A former Beverly Hills Swat sergeant has made a startling claim against a fellow officer regarding the night Whitney Houston passed away.
Sgt. Brian Weir claims that on February 11, 2012, he went to the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California after Houston was found dead in her bathtub. He attempted to secure the scene and prevent contamination by placing a sheet over Houston's body
Weir says that Det. Sgt. Terry Nutall arrived at the scene, and "for no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose... removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body ... to an area below the pubic region.” Weir further claims that Nutall "made comments to the effect that the former pop star “looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state” and “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”

Weir says that since he made the report he's been removed from the city's elite SWAT and K-9 units, denied promotions and training and relieved of supervisory duties.
Nutall has since been promoted to lieutenant.
Lt. Lincoln Hoshino of the Beverly Hills Police Department issued a statement to CBS Los Angeles.
"We are definitely refuting the claim, we haven't retaliated against him for anything. Lt. Terry Nutall acted appropriately and properly. We don't believe the investigation was compromised and stand behind it 100%."
Weir is still employed by the department as a sergeant. He has filed a claim for damages against the police department and the city for retaliation against him after he reported the misconduct

The publication is releasing a special Tupac Shakur collector's edition in memory of the 17th anniversary of his death.
It will feature "114 pages of XXL’s best Tupac stories, interviews and features that have been in the magazine since its beginnings in 1997, a year after Tupac’s tragic death."
Interviews with Tupac's mom, Afeni Shakur, his biological father, other family members, friends, collaborators and more will be included.
As an added bonus, XXL, has talked with 62 rappers who explain why Tupac is so important to Hip Hop. The magazine will also include a timeline of everything that has happened related to the rapper since his 1996 passing, as well as a complete album, movie and book discography.
The collector's issue goes on sale September 24th.

Meek Mill and Cassidy have been going back and forth on records for months now. They've dissed each other in a variety of ways, but Meek feels like Cass crossed the line when he mentioned his deceased artist Lil Snupe in the song "Catch a Body."
"That's some bitch ass shit. You a bitch ass nigga," Meek said in an interview with Life+Times. "Don't be talking about nobody that's dead 'cause when you see me you ain't gonna talk like that. Jay Z will be selling his share of the Barclays Center very soon and will get a hefty price for it. The rapper owns slightly less than one-fifth of one percent of the Brooklyn, New York arena.
Forbes reports that the Roc Nation CEO will get $1.5 million once the sale is complete. That figure could actually increase based on the success the arena has had thus far.
Barklays is the home of the NBA's Brooklyn Nets. In addition it's getting close to pushing Madison Square Garden to the side as the number one arena in New York City for big boxing events and concerts. Within the past two months both Beyonce and Justin Bieber have performed there.
Through the first half of 2013, Barklays is the top grossing venue in America, making Jay Z's stake that much more valuable.
Jay has already sold his one-fifteenth of one percent ownership of the Nets to Jason Kidd for $500,000.
The sale of both shares will allow Jay to devote his full attention to his new company Roc Nation Sports. RNS already boasts Kevin Durant of the Oklahomo City Thunder, Robinson Cano of the New York Yankess, Geno Smith of the New York Jets, Victor Cruz of the New York Giants and Skylar Diggins of the Tulsa Shock as clients.
