Lloyd's of London has lost in it's attempt to prove Kanye West cancelled the end of his 2016 Saint Pablo Tour because of drug use.
West's legal team denied the accusation, insisting the rapper suffered a mental breakdown. He was subsequently admitted to the UCLA Medical Center and released after a week of treatment.
West's touring company Very Good Touring sued Lloyd's for $10 million after the insurance company refused to cover the revenue he lost for missing the remaining dates of the tour.
TMZ reports that Lloyd's has finally agreed to pay most of what Kanye was due under the policy.

(CNN) At least 17 people were killed Wednesday in a high school shooting in Parkland, Florida, Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said.
The suspect, 19-year-old former student Nikolas Cruz, is in custody, the sheriff said. The sheriff said he was expelled for unspecified disciplinary reasons.
At least 14 people have been taken to area hospitals following the shooting, Israel said.
Law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shortly before 3 p.m. The shooting sent students and staff streaming out of the school in a panic. Some students said a fire drill earlier in the day added to the confusion.
Immediately after the shooting, aerial footage from CNN affiliate WSVN showed people lying on the ground outside the school, being treated for injuries and moved to ambulances.
Freshman Kayden Hanafi said he heard two gunshots and saw people running out of another building on campus. As he and his classmates went into lockdown in a classroom, many thought the noise might have been firecrackers.
"It's really a blessing to still be alive," he said.

Meek Mill may have just caught a huge break in the drug and gun conviction case that has kept him on probation since 2008. He's currently serving a 2-4 year prison sentence for violating that probation.
TMZ reports that new legal documents filed in the case indicate the officer who arrested Meek in 2007 has a suspect history.
Philadelphia Police Officer Gerold Gibson claims fellow cop Reginald Graham lied when he said Meek pointed a gun at him. According to Gibson, the rapper was simply removing the weapon from his waist to discard it.
Gibson says Graham also lied about the "Dreams and Nightmares" hit maker resisting arrest. Graham allegedly admitted to other cops that he roughed Meek up during the arrest.
This new information came to light following a recent article published by the Philadelphia Inquirer about police officers with a history of lying, racial bias or brutality.
The police misconduct list has been kept secret, but sources say it includes Graham, who retired last year after a 22-year career.
Former narcotics officer Jeffrey Walker, who was convicted of police corruption and spent two years in prison said, “I would steal with Reggie Graham. There was stealing in that whole squad, but these are the people I was basically breaking bread with.”
Meek, born Robert Williams, wants his conviction overturned given Graham's history. If that happens he would be released from prison.

They say hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. That seems to be the case between Blake Griffin and the mother of his two children, Brynn Cameron.
TMZ reports that Cameron's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, filed a palimony lawsuit against the Detroit Pistons superstar on Wednesday, February 14, claiming he left his former fiancee after "cruelly embarrassing his family with his public fawning over Kendall Jenner."
Cameron claims Griffin promised to support her after insisting she leave her sports marketing job and interior design business.
The former couple were together on and off for eight years. During that time the suit claims "Cameron was not just the mother of Griffin's children and their caregiver, she was also a constant support for Griffin -- his personal assistant, meal planner, scheduler, stylist, publicist, party planner, nurse, nutritionist, branding expert, therapist, cheerleader, basketball and fitness consultant, and more. Griffin abandoned his family because he cared more about the glamour of being a Hollywood celebrity than being a father and family man."
The lawsuit doesn't specify how much much money Cameron is seeking, but it's a substantial amount based on the $173 million contract Griffin signed in June.
"While Griffin is continuing to earn millions from his NBA and endorsement deals, Cameron and their children are homeless and cash-strapped. In Griffin's absence, Cameron's brother has had to provide Cameron and the children with financial support," the suit states.

TMZ reports the rap superstar has been working day and night on a new album. Nicki wants to put out a masterpiece and doesn't want any distractions.
She's been working closely with artists in the Young Money Records camp, including Lil Wayne and Mack Maine.
This will be Nicki's first album since 2014's "The Pinkprint." Don't expect to see any social media post until it's completed.
