The festival will take place on September 1 and 2 in Philadelphia. It will feature artists like Odd Future, Skrillex, Run DMC, Pearl Jam, Drake and others.
“The festival showcases 20 pre-eminent artists that speak to the new generation. I am producing the film with Steve Stoute and Jay. Ron is directing. It is going to be born through Jay-Z’s perspective . . . how he puts the event together," said Grazer.
Grazer goes on to call Jay-Z the Michael Jordan of hip-hop.
“Jay stayed the king for a very long time . . . I can’t even begin to explain how he is capable of remaining relevant. He is a phenom, like a musical Michael Jordan.”

A title and release date for the documentary will be announced at a later date.
Azealia Banks found herself in the middle of another Twitter beef last night. This time the 21-year old Harlem rapper went at Funkmaster Flex after the Hot 97 DJ said on air that she should chill with her many beefs at this early stage of her career.
While Azealia threw out diss after diss towards him, Funk Flex tried to calm her down by asking her to call the radio station so they could settle things, but she wasn't having it.
For those keeping count Azealia has beefed with Kreayshawn, Iggy Azalea, T.I., Elliot Wilson, Jim Jones and now Funkmaster Flex.
Azealia deleted many of her tweets from last night's tirade, but InFlexWeTrust managed to catch them all. Check out the exchange below.

Alicia Keys has just announced the title of her upcoming fifth studio album Girl On Fire. Keys took to Twitter to let her fans know how excited she was about the project.
Keys penned a letter which she posted on her website giving more details:
Girl on Fire
Hey…
I’m in the studio right now working away on my new album and I am SO excited!!! I’m ignited!!! I’m like a match to a flame! I’ve had the title of this album in my mind for a long time….It’s been hard to hold it back and now I’m not holding it back anymore! It is called Girl on Fire!!! And that’s exactly how I feel!!! You’ll be learning more about it soon… but let me just say before making this record, in some ways I felt like a lion locked in a cage…I felt like a girl misunderstood that no one really knew, I felt like it was time to stop making excuses for any part of my life that I wanted to change. Once I made that choice I became a Girl on Fire, the lion broke free!!
During the recording process, I mostly stayed in NY but on some cool and memorable occasions, I traveled to different places, and worked with many collaborators, (some old friends, some new). I discovered so many beautiful sounds, and meanings and a lot about the power of a song. I can’t wait to share this album with you. I promise when you hear it, it’s a new me, I gave it my all: powerful, soulful, honesty and heart… With Girl on Fire, I want to move you and surprise you.
Girl on Fire is about new beginnings, new perspectives and fresh starts… stripping away all the bad energy in your life and taking full control of the reigns and how you want to live. There is something really empowering about finding yourself and your own inner strength. On one song, One of the lines I wrote says, “I’ll never be perfect, but at least now I’m brave!”
Here’s to finding your power! Your FIRE!! Stay tuned for more.
In the meantime, thank you for all your love, strength and support.
2 Chainz recently visited Vancouver, British Columbia and you know the trip would not have been complete without dropping in for an interview with Nardwuar the Human Serviette.
As usual Nardwuar had plenty of gifts for the Atlanta rapper. He gave him a Tupac Shakur doll and who knew there were so many records about strippers outside of rap music?

The 911 call placed by Chad Johnson's neighbor after his domestic incident with his wife Evelyn Lozada has been released.
On the call the neighbor calmly tells the dispatcher that he has somebody there that was in a domestic dispute with their husband and that the police probably need to be sent out. The neighbor says the incident involved a "high profile person." He requests the police not to make a big scene when they come. He also adds that Lozada will probably need stitches for the cut to her forehead.
At this point it isn't clear who initiated the headbutt that caused the three-inch laceration to Lozada's forehead. Both Johnson and Lozada are blaming each other.
Lozada issued her first public statement today through her publicist regarding the incident. She says Johnson needs help.
"It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday.
"I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I'm grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time."
**UPDATE**
TMZ is reporting that Evelyn Lozada is filing for divorce from Chad Johnson putting an end to their marriage of six weeks.
Lozada filed legal docs moments ago in Florida, claiming her marriage is "irretrievably broken." The couple had a prenup according to the report.
Johnson is now headed for divorce court and out of two jobs after being released by the Miami Dolphins and having his VH1 reality show cancelled.
The fight that led to all of this drama was reportedly sparked after Lozada found a receipt for a box of condoms in Johnson's car.
