Chris Brown is the latest artist to be profiled on the MTV show This Is How I Made It.
The singing superstar talks about growing up poor in Tappahannock, Virginia, his first public singing experience in church at age 9 or 10 and getting discovered while working with his dad at a gas station.

Lil Wayne may lose his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III if he's unable to testify at the trial that was scheduled to start on Friday.
As we previously reported, Weezy suffered two seizures Thursday and had to be hospitalized. He was released from Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, Louisiana on Friday, but is in no condition to appear in court and won't be for a while.
TMZ reports that the judge in the case was notified on Thursday that the Young Money boss had suffered a seizure out of state and would not be able to testify on Friday because he was seeking medical attention.
Wayne will not be available to testify on Monday either and may miss the trial altogether.
Weezy is suing Jones over a documentary he did on the "Lollipop" rapper claiming QDIII did not have permission to use his music in the film. Wayne also claims it was a "scandalous portrayal" of him.

The problem for Wayne is that because he can't testify the judge may either declare a mistrial or force his lawyers to present his case without him. The "case is being heard by a jury, so it's unlikely the judge will grant a continuance because it would unduly disrupt the jurors' lives," leaving no other alternatives.
The judge in the case will be given an update on Wayne's status on Monday.
Wayne's now infamous deposition in the case was released last month. In case you missed it, check that out below.

"We haven't seen as much directly political music." The President told Sway. "I think the most vibrant musical genre over the last 10 to 15 years has been hip-hop"
When Obama admitted to being too busy to update his ipod, Sway responded with, "I'll hook you up."
