On December 2, 2014, Meek Mill was released from jail after serving four months for violating his probation stemming from a 2008 gun and drug conviction. This morning he could be headed right back.

TMZ reports that Meek, real name Robert Williams, was ordered to appear before a judge in a Philadelphia courtroom to determine if his probation will be revoked.

The 28-year old rapper is required to get permission before traveling outside of Philly. He might not have done so when he attended the American Music Awards in Los Angeles last month with his girlfriend, Nicki Minaj.

"Pray 4 me... It's in gods hands!" he captioned a photo this morning.

Video After The Jump

Three Six Mafia member DJ Paul and fellow Memphis rapper Yo Gotti recently squashed their long running beef and performed together for the first time.

Paul sat down with DJ Smallz to speak on how that came about.

"I think it was needed to gon' let the city know we cool, because a lot of the city didn't know what was going on with us. Unless you follow me an Instagram and saw the picture," Paul said. "I just felt that it was probably time."

"I stood up for hip hop, I stood up for Ottawa, I stood up for Canada and I did a symbolic gesture by snatching the mic out of his hands."

Rapper Black Jesus explained his strategical plan to ambush and exploit Ohio rapper, Slim Jesus during his "Drill Time" performance in Ottawa, Canada. Last week, a viral video showed Slim Jesus' getting his microphone snatched as he performed for a crowd of roughly 80 people. Before dropping the mic, the Canadian yelled out, "Support real Hip Hop, b*tch!"

Although the video seemed raw, Black Jesus said that he got his own camera guy to capture the snatching and says that he purposely sent out the video to every media outlet saying "it was all carefully planned."

"When I got home, I opened up the list I made that week of every single website who posted an article of Slim Jesus, included the names of the author and their contacts."

Standing as a young advocate for hip-hop, Black Jesus explained prior to the infamous incident, in his opinion, the young viral star gave an awful performance, which was another reason why he interrupted the set.

"Not only did he show up with no DJ, his set was less than 20-minutes long, it consisted of "Drill Time," "Buck Buck," "She Just Wanna," "Faneto" and "Drill Time" again... he repeated the last song and just gave literally gave the worst performance of the whole night."

Akon is hard at work on a project that will bring solar power to 600 million Africans. His "Akon Lighting Africa" initiative will use a billion dollars in funding to take "clean energy" to 38 countries by the year 2020.

12351884473?profile=original

"This idea initiated in Senegal in returning to neighborhoods where I grew up," he says. "Fifteen years later, we're still without power. The infrastructure had not moved. They came to us and asked us to find solutions to the energy crisis."

Launched in September in Bamako, the first step aims to create 100,000 streetlights, 1,000 and 200,000 micro-power home systems using solar energy, to improve the living conditions of 14 countries including Niger, Namibia and Madagascar. The program will then be extended into other territories. It should allow the creation of "several thousand local jobs" primarily intended for young people, for installation or maintenance of the equipment.

On Sunday, December 6, the singer spoke at the International Re-Energizing the Future conference in Paris, France about his goals. Check out the video below.

Martin Shkreli just became more disliked, if that was possible. Bloomberg revealed that he is the person who bought the Wu Tang Clan's secret album, "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin," last month for $2 million.

The 32-year old pharmaceutical kingpin received negative worldwide criticism when his company Turing Pharmaceuticals hiked up the price of the drug, Daraprim, which treats potentially life-threatening parasitic infections, from $13.50 to $750 per pill overnight in September.

“This isn’t the greedy drug company trying to gouge patients, it is us trying to stay in business,” Shkreli said at the time. “This is still one of the smallest pharmaceutical products in the world. It really doesn’t make sense to get any criticism for this.”

Shkreli's critics weren't buying his reasoning. They're convinced that he engaged in the worst kind of price gouging.

12351872859?profile=original

Now, Shkreli owns the only copy of Wu Tang's "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin" album, an outcome that the group's founder isn't happy about.

12351872494?profile=original

After finding out that Bloomberg was about to reveal the buyer, RZA, sent them a statement"

“The sale of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin was agreed upon in May, well before Martin Skhreli’s [sic] business practices came to light. We decided to give a significant portion of the proceeds to charity.”

12351872691?profile=original

Shkreli has a message for Wu Tang fans who are upset.

“At the end of the day,” he says, “They didn’t buy the last album or the one before that, and all they had to pay was $10.”

He also admits he hasn't bothered to listen to the album yet.

“I could be convinced to listen to it earlier if Taylor Swift wants to hear it or something like that,” Shkreli says. “But for now, I think I’m going to kind of save it for a rainy day.”

Contrary to previous reports, Shkreli doesn't have to wait 88 years before letting the world hear the disc. Aside from selling it commercially, he's free to do whatever he wants to with it.

Video After The Jump

50 Cent lands on the cover of the New York Post's Alexa. With so many things going on in the world he had a lot to talk and joke about during his sit down with writer Hardeep Phull.

On Drake

Drake is defining the new cool. You're gonna see a lot of things start to shift. People are not going to be insecure about certain things. If you got that 2 left feet like Drake had in that video, you're gonna get loose when that Hotline Bling come on.

On Kanye West's Presidential Aspirations

We're getting into a grayer area as we go. If you can say Donald Trump is possibly the president, then why not Kanye? Kim Kardashian should be the First Lady of America. Maybe I'll be like the Secretary of Defense because I don't have a conflict at all.

12351881087?profile=original

On Donald Trump's Presidential Run

It's one of the most entertaining moves I've seen so far. I didn't know if it was directly for entertainment purposes. He's gonna come in and run it like it's a business. It's more ruthless than the neighborhood because they'll put 500 people out of business in one shot and it doesn't matter...it's just business.

It's that time of the year again. The holidays are here and it's time to exchange gifts with friends and family (in most cases).

Hardeep Phull of the New York Post's Alexa recently caught up with 50 Cent to find out which people on his Christmas list will be happy and others who should expect a lump of coal.

50 Cent's 3-year old son Sire

“That’s easy: toys. He likes cars especially. You can’t go wrong with that.”

12351878461?profile=original

Eminem

“I’d buy him Nikes. He likes Air Max in particular. But it would have to be an exclusive, not just something you can buy at the Nike store.”

12351878873?profile=original

Ja Rule

“I would get him two front teeth!”

12351879272?profile=original

'Southpaw' co-star Jake Gyllenhaal

“Champagne. It would be the best bottle of Champagne. Imported. I would want him to taste the best stuff out there. I can’t send him sparkling wine.”

12351879294?profile=original

Donald Trump

“I’d buy him something really basic, because I bet he [wouldn’t] have it. Something like a rotisserie chicken oven. It wouldn’t be expensive, but it would be useful. I can imagine him eating [chicken] and thinking it was better than the food he was having before. Sometimes the basic gifts are the best!”

12351880054?profile=original

Who else would you add to this list? And what would you get them?
