There's beef cooking down in Miami between a rapper by the name of BNice of On Top Paid Gang (OTP) and Nino Brown of DJ Khaled's We The Best imprint.

The two have recorded songs together in the past, along with Ace Hood, but like they say: "It was all good just a week ago."

BNice released a diss track entitled "Truth Hurts" going at We The Best and Nino Brown several months ago.

BNice found out that money that was given to Nino to pay for producers was going into his own pockets and not the beat makers.

Footage recently surfaced of B Nice confronting Nino about the situation. Let's just say that Nino got the worst of the exchange.

A Berryhill volleyball coach was charged with rape Tuesday on allegations that she and another woman had sex with a student in mid-2019.

Joyce Churchwell, 40, is charged with first-degree rape, according to court documents. Churchwell is a volleyball coach at Berryhill Public Schools, according to the district’s website.

School staff alerted Tulsa County sheriff’s deputies in December after rumors reached faculty and staff that Churchwell and a former employee had engaged “in a threesome sexual act with another student,” according to a probable cause affidavit.

The former employee was not charged Tuesday.

Churchwell and the former employee reportedly connected with the student on the social media app Snapchat. The student was 18 at the time, according to the affidavit. The student told police that the messaging eventually turned provocative. Churchwell is alleged to have sent nude photos and videos of herself.

The affidavit alleges that in mid-2019, Churchwell and the other woman messaged the student, stating that they were at Churchwell’s residence and that her husband was out of town. The student told authorities that he went to Churchwell’s home, where the three had sex.

Churchwell is on a leave of absence from the school, according to a Berryhill Public Schools statement.

“Berryhill School District takes the safety of its students very seriously and does everything it can to provide a safe learning environment,” district officials said in the statement.

School officials stated that they reported the allegations to law enforcement and are cooperating. They declined to comment further, citing the ongoing criminal investigation and confidentiality rights of those involved.

School officials did not identify Churchwell in the statement they provided. The statement, however, was sent in response to a request for comment specifically about Churchwell’s arrest.

Deputies arrested Churchwell on Tuesday. She was in the Tulsa County jail that evening with bail set at $5,000.

Dr. Dre and his wife of 24 years are ending their marriage ... she's filed for divorce.

Nicole Young filed the paperwork Monday, citing the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from the hip-hop mogul.

Dre married Nicole on May 25, 1996, and they have 2 adult children together -- a son named Truice and a daughter named Truly -- so they won't have to deal with child support.

Sources connected to Nicole say there is no prenup. Dre's net worth, according to Forbes, is estimated at $800 million.

Nicole is also seeking spousal support.

She was formerly married to NBA player, Sedale Threatt. Young works as a lawyer and is represented in the divorce by a high-powered celeb attorney, Samantha Spector.

We've reached out to Dr. Dre's rep. He had no comment.

Lil Wayne has turned his back on Cash Money Records and pledged to only rep Young Money from here on out. His boss, Birdman, could care less what the Grammy Award-winning rapper wants. He has no intention of letting Weezy out of his contract.

As we previously reported, the rift started because Baby did not release Wayne's Tha Carter V album on December 9, as expected. At this point there is no release date for the project causing Wayne to have a rare public meltdown expressing his desire to leave Cash Money and get away from Birdman.

Sources close to Birdman tell TMZ that Wayne has no idea how much work it takes behind the scenes to launch an album. Tha Carter V will be released at some point, but only when the Cash Money CEO feels the time is right.

Those same sources say Wayne will not get out of his contract without a fight. Baby believes the contract is legally binding as is prepared to go to court to uphold it.

Lil Kim and Wendy Williams are in the middle of a beef after Wendy made negative comments about the Queen Bee's appearance on her show.

Kim has complained recently that the press has been photoshopping her pics to make her look unflattering and bloated.

Wendy read the comments and tried to clown Kim on her show by saying Kim would "pop and fly back to Jersey" if you stuck a pin in her. She added that Kim's goal has always been to look like Latoya Jackson, but she had overdone it.

“Kim, in my mind, I knew your goal was always to look like La Toya Jackson. You’ve out-La Toya’d La Toya in your new look. Don’t blame Photoshopping, blame your plastic surgeon, girl,” Wendy said.

Kim fired back at Wendy on Twitter by claiming Biggie Smalls used the talk show host for oral sex back in the day them dumped her.

Meek Mill dissed 50 Cent on a new song titled "Gave Em Hope." As you might have expected, it didn't take the CEO of G-Unit Records long to reply.

In a series of Instagram posts, 50, clowns Meek for telling a judge he wasn't a gangster during a recent probation violation hearing and says the Philly rapper's career is already over.

"Hip Hop's first retarded MC. This nut make philly look bad. I got put some new philly artist on because this fool. SMH," he captioned a video.

"LMAO Hey shit head, your career is over already.you better focus on getting Nikki pregnant so you can at least get child support girl. new meek emoji lol," 50 wrote on one of three memes he posted.

During a concert in Lakeland, Florida on Friday, August 28, Kevin Gates kicked 18-year old Miranda Dixon so hard in the midsection she had to go to the emergency room.

The incident happened after Miranda reached out and touched the 29-year old rapper's leg. Now she's speaking out about the assault.

The victim says the area where she was kicked is still sore. She's not a fan of the rapper anymore, but says she forgives him because that's the way her mother raised her.

"It has scared me," Dixon told ABC Action News. "I can't believe it happened, still. I forgive him, I forgive everyone. I just wish he hadn't have done it and I'm not a fan of him anymore."

Her family has hired an attorney. They want Gates prosecuted and put in jail. That may happen soon. TMZ reports that the Lakeland police department has filed a charge of simple assault against Gates, real name, Kevin Gilyard.

The case is now in the hands of the State Attorney's Office.

This is so terrible and tragic to have to report. Former G-Unit affiliate Mazaradi Fox was killed Friday (January 3) in Queens, New York.

A ski-masked gunman approached an SUV full of people and opened fire. Four people were hit, including Mazi and his 20-year old daughter. Fox stumbled out of the vehicle and collapsed in a nearby driveway.

Police responded to the scene of the shootings at 4:11 p.m. When they arrived Mazi, real name Jamal Green, was already dead. He had only been home a couple of weeks after recently being released from prison for attempted assault. He was 42-years old.

Fox's daughter suffered a graze wound to the neck. A 21-year old man was shot in the neck and shoulder. He's currently in critical condition. Another 22-year old man was shot in the arm. Two of the victims were taken to Queens General Hospital and the third to Jamaica Hospital.

It's being reported that the shooter fled in a black Hyundai Sinata.

Mazi was well know to G-Unit fans. He recorded songs with 50 and appeared in many videos with members of the group. He was also the leader of his own movement, The Dumouts.

He was a longtime friend of 50's. The two had not been in touch in recent years, but the G-Unit mogul paid for the horse and carriage that carried that carried 14-year old D’Aja Robinson who was killed in May 2013, when a stray bullet hit the bus she was riding in.

Fox helped to raise Robinson and was considered by relatives to be her stepfather.

50 Cent and G-Unit Records released a statement regarding Mazi's passing.

“We’re sorry to hear about the tragic news. Our sympathy goes out to his family and friends. Despite reports, he was never on the G-Unit record label,” says a representative for G-Unit.

 

“50 Cent was in his New York studio and was saddened when he heard the news. He sends his condolences to Mazaradi’s family,” said a rep for 50-Cent.

Tony Yayo and 40oz Van also mourned Mazi's loss on Twitter.

We'd like to make a correction to the article we posted above. The New York Daily News has confirmed that the woman grazed in the neck during Friday's shooting was Mazaradi Fox's girlfriend, not his daughter.

Fox was riding in the front seat of the vehicle his girlfriend was driving when someone pulled alongside them and started firing shots. Police are currently investigating whether the rapper's shooting was gang related.

Once worth $70 million, Scott Storch is trying to financially regroup by filing for bankruptcy.

TMZ reports that Storch claims to have only $3,600 in assets, $100 in cash, a $3000 watch and $500 in clothing. His music companies aren't worth one penny.

In 2014 he says he made $10,000.

At one point Scott was one of the go-to producers in music. He was behind the boards on 50 Cent's "Candy Shop," Fat Joe's "Lean Back," Jadakiss' "U Make Me Wanna,' Chris Brown's "Run It," G-Unit's "Poppin' Them Thangs" and many more.

The 41-year old Long Island, New York native's downfall began in 2003 when he developed a cocaine habit. In 2006 he blew $30 million in six months splurging on drugs, 20 luxury cars, a private jet, an 18,000-square-foot Miami mansion and a yacht

“The cost of the drug didn’t effect my life,” Storch told MTV in 2009. “It was the poor decisions I made, that were so poor financially, that caused me to go into this situation where I was forced to change my lifestyle … forced to change a lot of things. [I had] 15 to 20 cars at all times,” he continued.” That’s not smart. I would take one of 15 half-million-dollar cars I owned and go to the mall and spend that much money. Stupid, stupid stuff. It’s like it didn’t make a difference. They were ego investments. I would have been great with three or four cars! I didn’t need a 117-foot boat.”
