Orlando Brown went ape shit crazy outside of a Los Angeles woman's apartment last month and most of what he said can be heard on her 911 call.
The unidentified woman tells 911 that he was an acquaintance. He made sexual advances that she shot down. Apparently drunk, the former That's So Raven star showed up at her apartment in the middle of the night and started yelling obscenities and threats.
"I'm still screaming you bitch. I'm still hollering ho," Brown can be heard saying."Tell 'em Orlando Brown is crazy nigga. I'll kill you, your mama, you daughter and everybody!"
The woman said her mother was deceased, but she feared for the life of her 3-year old daughter. She asked for police to arrive immediately.
Brown was charged with 2 counts of disturbing the peace as well as public intoxication, according to TMZ.
The L.A. District Attorney declined to prosecute him for the death threats because they didn't believe the woman was in fear for her life.
If convicted Brown faces up to 9 months in jail. He claims he never made any threats and accused the woman of being a stalker.

The city of Ferguson, Missouri is in complete chaos following the shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown by a police officer on Saturday, August, 9.
What started out as peaceful protests on Sunday turned into riots. At least 12 stores were robbed, fires were set and gunshots were heard as a criminal element took over.
Anger within the community is understandable, but what took place yesterday solves nothing.
According to News 4, 32 people were arrested, 2 police officers were wounded among the 300 who responded to the scene. Tear gas was used to disperse crowds.
Witness Robert Cotton described to News 4 what he saw.
"I walked down to the QuikTrip that has been looted and there was a guy that pulled up with a pickup truck and they're trying to load the U.S. Bank ATM machine," he said. "And someone came by and started firing shots so people ran. As I was walking back towards Solway, the Sam's market where the incident allegedly occurred they've taken everything out of there. People walking out of there with handfuls of steaks, cases of beer, cases of soda, liquor, cigarettes, lottery tickets. All of the hair salon places that sold hair, they've taken every piece of hair out of there. Busted widows, they're setting dumpsters on fire. It's just totally crazy."
St. Louis County Police spokesman Brian Schellman told News 4 that the racial tensions were beginning to calm down this morning.
"The situation has calmed down a bit," he said. "We're still getting a few outlying calls as to people looking into and maybe canvassing some different businesses in the area, but we think we have the looting under control for the most part."
As we previously reported, the powder keg was lit when Brown was gunned down by a police officer as he and a friend were walking to his grandmother's house.
The two were stopped by a cop in a cruiser and ordered to the sidewalk. After an argument the cop exited his vehicle and fired two shots at the teens while they attempted to run from the scene. Brown was hit by a bullet. He stopped running and turned around with his arms raised. The cop then fired at least 2 more shots, killing Brown.

Haywood also released a statement saying: “We are hurt to hear that yet another teenaged boy has been slaughtered by law enforcement especially in light of the recent death of Eric Garner in New York who was killed for selling cigarettes. We plan to do everything within our power to ensure that the Ferguson Police Department as well as the St. Louis County Police Department releases all details pertinent to the shooting. We strongly encourage residents to stay away from the crime scene so that no additional citizens are injured. I have spoken directly with St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar, and I am confident that both he and his department will ensure that the investigation is conducted properly and that all details are kept transparent.”
St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said Brown struggled for control of the officer's gun prior to the shooting, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, is sure her son's death was unjust.

Mayor James Knowles III urged citizens to remain calm and "have faith in the process."
“It’s a tragedy whenever a young person loses his life,” the mayor said.
Amber Rose recalled her origins as a video vixen in this clip from her exclusive interview with VladTV. While Amber really got discovered by a wider audience after her appearance in Ludacris' "I Know What Them Girls Like" single featuring Chris Brown, her first music video feature was actually in Young Jeezy's "Put On." Amber explained the story of how she was discovered and recruited for the music video, and how she wore a wig in her first video as well as the second one by Young Jeezy for his "Vacation" single. Following that, she debuted her shaved head in Ludacris and Chris Brown's music video.
Amber reflected on how she cut her hair at 19 years old, but how she really wanted to do it long before that. When she first cut it, she wasn't too thrilled with the result because of the fact that her hair is naturally very dark, but once she dyed it blond she said that she began "causing car accidents" over her new sexy look.

Bobby Shmurda has blown up off the strength of his hit record "Hot Nigga." The song and music video remind a lot of people of Chicago's Drill Music scene.
During an interview with Global Grind, Bobby admits that a lot of New York cats have been influenced by Chiraq.
“That Chicago wave that just passed. That influence was crazy,” he said. “I came home and a lot of kids that wasn’t like that, they gangsters now. They bang banging and all types of stuff.”
Bobby added that although some of his peers may have borrowed from Chicago, his sound is is more influenced by the South, citing Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie as a major influence.
"I wouldn't say (I was influenced by Chicago]. I grew up listening to Boosie." Bobby told Blogxilla. "On my block a lot of people don't listen to what I listen to. If I call, you hear Boosie playing. I grew up down South too. My dad and everybody down South. So I was back and forth."
