Video After The Jump

With the ink barely dry on her new contract with Interscope Records, Iggy Azalea is already having to make big decisions about her debut album, The New ClassicT.I. has reached out to the Australian rapper to see if he can executive produce the project.

"T.I.'s gonna be helping me with it, kind of A&R-ing, kind of executive producing," Azalea told MTV. "He called me up like, 'Please?' and I was like, 'Definitely. You're Tip; I love you, of course.' So he's gonna be helping me out. Just reaching out to people and helping me find production and pointing me in the direction of things that I might like. We're going to start on that next week."

It's obviously a big decision for Iggy. Her album will be the first time a lot of hip hop fans will hear her music even though she has been gaining national attention from her mixtape, Ignorant Art.

She and Tip will begin work on the project very soon.

"We'll probably start next week," she said. "I'll probably fly out to Atlanta and we'll do it there because he's weird with traveling and stuff. Hopefully that will be really dynamic and help speed things along. In terms of writing the record, that's not the part that really worries me; that's easy, It's finding the production and finding something cohesive that's right for the direction of the album. It could happen next week or I might go until the end of February and not find it. You just never know when you're gonna have that magic."

The New Classic is due out in June.

In the upcoming December/January issue of Vibe, rapper T.I. had a few things he wanted to address. One of them being his September 2010 arrest in Los Angeles for possession of ecstacy which violated his probation and led to an 11-month stint in an Arkansas federal prison.

Tip's wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, was also arrested during the traffic stop, but charges against her were eventually dropped.

When news first broke of the couple's arrest, G-Unit boss 50 Cent jokingly suggested on Twitter that Tiny should take the charge given T.I.'s legal situation.

"Tiny gotta take that charge," 50 wrote. "Say it was yours baby."

Tip responds to 50's remarks during his interview with Vibe.

Vibe: T.I. on people criticizing Tiny for not taking the drug charge

I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else, we not gonn’a have no discussion about what my ole lady should’a, would’a, couda done for anything as it pertains to me,” begins his rant. “We ain’t gonn’a do that. I’m the only one in my family that’s gonna take a lick when it pertains to the legal system. Since me, none of my other family members have seen a jail cell. Nobody. I’m the last one. The buck stops here. I feel that a person that stands behind [his woman for a criminal charge] is a coward anyway.”

I doubt she would have gotten any time.
T.I.: She wasn’t gonna catch it period, ’cause I’m there. That wasn’t even a consideration. Even if she asked me to I would’ve been like, “Nah, you trippin’.

So you didn’t feel you were more valuable to your family, employees and business partners on the street?
That’s a discussion between me and another man. Not with the mother of my children. Not with the nurturer of my household.

"I can confirm he is in prison. He reported before the due time, which I think was noon," Sadow said. Before turning himself in Tip tweeted his fans thanking them for continuing to support him.

Tip finished his next album, 'No Mercy' and shot a video for it's next single "Get Back Up", witch features singer Chris Brown. The album is scheduled for release December 7. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump The origin of this beef goes back several years. Bunky SA appeared in a video with Lil Cease talking greasy about Maino. As luck, or bad luck would have it, Maino's goons caught up with Bunky in Queens and put a severe beating on him. Fast forward to now, Bunky, who hails from the Bronx has made a couple of videos recently in Brooklyn (Maino's borough), challenging Maino to a one on one fight for $10,000. As an extra sign of disrespect, Bunky blew his nose on then burned a black flag. You've probably seen Maino rocking a black flag, he's said it represents his struggle as a black man and his movement. Whole Maino has yet to address Bunky's challenge, his man @HustleHardGotti did in this latest video. He clowns Bunky, showing the footage of him getting jumped and other footage of Maino confronting him back in 2007 and Bunky saying nothing back. So yeah, peep the vid below and leave your thoughts. If you were Maino would you fight this kid for 10G's? Or would you let it go, seeing as how your goons have already stomped him out and you're a very visible rap star right now, knowing the hip hop police are always watching? twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump

Brooklyn's Joell Ortiz has linked up with Jim Jones and dropped visuals for their remix of Lloyd Banks smash hit "Beamer, Benz Or Bentley".

The Slaughterhouse MC cleverly flipped the song into the hilariously titled "Nissan, Honda, Chevy".

This was initially a solo freestyle by Joell before Jim Jones heard it and decided to hop on it.

Check it out below.
