Slaughterhouse (208)

Video After The Jump Royce Da 5'9, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Joe Budden collectively known as Slaughterhouse are back with a new video from their debut cd. Directed by John Columbo, "Microphone" has that throw back feel, when rappers had to spit lyrics and not make up funny dances to get on.

HipHopWired Reports “First of all, prostitutes, a lot of the times, have much cleaner pussy than regular girls.” Words spoken from Jerz' own Joe Budden, the member of Slaughterhouse took some time out to break down to an associate of his that paying for sex isn't as bad as some people try and make it. If anything, paying for sex eliminates all of the pressures that come from trying to chase the girl or even maintaining a relationship and dealing with the emotional pressure. “It's the bitches job to fuck. You don't think that bitch is taking care of her pussy?” Budden even threw it in the air that having a prostitute is nothing that is based on income or something that is only done by middle to low class people within America. “Everybody in the world has paid for ass…Sometimes when you are in situations like this and you are in your hotel room and you just want a quick nut without doing it yourself, you fucking call a fucking escort. She comes over and gives you the best whatever you had, you pay her and she exits. They way that girls in the real world are suppose to do, but they don't.” Jumpoff did make sure to provide a disclaimer stating that he doesn't engage in such activities due to the fact that he is in a relationship. As the video was posted on Saturday, the statement reiterates the fact that he and Tahiry might still be together even though a blow up and a depressed looking Joe afterwards made the Internet world believe that the relationship had run its course and come to an end. Speaking with his friend he added that if he took him to Jersey he could introduce him to many “bad bitches” that he would pay for the goods. Fortunately, due to the fact that the rapper has such a cool relationship with some of them, he would be able to use the Budden discount. Breaking down the actual prices, however, it must be something that only rappers can do regularly as he stated that head can come for $200 and sex at $400. That's even worse than gambling because at least when you go to a casino or bet money, there is a possibility of getting it back or even more.

Crooked I Releasing "Pig Face Weapon Waist"

HipHopWired Reports Slaughterhouse is still in full effect even though their album has released. On the solo tip, Crooked I is the next to step up as he is preparing his EP titled Pig Face Weapon Waist which is slated to drop September 2 through digital download. Speaking with Joell Ortiz, HipHopWired was able to gain insight on the movements and the strategic planning behind every solo and group release that they have in store. “Nothing will be sporadic when dealing with anything Slaughterhouse. It will all be in sequence; it will all be timed. We're not one of those groups to just put things out and it's all going to be thought out and planned and we're going to make sure that in 2010, people are going to be talking about us.” For those that question the title of the EP, it is actually the alter-ego of the West Coast rapper as he has done stage performances with a pig mask on and was dressed in a Dickie suit. For those that are still scratching their heads and are still puzzled, hey…it must be creativity and expression of the artist. The digital release will feature the likes of K-Young, Tha Outlawz' EDI and of course another posse cut from the growing sensation that is Slaughterhouse. “Guess Who's Back” will serve as the first single for the release and will find him pairing up with Snoop Dogg on the track. Clearly the two have been able to put the past behind them and see the light at the end of the tunnel as Snoop, once released from Death Row Records, had his beef with Suge Knight. At the time of the beef, Crooked was under the record label which fueled an unknown rivalry between the two. In regards to the tension, Crooked stated that a call was made from Snoop and a one on one showed that there was actually no beef between the two and only miscommunication. In the end, business outweighs everything and anything that can promote good business will be fully taken advantage of. With collaborations such as this, the West may soon be able to resurrect itself and lead the charge once again.

Beef Has Ended With Budden and Raekwon

HipHopWired Reports Although swords were drawn and strikes were made, the forces have decided to put their guns down, metaphorically speaking, as Raekwon has confirmed his wish to put an end to their on-going beef. Recently, the Chef stated that he was ready to finally put the nail in the coffin and withdraw from the current issue with the Jersey rapper that seemed to escalate and was heading for the worse after an associate of Raekwon allegedly struck Budden and left him with an ice pack and his arm in a sling. Through a discussion with Charlamagne on radio station 100.3 The Beat in Philadelphia, the Wu Tang member elaborated his reasons for stepping away from the war: "My thing is this, it's like, enough is enough. You know what I mean? Enough is enough. I'm on the road swallowing a lot you know, 'cause I'm a business man. I'm really trying to escape that negativity world. Because at the end of the day I'ma lose.” Budden, who had issued a challenge for the two to have a square dance also stated that he was no longer entangling himself with this ongoing feud and stated that he only wants to move forward from here on a positive note. He added that his group, Slaughterhouse, is built to promoting peace and a handshake between the two was meant for business purposes and looking into the future. Raekwon is still in the kitchen prepping the finishing touches on his sequel to his 1995 classic, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, which is set for release on September 8. Along with this, fellow member Ghostface confirmed a joint effort and album between the two along with Method Man. Budden has recently released his group album, Slaughterhouse along with his solo EP, The Escape Route. He is currently working on his third official album, The Great Escape, which should hit shelves before the close of 2009. This is both a positive and a negative in the realm of Hip-Hop. On one side of the fence, it is good to see that things did not become violent to the point where a life could have been potentially taken. On the other hand, this just goes to show and prove the purpose of beef nowadays and the promotion of oneself. At the end of the day, this was utterly pointless and fans weren't even left with diss tracks to go back to, just a whole bunch of video with dudes trying to further establish how tough they were.

Ok here's the deal. Joe Budden was streaming live backstage at the 'Rock The Bells' concert. All of a sudden Raekwon bursts in with a few goons to confront Joe about something that was said in his apology video. The stream cuts off for a few minutes. When it comes back on Joe Budden is holding a cold compress to his eye after being punched by one of Raekwon's goons. The whole thing was caught on film by Rae's crew so the footage should be out real soon...Damn

AllHipHop Reports A full-fledged lyrical feud has broken out between Inspectah Deck of the Wu Tang Clan and Joe Budden, who now represents for Slaughterhouse. While Budden has yet to respond in song, Deck has released a song called “House N***a,” where he proclaims “the war is on.” The lyrical beef is a result of Joe Budden expressing that he was a greater emcee than Method Man in a tourney of the best rappers alive by now-defunct Vibe magazine. "When I first heard the Inspectah Deck s**t I thought it was weak but I said, 'Aight I'm going to tear him up for fun," Budden said on BlogTV, a site he uses for live video blogging. "I just wish somebody else would've responded, not him... Me and Raekwon talked it out, me and Busta Rhymes already spoke. Now here you come...” Budden didn’t say that he would definitely respond, but he did sent some barbed words for Deck. “While Inspectah Deck may be considered a legend for the one great verse he had in his 30 year career, it's 2009...We'll see how it all plays out. We gotta see how it goes down when I get into the studio,” Budden continued. “He should be dissing RZA for not paying him. When Saigon dissed me, my next dis track was the fact that I got paid from his dis track. I don't think people really use their heads. He rapped on 'Pump It Up.' Me and Just [Blaze] got paid for it." On the song, Deck admits to defending Method Man, who refused to entertain a battle with Budden. On his blog, Budden suggested that he may use the feud to push his Slaughterhouse album with Crooked I, Royce Da 5’ 9” and Joell Ortiz. “Honestly, dude ain't worth responding to... But I DO have an album coming out.. Might be buzzworthy to cook dude.. We'll see,” Budden wrote. Listen to “House N***a” by Inspectah Deck of Wu Tang Download House Nigga Here
