew up in that made him the person he is today, Jay Z and Puff Daddy remaining relevant, rapper's with expiration dates and Puff's "Big Homie" single being garbage.

“If the [artist] doesn't have the significant savvy with the business or with our actual culture, he'll be outta here," 50 said. "You'll see [Jay Z] around as long as he's been around. What’s he on, like 11 albums? Puff's still out there. He don't even need a record, 'cause he ain't got one. You know Puffy ain't got no music that you wanna hear. That 'Big Homie' sh*t is garbage. I’ma keep it all the way real with you, because the guy said, ‘Don’t worry about if I write rhymes, I write checks,’ and then sings to you. This is why we got rid of Mili Vanilli.”

The G-Unit Records CEO added that the next phase of his career will most likely focus on artist development.

"I'm not sure I wanna be around for a long time," he explained. "I want this project to be a success, 'Animal Ambition.' I wanna become the platform that helps support new young artists, to get out there and do what they're supposed to do."
