Manny Pacquiao is facing recovery time of 9-12 months after successful surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder.

Mark Zambrano posted a photo of the Filipino fighter after he under the knife. Pac Man appears to be in good spirits.

"@mannypacquiao gives a thumbs up upon arriving from his operation which went well. Docs expect him to make a full recovery," Zambrano wrote.

Surgeon Dr. Neal El Attrache said he could not be "more pleased with the results," according to CNN.

Once Pacquiao is fully healed Floyd Mayweather Jr. says he's open to a rematch of their May 2nd fight. Money May won by unanimous decision.

Before that happens, Pacquiao will have to deal with two class action lawsuits from fans suing him for consumer fraud for not revealing the shoulder injury prior to the fight. The suits are seeking $5 million each.

Shaquille O'Neal took a mighty fall during TNT's halftime show for the Houston Rockets vs. Los Angeles Clippers game.

The 7'1" 300 lb former basketball star forgot to check if his legs were untangled from wires before getting up and trying to walk. The result was the spill seen around the world.

Video After The Jump

The Illuminati has been rumored to be controlling dozens of hip-hop artists over the years, leading many people to believe that it's just another conspiracy theory since there's never been any actual evidence. In this clip from VladTV's interview with Afrika Bambaataa, the South Bronx native doesn't exactly agree that their may be ties between the group and hip-hop artists, but he does say there are definitely "corporations and other different groups that control the hip-hop culture."

Bambaataa feels people in the hip-hop culture are easily manipulated, believing everything they read online and not willing to look deeper for the facts. "People have forgot[ten] how to search and research," he says, wishing people would "stop going for all the lies and stuff that people put out there when it's not dealing with the facts." Watch above for the rest of his stance on the topic.

Jack Thriller and Damon Feldman chopped it up with VladTV recently about Justin Bieber boxing, as the Celebrity Boxing CEO tried to get the famed pop star in the ring earlier this year. Given the recent rumors that Bieber ticked off Big Sean for flirting with his then-girlfriend Ariana Grande, Feldman says he would love to get the two entertainers in the ring.

When asked who would win, both Jack and Damon believe that the "Baby" singer would take down the Detroit emcee in the ring. Feldman added that the pop star is a natural boxer, and he believes that Justin's good friend Floyd Mayweather would get him in top shape to win.

Who would be your pick?

Video After The Jump

The Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. mega-fight was short on action and drama. Mayweather walked away with a 12-round unanimous decision victory. Pacquiao, his trainer Freddie Roach and promoter Bob Arum blame the loss on the Filipino fighter's injured right shoulder.

Athletes and fighters routinely compete with injuries, but Pacquiao fought with a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder. An injury that severe had it been revealed beforehand would probably have caused the fight to be postponed.

Bob Arum (left), Manny Pacquiao and Freddie Roach (right) failed to disclose Pac Man's injury

12351528886?profile=original

On the official questionnaire (above) filled out before the fight, Pacquiao's camp failed to reveal his shoulder injury.

Michael Koncz, one of Pacquiao's advisers says he made an honest mistake when filling out the form and in no way was trying to hide the injury.

In a statement to the New York Times, Koncz said, "Number one, Manny didn't check the box," Koncz said. "I checked it. It was just an inadvertent mistake. If I was trying to hide anything, would I have listed all the medications on the sheet that he intended to use? We weren't trying to hide anything. I just don't think I read the questionnaire correctly."

Team Pac Man claims the Nevada Athletic Commission was aware of the injury beforehand, but there is no proof of that.

Which leads us to a class action lawsuit that has been filed against Pacquiao, Arum, Koncz, Todd Duboef and Top Rank Inc.

TMZ reports that Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran are suing on behalf of fans who were cheated because Pacquiao's injury was not revealed prior to the fight.

12351530052?profile=original

In the lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada, Vanel and Rahbaran claim that what went down on Saturday, May 2, was nothing short of consumer fraud.

They say the suit was filed "on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event."

Vanel and Rahbaran are seeking at least $5 million in damages.

**UPDATE** April 6

When it rains it pours and right now there's a thunderstorm hanging over Manny Pacquiao.

TMZ reports that a second class action lawsuit has been filed against the boxer by angry fans in Los Angeles. It's identical to the one filed in Nevada. This one is also seeking $5 million.

Josie Harris is looking to take the father of her three children to the cleaners in a new lawsuit, according to TMZ.

Harris wants a judge to order Floyd Mayweather Jr. to cough up $20 million for labeling her a drug addict in a recent interview with Katie Couric.

Couric asked the boxing champion about a 2010 domestic abuse case involving Harris that got him sentenced to 90 days in jail in 2011. Floyd denied the charges and blamed Harris for being intoxicated at the time.

12351540271?profile=original

"Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? That didn't happen. I'll look you in your face and say no, that didn't happen," Mayweather told Couric. "Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes I did. If they say that's domestic violence then you know what, I'm guilty of restraining a person."

In Harris' lawsuit her attorney, Dan Friedlander, wrote that Mayweather's drug accusations "were knowingly fabricated in order to hype Mayweather's upcoming fight with Pacquiao, to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children."

Watch part of Mayweather's interview with Couric below.

(ESPN) Floyd Mayweather told ESPN's Stephen A. Smith in a text Tuesday that he would be open to a rematch after Manny Pacquiao recovers from shoulder surgery to repair a tear in his rotator cuff.

"I will fight him in a year after his surgery," Mayweather texted Smith on the heels of his unanimous decision over Pacquiao in the richest fight ever.

Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache told ESPN.com on Monday that Pacquiao will have surgery later this week to repair a "significant tear" in his rotator cuff, which he suffered prior to the fight. The surgery will sideline the boxer for at least nine to 12 months.

The 38-year-old Mayweather (48-0, 26 KOs) has one fight remaining on his Showtime contract and has stated several times that he intends to retire after a final fight in September, although he admitted during Saturday's postfight news conference that he is "human" and occasionally contradicts himself.

And when asked about his desire to move past legendary former heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano -- who achieved a 49-0 record with 43 KOs, Mayweather said he didn't get into the sport to "outdo" anyone. He also casually mentioned Monday he would vacate the world titles he currently holds.

The MGM has plans to open a new MGM Grand Arena in April 2016, which just happens to coincide with the 60th anniversary of Marciano's retirement.

But surgery may not be the only hurdle for Pacquiao, who could face a possible fine or suspension from Nevada boxing officials for failing to disclose his shoulder injury on a form prior to Friday's weigh-in.

"It's not just the fact he didn't fill out the question completely, it was that he wasn't honest and they didn't tell us a month ago when he had the shoulder injury," Nevada Athletic Commission executive director Bob Bennett said. "They're not obligated to, but two hours before the fight they wanted a shot that's a painkiller, in essence. That put us in a very precarious position."

12351528087?profile=original

Said commission chairman Francisco Aguilar: "We will gather all the facts and follow the circumstances. At some point we will have some discussion. As a licensee of the commission you want to make sure fighters are giving you up-to-date information."

Pacquiao's promoter put out a statement on behalf of the fighter late Monday afternoon saying that the injury was disclosed to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which approved the use of an anti-inflammatory shot for the fight. But USADA was only a third party to the fight, charged only with testing the fighters for banned substances in training and the night of the bout.

"We had no medical information, no MRIs, no documents," said Travis Tygart, who heads the USADA. "It was not an anti-doping issue. The real question is why his camp checked 'no' on the disclosure. Either they made a terrible mistake to not follow the rules or they were trying not to give information to the other side. I'm not sure there's a middle ground."

Tygart said his agency, which was hired by promoters to oversee drug testing for the bout, was contacted April 7 asking about the use of various substances and whether they were allowed under anti-doping rules. He said there was another call 10 days later asking about using a different substance, again for what the USADA was told was an unspecified shoulder problem.

A little more than two hours before the fight, Pacquiao's corner asked Nevada regulators whether he could be given a shot of Toradol, an anti-inflammatory. Aguilar denied it, saying the commission had no previous indication that there was an injury and could not allow a shot in fairness to the Mayweather camp.

"Our job is to protect the health and safety of fighters and the integrity of the sport," Aguilar said. "We expect our fighters to be forthright."
