Video After The Jump

Beyonce can't seem to catch a break lately. The singer was criticized for lip-syncing at President Obama's inauguration last month. Now she has the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and Dave Grohl on her case.

PETA is upset at the singer for the outfit she wore during Sunday's Super Bowl halftime performance.

The skin tight body suit was designed by Rubin Singer. It was made of python skin, leather and iguana. It's the second time in less than a month the organization has slammed the the 31-year old. They also criticized her for wearing a Christian Dior mink coat at last month's Presidential inauguration

Last night Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters was the guest host on Chelsea Lately. He took issue with Beyonce's song "Single Ladies," calling it a rip off of "The Jeffersons'" theme song.

Dave Grohl

PETA issued a statement regarding the singer's Super Bowl outfit.

We would take a bet that if Beyoncé watched our video exposés, she'd probably not want to be seen again in anything made of snakes, lizards, rabbits or other animals who died painfully, Today's fashions are trending toward humane vegan options, and Beyoncé's Super Bowl outfit missed the mark on that score.

Is PETA going overboard? And what is up with Grohl? Let us know what you think in the comment section below.

There is only so long fake thugs can pretend. At least that seems to be what Luther Campbell is telling Rick Ross.

Campbell a.k.a. Uncle Luke, has been in the music business since 1985. He's seen the hip hop world from the inside as part of 2 Live Crew, and later as a solo artist.

The Miami resident is now a promoter and author for the Miami New Times.

His most recent article is an open letter to Rick Ross. In it Luke urges the rapper to tone down his act and stop pretending to be something he's not or it could cost him his life.

12349846471?profile=original

Check out the article below.

Dear Rick Ross:

As someone who survived several rap beefs, I'm going to give you some advice. You need to seriously address the threats and attempts on your life. You have worked hard to become a big name in hip-hop. You've paid your dues and you've grown lyrically since the release of your debut album, Port of Miami, in 2006. You've arrived, buddy.

But all this gangster bullsh*t is jeopardizing your career. No club or arena is going to risk people getting shot. You can forget about doing any tours or CD signings. And if you can't make money, watch how fast Warner Bros. Records turns on you. I know from experience.

You have the Gangster Disciples breathing down your neck because you've named-dropped Larry Hoover, the gang's founder, in your music. Unlike the record and book publishing industries, these bad dudes don't understand the concept of public domain. They see you getting rich forever by rapping about their leader, and they don't like it. That's why they're on YouTube talking about how you need to go see them and cut a check.

It's a shame you can't enjoy life without spending part of your earnings on heavy security or risking your freedom by purchasing an arsenal. Remember, that's what landed T.I. and Lil Wayne in prison. You don't want that to happen to you. However, those are the consequences of rapping about being something you're not.

Hip-hop has a rich history of college guys who never committed a crime rapping about moving kilos of cocaine and taking out snitches. Every gangster rapper takes on the role of a real hood legend to build up street cred. But don't fall into the trap of believing you are really a gangster.

Trust me, you don't want to go out like Biggie Smalls or Tupac. It's time you squash your beefs.

The Los Angeles District Attorney is moving to violate Chris Brown's probation and is armed with a lot of ammunition.

The D.A. claims Brown violated his probation by lying about fulfilling his community service in Virginia, testing positive for weed, throwing a fan's phone in Miami, throwing a chair through a window at "Good Morning America," and for fighting with Frank Ocean.

The first order of business from the D.A. is to prove Brown lied about completing his community service.

Brown claimed he completed 202 days of community service in Virginia. He was only required to perform 180. The singer's story was backed up by Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA, who wrote a letter to Chris' judge vouching for the work being done.

Brown reportedly frequently worked at Tappahannock Children's Center painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash. Brown's mother was once the director at the center and still has her own set of keys.

The D.A. claims Chris' mom was the person who oversaw her son's work at the Children's Center outside of normal operating hours. Brown's mother.also submitted the times, location and types of duties Brown supposedly performed.

12349846655?profile=original

Chris and his mom Joyce Hawkins

A key administrator told the D.A. she
never saw Chris perform any work at the center.

The Administrator of the Children's Center allegedly tried to coach the janitor on what to say to the D.A., but he refused. He says he was the only person to wax the center's floors in the last three years. The janitor's claim would void Brown's statement in documents that he had waxed the floors on some occasions.

12349813893?profile=original

The Richmond P.D. admits they only supervised Brown on 9 or 10 occasions and on all other dates he was not supervised by anyone, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The detective who was supposed to oversee Brown's work was told she didn't have to anymore. The times Chris was supposed to have worked were reported by his mother.

In a motion filed by Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray, it was requested that the court decline to accept Brown’s community service in Virginia due to what appears to be “significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting.”

Brown was reportedly out of the country touring during some of the time he was supposed to doing community service, making it impossible for him to have done so.

The Los Angeles D.A. is asking the courts to reject Brown's community service submission and to force him to complete the 180 hours he's required to fulfill in L.A.

Video After The Jump

The Fast & Furious movie franchise continues to roll on. After Fast Five grossed over $600 million at the box office worldwide, was there any doubt there would be a follow up?

The sixth installment is set to hit movie theaters nationwide on May 24. Paul Walker, Vin Diesel and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson are all back for a new round of action packed excitement.

Universal has released an extended trailer for Fast Six. Check that out below.

Official Website: http://thefastandthefurious.com

12349852279?profile=original

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of all-stars as the global blockbuster franchise built on speed races to its next continent in Fast & Furious 6. Reuniting for their most high-stakes adventure yet, fan favorites Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and Elsa Pataky are joined by badass series newcomers Luke Evans and Gina Carano.

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian's (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin's empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

Building on the worldwide blockbuster success of Fast Five and taking the action, stunts and narrative to even greater heights, Fast & Furious 6 sees director Justin Lin back behind the camera for the fourth time. He is supported by longtime producers Neal H. Moritz and Vin Diesel, who welcome producer Clayton Townsend back to the series.

Video After The Jump

Many people feel like Nicki Minaj copied Lil Kim's style with her different looks, the way she dresses and certain magazine poses. No doubt Nicki is very talented in her own right, but would she have achieved her current level off success without the Queen Bee's blueprint to follow?

12349828893?profile=original

TMZ caught up with Kim recently and asked her that question.

"I think that's self explanatory," Kim said. "If you have to ask that I think you know the answer."

What do you think? Did Nicki bite her way to the top?
