One of Papoose's most memorable songs is "Alphabetical Slaughter." In it he rhymes using letters of the alphabet going from A to Z. On his upcoming album, The Nacirema Dream, the Brooklyn MC says he will be releasing a part two of the record, this time rhyming from Z to A.
"Alphabetical Slaughter is a record where I flow from A to Z. I break down all 26 letters of the alphabet, but I don't do it just to do it, or just to say I'm doing it," he told Kevin W. Reese of Hartford's 93.7. "I challenge any artist to do it. They try it but they never do it the right way. If you look at Alphabetical Slaughter on a piece of paper it should be in alphabetical order. So when you're using 'A' words, it should be nothing but 'A' words in there. You can't say 'the' or none of that. It has to make perfect sense what you're saying. We need to see this in writing and really see that you're making sense and it's really in alphabetical order. That was Alphabetical Slaughter part 1. On my album The Nacirema Dream, which is coming out very soon, I did it from Z to A, where I'm using all totally different words. If I use any word that I used in part 1, come check me."
Pap goes on to say that The Nacirema Dream will be coming out in the next couple of months. He's releasing it independently through his own label.
He also talks about what he considers to be the greatest rap battle of all time.
"I'ma keep it real with you. It was a lot of great battles, but I gotta say... I can't even say great battle. but to see someone get annihilated. I gotta say Jay-Z and Nas. That [Nas' Ether] was decapitation man," Pap said.
Check out the rest of the interview below where Papoose weighs in on the Drake vs Common battle and Remy Ma stepping her game up lyrically while in prison.

TMZ is reporting that the Young Money rapper was scheduled to perform at WBC on January 6, but never made it and didn't give the venue any advanced notice he wouldn't be performing. Once the 1200 fans inside realized Tyga wasn't coming they started trashing the facility.

Walls, floors and other property were reportedly damaged.
Tyga's reps didn't respond to TMZ for a comment.

If you hardly recognize Beyonce in the new promo picture for her latest album '4' you're not alone. The singer is drawing criticism for the photo that shows her with skin a few shades lighter than she actually is.
The singer was also accused of something similar when she appeared in a 2008 ad for Loreal.
"It’s like, Again? Are we here again? I think in a lot of ways shes culpable because there’s history there," Lincoln Anthony Blades, founder of ThisIsYourConscience.com told the New York Daily News. "She's not saying explicitly you have to lighten your skin, but it does carry that inherent message,"
The controversial new photo shows a blonde Beyonce reclining on a leopard-print couch wearing a black knit monokini. If her name wasn't prominently displayed on the picture you might not know it was her. Some argue that her lighter than normal complexion in the picture could be the result of bright lighting.
Beyonce seen left in July 2011, and right seen shopping in Los Angeles in February of the same year
Beyonce also drew criticism for a 2011 photograph that showed her out shopping in Los Angeles. In that picture she also looked much lighter than normal.
Writer Yasmin Alibhai-Brown said at the time that the singer was causing harm to the self esteem of black and Asian kids.
"Too many black and Asian children grow up understanding the sad truth that to have dark skin is to be somehow inferior," Yasmin wrote in the Daily Mail. "Of course, black and Asian parents work hard to give their children a positive self-image and confidence in their appearance, despite the cultural forces stacked against them. "But when black celebrities appear to deny their heritage by trying to make themselves look white, I despair for the youngsters who see those images."
Is this a big deal about nothing? Or should Beyonce make sure this doesn't happen in future photographs?
