Louisiana rap star Lil Boosie is literally in a fight for his life starting with his court appearance today.

Boosie, real name Torrance Hatch was indicted by a grand jury for the murder of 35 year old Terry Boyd. Police are also investigating what role he may have played in at least two other homicides according to AllHipHop.

A former employee of Boosie's Bad Azz Entertainment, Darryl “Bleek” Milton was found shot to death in his car April 1st.

Boosie is also a suspect in the shooting death of rapper Chris “Nussie” Jackson who was killed last February. Nussie and Boosie had been beefing for a while.

In a 2009 interview, Nussie explains the origins of their beef. Saying he used Boosie's name recogntion as Boosie "Bad Azz" to get in the game by calling himself "Nussie" Bad Azz.

But the beef goes way deeper than that. People suspected Nussie had something to do with the murder of Boosie's friend, rapper Lil Ivey.

Nussie sheds some light on that situation during the interview as he speaks about a confrontation he had with Boosie..

"I told ya [Boosie] I aint killed ya boy [Lil Ivy]. If I did it, me and you wouldn't be talking right now, you said 'alright brah.'"

Nussie didn't take Boosie as a serious threat in the streets.

"To be honest with you, we not on the same level to be beefing," Nussie said. "It's kind of embarrassing for me to be saying i'm beefing with Boosie. Cause Boosie a talented rapper and i'm a gangster, aint no comparison."

Boosie is also dealing with a fan base that looks up to him and kids that are confused by the situation he's gotten himself into.

His friend, Arthur "Silky Slim" Reed told WAFB, "I think the most important part for us to realize is there are hundreds of thousands of little kids that listen to him and this is their hero," Reed said. "When you come from basically nothing, these communities are basically nothing but survival camps. When someone makes it out, you look up to them."

"I don't have a huge amount to say about Boosie. Boosie has to stand up and be a man for his actions. My whole thing is that kids should see this as a turning point in their lives," Reed added.

Some fans are standing behind the rapper by posting "Free Boosie" messages on websites, but others are fed up.

A Facebook user by the name of "E.R." wrote "Boosie dumb as hell how u famous and still doin the same stuff u use to do, u suppose to exclude urself from that type of lifestyle and try and better others when u make it."

Boosie says he's innocent, but faces a tough legal battle. If convicted of 1st degree murder he faces the possibility of death by lethal injection.

Somewhere in Philly, Hank Baskett is looking at his wife Kendra Wilkinson asking WTF?

TMZ is reporting that the soon to be released sex tape 'Kendra Exposed' is going to do blockbuster sales numbers.

The company releasing the tape, Vivid Entertainment is reporting pre-orders for the tape made when Kendra was 18 have gone through the roof. Making it the biggest selling sex tape in Vivid's history, topping even Kim Kardashian's.

In recent weeks, lawyers for Kendra, the former Playboy Playmate and 'Girls Next Door Star' have been scrambling to stop the release of the tape. Partly due to fears it could hurt Kendra's marriage to Philadelphia Eagles player Hank Baskett.

But those attempts have failed miserably.

Download Link After The Jump I don't know where this beef started, but Brisco comes out guns blazing on this one. He pokes fun at Wacka Flacka Flame for recently getting shot and goes in on both Oj Da Juiceman and So Icey Entertainment CEO Gucci Mane I'm not taking sides either way. I like Brisco and the So Icey Camp. But I do agree with Brisco on one point, it's better to give up your jewelry and live to breather another day as opposed to getting shot for it. Download Here

Audio After The Jump On Monday, we brought you info from the great Bun B and his journey to tear a hole in every beat he raps on this year. Uncle Bun wants his name next to dozens and dozens of songs this year, whether it's original material, freestyles or guest spots. Another MC known for knocking the lining out of a beat is Philly's Cassidy. Cass has been jumping on a slew of instrumentals, from Jay-Z's "On to the Next One" to Jay Electronica's "Exhibit C."
"I wasn't going to touch it," Cass told us about getting on Electronica's instant classic. "I heard so many radio DJs talking about it, and they talking like Jay Electronica was saving hip-hop with that record, so I said, 'I gotta get up on that joint.' I'm pretty much jumping on everything that's hot. I'm saturating the game, really trying to make people suffocate. ... I wanted to get the mixtape market in a frenzy, to let them know I'm coming back." Cass' new mixtape, Apply Pressure 2, is tentatively due February 5. Besides freestyles, Cass has been dropping original material for the streets like "She's Addicted" and "Henny and Bacardi." Cass said he sampled the voice of his former Full Surface Records CEO, Swizz Beatz, to show there is no bad blood with the super producer and they're still friends. Another friend of Cassidy's, NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony, has invested some dollars into the Hustla's project, affording him the comfort of recording like he's working with a major, even though Cass is independent now. The record is dropping through Larceny Entertainment, by way of E1. Cassidy's new LP, C.A.S.H., is coming out later this year. It's his first album since 2007's B.A.R.S. "My album is C.A.S.H. It stands for 'Cass Always Stays Hard.' Some people say it's 'Cass Always a Straight Hustla.' My last album was B.A.R.S., [which stands for] the 'Barry Adrian Reese Story.' They say it's a recession. I call my album C.A.S.H. because everybody needs money. I feel as though everybody that's a fan of hip-hop or a fan of music period, they need to come and support artists like me, because you gonna see hip-hop fall off the map, like other forms of music, if you don't. I don't feel it's going down a good path right now. I think they need to support artists like me that's really gonna put his all into it, go hard, be lyrical and be original, not a follower." Cass said the first single is pretty much done, and it features a "big, big artist" he's worked with before. He has "hundreds" of songs he's been whittling down, and he plans to mix and master this week. "I got a street record to shake up the industry," he said. "I'm dropping that in two weeks. I'm gonna let that rock and come back with the real single." That street banger is called "Face to Face." "It's basically talking about things I would like to see in the industry," he said about the song. "People talking about 'Hip-hop is dead.' I don't feel as though hip-hop is dead. The same people who started hip-hop is living. There's certain adjustments that need to be made to make sure it goes back to normal. I feel it's gonna shake up the game. It's gonna give the industry a lot to talk about. Even if you don't like how I rhyme or my tone of voice, just for the concept alone, you're gonna have a lot to talk about." HipHopWired Reports Lawyers for Amaru Entertainment scored a major victory against Morgan Creek Productions in the Superior Court for the State of California on Tuesday, September 1, when Judge Richard E. Rico ruled in their favor and upheld Amaru Entertainment's cross-complaint for tortious intentional interference. A trial date has now been set for Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Skip Miller of Miller Barondess, LLP in Los Angeles, attorney for Amaru Entertainment, said: "We are pleased with the court's ruling yesterday morning. It supports our claim that Morgan Creek tortiously interfered with the making of the Tupac Shakur movie. I look forward to trying this case and have the jury decide the matter. Morgan Creek has a history of bullying people into giving them rights they did not acquire. This time, they picked on the wrong people." The litigation started when Morgan Creek filed suit against Amaru Entertainment in February this year, alleging that the company had "backed out of negotiations" and was currently "refusing to honor and perform a contract of a production for a film based on the life of Tupac Shakur." According to a press statement, “There was never any agreement as key deal terms had never been agreed upon between the parties. This was a scheme by Morgan Creek to bully Amaru Entertainment into doing a movie with them and interfere with Amaru Entertainment's negotiations for the film with other studios.” In the ruling yesterday, the court held that Amaru adequately stated a claim against Morgan Creek for interference by making "intentional misrepresentations of fact to third-party studios claiming to own the film rights and threatening them to back off on further negotiations with Amaru Entertainment."
