Leonardo Dicaprio celebrated his 39th birthday in style Sunday night at TAO nightclub in New York City.

The three-time Academy Award nominated actor was surrounded by females while he danced and drank the night away.

Leo brought in special guests 2 Chainz and Kanye West to perform. Other celebrities in the building included Orlando Bloom, Tobey Maguire, Alex Rodriguez and Kim Kardashian, who snapped the pic below.

The ratio of men to women had to be at least two to one, but Dicaprio spent quality time with his model girlfriend, Toni Garrn.

The party was also for a good cause. An auction was held to benefit the Leonardo Dicaprio Foundation. Items auctioned off included "two bottles of Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 1921, featured in The Great Gatsby, and a one-of-a-kind handcrafted Roségold Mathusalem of Dom," according to Perez Hilton.

Bryan Sweatt

Video And Pics After The Jump

GREENWOOD, SC (FOX Carolina

The gunman in the horrific shooting at a Greenwood County home posted on Facebook that he was "about to lose it" just days before the incident.

In a posting on Oct. 9, Bryan Sweatt, 27, wrote "...i just want someone to talk to and be here with me so bad im just about to get in the truck and ram it in the biggest...pole i can find nobody gives a **** about me..."

He went on to say "ive ask for someone to be here for me to take my mind off doing something stupid to hurt myself..."

In a post dated Oct. 20, just nine days before the shooting, Sweatt wrote about his ongoing legal problems. "i hope tha best but i no im gone for a long time i just hope this judge dont slap me with a whole 45years..." Sweatt wrote.

Sweatt was most recently arrested for burglary in the early part of 2013 and he was facing a significant amount of time in prison, according to the sheriff.

911 Call

Deputies said Sweatt killed three adults and two children along with himself in a murder-suicide at a home off Callison Highway Tuesday. They said Sweatt called 911 to warn them he was planning on "hurting himself" moments before shots were fired.

While officers were on the way to the scene, according to Greenwood County sheriff's spokesperson John Long, they received notice from the 911 center that a neighbor called and said two children from the home arrived at the neighbor's doorstep saying someone had fired shots.

After several unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the caller, SWAT teams went into the home and discovered the six dead. Long said they believe the incident resulted from a domestic dispute.

Deputies received a call from a man inside the home who said he intended to harm the individuals in the home. Initially, there were reports that the situation at the home at 2007 Callison Hwy. was a standoff, but the sheriff denied those reports.

12350434077?profile=original

Davis said at a press conference on Wednesday that the victims were Richard Allen Fields, 51; Melissa Maroney Fields, 49; Chandra Marie Fields, 26; Tariq Kenyon Robinson, 11; and William Asa Robinson, 9.

The sheriff said Sweatt and Chandra Fields had a 7-month-old baby. Sweatt had an issue with his lack of access to the child, according to the sheriff.

Richard Fields and Melissa Fields were the parents of Chandra Fields, the sheriff confirmed. He also said, William and Tariq were nephews of Chandra Fields.

Two other children were in the house at the time of the shooting, the sheriff said. He said they were let go and went to the neighbor's house.

The sheriff said Sweatt used a "large caliber handgun."

"I've been in law enforcement in Greenwood since 1975 and to my knowledge this is the first [situation] that I responded to with this many deceased," said Davis.

Bryan Sweatt's cousin issued a statement via Facebook early Wednesday evening about the incident. "We love him and miss him very much and we are sorry for what happened," part of the statement read.

SLED crime scene units were called to the scene to assist

LOS ANGELES (Associated Press) — The doctor convicted of killing Michael Jackson was released from jail Monday after serving nearly two years of a four-year sentence.

Conrad Murray was released from a downtown Los Angeles jail at 12:01 a.m., according to the sheriff's office. A change in California law allowed his incarceration time to be significantly cut down.

The former cardiologist was convicted in 2011 of causing Jackson's death in June 2009 by providing the superstar with an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol as a sleep aid. Jackson was in the midst of preparations for a series of comeback concerts and Murray was serving as his personal physician.

12350424865?profile=original

Murray's prospects are uncertain: At age 60 his license to practice medicine has been suspended or revoked in three states and his face and name are well known due to his association with Jackson and his highly publicized involuntary manslaughter trial.

The former doctor is appealing his conviction, although an appeals court has questioned whether it needs to hear the case. His attorney Valerie Wass has argued that the court should not dismiss the appeal because it could alter his overall sentence and reduce some of the stigma his conviction has caused.

Despite being jailed, Murray hasn't been entirely silent. Audio recordings of his calls have been posted on celebrity website TMZ and the ex-doctor told the Today show that he cried tears of joy after a civil jury recently determined that the promoters of Jackson's comeback shows did not negligently hire Murray.

He did not, however, testify in the civil case or take the stand during his criminal trial.

Murray previously maintained clinics in Houston and Las Vegas and frequently complained about conditions in jail after his conviction. He was allowed to serve his entire sentence in a Los Angeles jail rather than a state prison due to a law aimed at easing overcrowding by shifting nonviolent offenders to local lockups.

"Dr. Murray has not received any special treatment in jail and in fact has many less privileges than most inmates because of his notoriety," Wass said in a statement earlier this year. She said he "is very much looking forward to his release and getting on with his life. However, the fact of his incarceration is increasingly difficult for him."

Jurors in a lawsuit filed by Jackson's mother against concert giant AEG Live LLC determined that the doctor was not unfit or incompetent to serve as Jackson's tour doctor earlier this month. The panel heard testimony about Jackson and Murray's relationship throughout the five-month trial, but the panel said it did not condone the physician's conduct.

12350425085?profile=original

"That doesn't mean we felt he was ethical," jury foreman Gregg Barden said of Murray after the AEG Live verdict.

No doctor or medical expert has condoned Murray's treatments of Jackson during either the ex-doctor's criminal case or the civil litigation. The former cardiologist told police he gave the superstar nightly doses of propofol to help him sleep but lacked the proper medical or monitoring equipment that's required to administer anesthesia.

Although widely used, propofol is intended only for surgical settings and experts have noted that its effects are not actually sleep.

Video After The Jump

2 Chainz recently stopped by Hartford radio station Hot 93.7 to chop it up with Jenny Boom Boom. The Atlanta star just released his sophomore album, B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time, in September but he's already recording his third album.

“I’m already working on my third album, I have a single already,” he said. “I never stop. The day my album dropped, I went to the studio.”

Tity Boi went on to discuss the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards, being a father, his association with Cash Money and G.O.O.D. Music, and addressed the rumor that he and 50 Cent are recording an album together,

"50's a businessman, he knows how to get that dough. I already did a track for him and everything. We'll see how that pans out [but] that was my first time hearing that," the "I'm Different" rapper said, regarding rumors that he and the G-Unit mogul were working on an album together. "He's a cool dude, he's very intelligent. He comes from the hood. We have similar backgrounds."

12350418893?profile=original

2 Chainz also talked about other artists he would like to collaborate with. Jay Z is at the top of his wish list.

Are you looking forward to hearing 50 Cent's collaboration with Tity Boi? And what do you think of the possibility of the two recording an album together?

Video After The Jump

Kanye West has never been afraid to express his opinions. In his latest interview with Michelle from Los Angeles' 97.1 AMP Radio, he opens up about everything from his Confederate flag merchandise to Miley Cyrus twerking.

12350417658?profile=original

On his lavish engagement to Kim Kardashian:
“I just thought of it. It seemed so all-American, I just love being American, you know, and I love you know, family… I feel so blessed. I feel God gave me exactly what I wanted, I have to do the right thing in God’s eyes. Just follow what God really wants me to do it will come ten fold by doing the right thing.”

On why what he does shouldn’t be considered “ranting”:
“The rant has a negative connotation. These are inspiration visionary breaks in pop culture every time I talk, a crack in the matrix. Nobody’s going to fire me tomorrow, I can say anything I want to say. Luckily I want to say positive things. I want to make my momma happy and do God’s work.”

On people’s reaction to his use of the Confederate flag in his Yeezus tour merch:
“React how you want. Any energy you got is good energy. The Confederate flag represented slavery, my abstract take on what I know about it, I wrote ‘New Slaves.’ So I took the Confederate flag and made it my flag. Now what are you going to do?”

On why said merch is selling so well (he said it’s in “the Metallica numbers, the Bieber numbers”):
“People just look cool in it. They look nice. It’s colorless. It’s super hood, but it’s super white boy approved at the same time. That’s my style. I don’t look like a rapper. When I started, I wasn’t gangster enough. I’m getting married to Kim Kardashian and I never played in the NBA.”

On Obama’s fashion sense:
“Obama? Nobody’s looking at what Obama is wearing. I’m the No. 1 inspirational person in fashion.”

On why God is his No. 1 inspiration:
“God, he made our universe. You make it that far, you have to push for a more major scale [and] nothing’s more major than what God has created”

On Miley Cyrus:

“I just met her the day of the VMAs. I was just like, ‘Go, just go. Go for it. Do what you feel.’ From the DONDA perspective, I’d want her to twerk more. I think the whole performance should have been twerking.”

On his voice being his greatest power:
“I’m not a billionaire, I may not be the most attractive… but I right now, because of ‘New Slaves,’ because of the position I’ve always taken, I have the most powerful voice by a mile — by a mile. I have a trillion dollars’ worth of voice.”

On Swiftgate, again:
“That moment at the awards show: that was inaccurate. Whether it was their plan to give [Beyonce] the award at the end, we still haven’t seen a video as good [as 'Single Ladies'], five years later.”

On why people should listen to his ideas:
“I talk to these heads, older dudes that run companies [who say], ‘I only listen to people who are younger.’ You can support me, give me a check. But I have the ideas. No one older than me has a better idea than me because I’m the only 36-year-old me. I’m the most relevant voice on the planet Earth, post being the most hated. So don’t try to tell me anything. Help me — help me help other people.”

On why he’s never going to stop expressing himself:
“It’s just look, I’m going to stand up and influence me to the fullest. It’s a certain point of frustration, waiting for everyone to agree takes too long. I’m not going to sit inside a corporation for 20 years. The time is now to express myself.”

On the benefits of his feud with Jimmy Kimmel:
“People saw the BBC interview who wouldn’t have seen it otherwise. Anytime people can get a dosage of this espresso, this walking confident, God-fearing creative, I think it can bring light. I’d like to direct people to the light.”

On why we’re failing:
“We have the resources to have a human utopia… but mankind is too concerned getting the next Hollywood film to Netflix.”

On Watch the Throne 2:
“It could be a possibility. It’s not my focus in all honesty. Music is not my focus…I’ll make music. I’m not going to stop producing, need to do more… I’m focused on getting this backing [for DONDA]. I care about this far more than making a Watch the Throne 2.

On the lack of creativity in hip-hop:
“There’s a lack of creativity in every field. People are afraid because the powers control people. Only place people can be fully creative is Silicon Valley. There’s a lack of creativity in Hollywood, clothing, education system, on the globe period.”

On why he’s not afraid to speak his mind:
“No one can say what I’m saying or they’d lose their job. I have the voice and I’m going to scream as loud as I can. Only thing to happen to me is success.”

On why “fashion” isn’t the right term for what he does:
“I want to stop using the term ‘fashion’ because Eve made Adam bite an apple and since then it’s been illegal to be naked. I’m helping people follow the law in style. This isn’t about fashion. I’m creating new standards so you don’t have to think of it. I’ll do all the hard work. I’ll figure out where that collar goes and how many times you can wash that fabric…It’s not about fashion, it’s about life. I’ll work on this, you take your kids to the park.”

On splitting his time between work and family:
“I hang out with my girl and my daughter every day. No place I’d rather be. Not even when I’m thinking about things I’m creating in business, my biggest goal is to get home to family. I want to figure out a way to do my work and be my daughter’s soccer coach. I’m going to be a soccer coach and redesign their uniforms. I’ll redesign the mini-van.”

On being fearless:
“I’m fine to make a mistake. To put an Auto-Tuned album out that no one understands. I want to open up people’s minds. I want people to think more. Feel like it’s okay to create, okay to make mistakes in front of people…I want them to feel awesome is possible.”

On Tyler, The Creator:
“Artist. Innovator. A good mentor. He helped me out with some of the [Yeezus] merch. So talented, he understands things. Went to film school, I email him, like, ‘Could you teach me how to make videos?’ Did you see his amazing Mountain Dew commercial before it was banned? It’s the best thing in the last year. You know what should be banned? Stuff that’s whack, not stuff that’s controversial. The world is controversial, classist, racist — so what. You guys are selling soda, be glad someone that creative took a moment to help you do what you do.”

On the possibility of him working with the Gap:
“What would happen if I was able to design a collection that was backed by the Gap? It would be awesome, right?”

On the future of music:
“I love the Backstreet Boys — no knock to them — but there will never be another Backstreet Boys. Artists like Lorde, singer/songwriters are going to come up.”

Video After The Jump

Paramount Studios has rolled out two new trailers for Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. Both are equally hilarious. Brick Tamland (Steve Carell) cries/speaks at his own funeral, Ron Burgandy (Will Ferrell) puts his Winnebago on cruise control and leaves the wheel. The ensuing crash sends bowling balls and scorpions flying, the crew smokes crack on air and more.

Here's the official synopsis for the film which will be released on December 20th.

With the 70′s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) – All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy…while taking the country’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
