LAPD officer Greg Kading, who by way of investigating the Notorious B.I.G.'s murder became involved in the 2Pac investigation, sat down with VladTV to describe the chain of events leading up to 2Pac's death in Las Vegas. Kading focuses on account of Keefe D, the uncle of primary 2Pac murder suspect Orlando Anderson. "After the altercation at the MGM, Orlando licked his wounds and found his uncle Keefe D," Kading says, "Keefe D was with some characters from New York including a guy named Zip. They had a conversation about how Orlando was attacked by 2Pac, and they plan retaliation...However, they didn't take any guns out there. So Zip who did have a gun offered his, got a hold of the Glock 40 caliber gun and handed it to Keefe D and off they went in search of 2Pac and Suge."

Webster Gradney, Jr. p.k.a. Webbie, 31, is facing domestic violence charges for an incident involving his 25-year old girlfriend.

Police in Baton Rouge tell TMZ that Webbie allegedly held the woman against her will for more than two hours, as well as choked and hit her. The victim had to be taken to the hospital with bruising on her neck and face.

Webbie was also taken to the hospital after complaining of an injury. He was soon released and arrested.

He faces charges of second degree battery, false imprisonment, and domestic abuse by strangulation ... all felonies.

HipHollywood recently caught up with "Power" actress Naturi Naughton to talk about what fans of the series can expect from her character, Tasha, this season.

"I feel like this year she's really becoming her own person, without Ghost," Naughton said. "So, where you see how she leaves off in season three ... she's scared, she's unsure. She's been trying to figure out does she still love Ghost? Is this gonna work, this marriage? I think it's been a hard couple of years for her. She's been ride or die, but at the same time, it's like, 'Is somebody gonna be ride or die for me? Is somebody gonna have my back?'

"So, I think this is the year where she demands a certain level of respect. Season four she definitely has some tough decisions to make. But there's also some joy. Tasha has a love interest this season. I'm excited for people to see, 'cause Ghost has been been doing him. Tasha needs love too. She finds some joy. I think she struggles with figuring out how to rearrange her life now that Ghost is not there. Ghost is in jail. She's also dealing with Angela, and a lot of her nonsense. Angela's trying to take our family out. She's a federal agent. She's investigating Ghost. I'm afraid. What if she brings us both down? Then what happens to the family?"

As some of you may or may not know, Tupac Shakur and Madonna dated for several years prior to his 1996 death. But the reason their romance ended may come as a surprise.

Shakur's music had become more pro-black and he felt like going out with a white woman clashed with his public persona, according to the break-up letter he wrote to the pop star from prison.

"For you to be seen with a black man wouldn't in any way jeopardize your career, if anything it would make you seem that much more open and exciting," 2Pac penned in the letter obtained by TMZ. "But for me at least in my previous perception I felt due to my 'image' I would be letting down half of the people who made me what I thought I was. I never meant to hurt you."

The handwritten note will go up for auction July 19-28 at Gotta Have Rock and Roll (http://gottahaverockandroll.com/#). Starting bid is $100k.

Duel lawsuits between Kanye West and the company he helped to put on the map, TIDAL, could be forthcoming.

TMZ reports that West has left JAY-Z's company in a money dispute. The "Blame Game" rapper claims he's owed more than $3 million. He says the company reneged on 2 crucial parts of his contract. It allegedly failed to reimburse him for music videos and backed out of an agreement to pay him a bonus when his "The Life of Pablo" album generated 1.5 million new subscribers, for the music streaming service.

Within the last month Kanye's legal team informed TIDAL that they were in breach of their client's contract, forcing him to bolt. The two sides attempted to work out the issues, but failed to come to an agreement. A second letter was then sent to TIDAL reaffirming West's position.

TIDAL claims West never delivered the videos and is threatening to sue him if he enters into an agreement with one of its competitors. In a letter sent to the G.O.O.D. Music CEO, he was informed by TIDAL that they still consider his exclusive contract to be valid. 

West says he has no plans to sign another exclusive deal with any other music streaming service, and will deliver the music videos once he's paid.
