Katt Williams has had an incredibly rough year. He most definitely has to share part of the blame for all of the trouble he's been getting into, but he also believes he's being victimized.
Katt was leaving jail last night after being released on child endangerment charges when TMZ caught up with him. As we previously reported, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services called police after they found guns and illegal drugs in the comedian's Woodland Hills home Friday. Four of his children were placed into protective custody.
Katt doesn't dispute the fact that there were guns found. However, he says they were locked away..
"They took my children from me, how terrible is that?" Katt told the reporter.
When asked about the drugs that were found, Katt said he didn't consider weed to be a drug. He also defended his right to have guns in his home for protection..
"How do you keep the kids safe without guns? They were in a lock box that the police broke. If the police come in and raid my place and break into my gun boxes you're gonna find guns, but I'm not in a gang. What difference does it make?" he continued. "This is their ninth time coming to my house. The problem was this time they came to my office and took my kids from an office. Not from my house...from an office. So now when I can't have my kids at my office I must be the most terrible black dude."
Katt doesn't understand why they are coming after his kids now after he has had custody of them for so long.
"Because here's the whole thing. You're gonna charge me with child endangerment after I adopted seven children and had them for fourteen years in this state? Really, you coming after my kids now? Because it was already a witch hunt, now you want my babies, yikes."
The comedian compared his situation with that of Trayvon Martin, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King.
"Let me explain something to you, I know there's people doing poorly in this country and they shot Trayvon Martin dead for looking kid of like I look," Katt said. "Martin Luther King and Malcolm X both ended up dead for telling the truth. So as a comedian I don't think it won't happen to me. I think they've thrown me in jail 36 times in 36 months and you've never seen me in a court of law. That means they're f*cking with me. And today they crossed the line. Because now they took my babies."

Katt Williams jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire last night in Hollywood, California. The comedian had just been released from jail hours earlier after being arrested for child endangerment when he and his manager Suge Knight got into an altercation at club Eden.
TMZ obtained footage of the incident. There was a lot of pushing and shoving. At one point Suge appears to throw a punch at someone.
Eventually both Katt and Suge get into an SUV. As Suge was pulling out of the parking lot, he hit the gas and his vehicle may have struck someone in the crowd.
TMZ spoke to a man who was limping in the parking lot.. He claimed the SUV hit him, but he blamed the entire incident on Katt.
Man allegedly hit by Suge's SUV
"Motherf*cking Suge Knight ran me over in his car," the man told TMZ. "Katt Williams is a punk. You talk sh*t and run? You a punk .. You taking all that sh*t, and you talk about you all that, and you run? Because of you, I got hit by the car! Katt Williams you better pay my damn medical bills."

Even when he's alone onstage, Kanye West manages to be larger than life.
Last night (Dec. 28), an all-white-wearing 'Ye took the stage at the 5,500-seat Ovation Hall in Atlantic City's Revel Resort for his first of three consecutive "7 Screen Experience" shows. The packed house was treated to a set that proved West remains one of the most fearless and formidable performers in showbiz.
As Foreigner's "Cold As Ice" pumped through speakers, West emerged on a bare stage devoid of the dancers that accompanied him on past outings and delivered an intimate, confessional 75-minute set that included new hits, old faves, and a couple of elaborate masks that would make Gaga green with envy.
As 'Ye spouted the lyrics to his opening track "Cold," dazzling video screens surrounding the rapper cued projections of icebergs and snow-covered mountains, beginning a winter-wonderland themed set that at times included snowflakes falling onto the crowd. West then dove into "Clique" and continued to keep things current with recent cuts "Mercy" and the G.O.O.D. Music mix of Chief Keef's "I Don't Like."
But of course, the classics were represented as well, with hits like "Power," "Touch the Sky" and "Good Life" revving up the stylish crowd. "Runaway" provided a chill moment of introspection, but "Gold Digger," "All of the Lights" and the closing "All Falls Down" brought the party back into full swing.
But what may be most memorable about the performance was the outrageous attire. Kanye kept it all-white throughout the set, wearing a leather kilt and some fashion-forward headgear that included a diamond-encrusted Maison Martin Margiela face mask that walked straight off a haute couture runway.
The trio of Atlantic City shows marks Kanye's second return to Revel this year, his only solo U.S. appearances since he headlined the Coachella festival in April 2011.

Many young kids are heavily influenced by what they see their idols wearing. When rappers like Lil Wayne and Kid Cudi step out at an event wearing skinny jeans, many teens try to emulate them.
Rappers aren't the only ones who have made the super tight pants popular. There are plenty of actors and singers who have helped to make skinny jeans the "in" thing among the general population. However, some doctors are now warning that wearing the jeans can be a health hazard.
According to ABC News, wearing the jeans can temporarily pinch the nerves in your hips causing something called meralgia paresthetica.
"The disorder that occurs when one of the nerves that runs in the outer part of the thigh gets compressed. The pressure on it causes symptoms of tingling, numbness and pain," said Urologist, Dr. Karen Boyle.
Other possible heath hazards include abdominal pain, heartburn and blood clots.
The next time you try to squeeze into a pair of skinny jeans you might want to think twice.

Three video vixens are thinking twice about their decision to go topless during the video shoot for Tyga's music video "Make It Nasty."
Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez filed lawsuits yesterday against the YMCMB rapper. The trio claim they were told during their audition for the video that there wouldn't be any nudity involved "and all the girls will be tastefully shot."
All three were asked to go topless on July 2, during shooting for the Alex Nazari-directed clip, but were promised their nipples would be "covered up" or "edited out."
When the "dirty" version of the clip aired on July 28, it was unedited and the women's breasts were exposed.
The women are suing for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, as well as fraud.according to TMZ

Super producer Jahlil Beats has laid down quality beats for artists like Styles P, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Fabolous, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Vado, Lil Kim, Kid Ink, Jim Jones, Maino and many more.
The 24-year old Roc Nation artist is also good friends with Meek Mill and has also produced some of the Philly rapper's biggest hits including "Rose Red," "I'm A Boss," "Burn" and Meek's recent Cassidy diss "Repo."
The Chester, Pennsylvania product called into Phildelphia radio station Power 99 today to chop it up with Mina SayWhat about the current Meek and Cassidy beef.
"It's kind of crazy because 13-14 weeks ago we was all at the 40/40 [club]. Everything was cool. That was my first time ever meeting Cass. He was showing major love. We were actually supposed to work on some stuff," Jahlil said. "It's all a competitive thing. I just feel like it's good for hip hop. Whether Cass responds or not. But you know Cass threw the first 2 jabs on wax and then Meek dropped his bomb. I hope it don't go past staying on wax. Hopefully it don't, I don't think so."
Most fans would really like to see Cass and Meek settle this by battling in the ring. Jahlil thinks that is still possible if Cass comes up with $100,000.
"Cass just gotta kick that money up," Jahlil continued. "He kick that bread up then we all good. I would love to see that. That would be beautiful. 100 G's... Meek got it right there. Cass put up 100 and Meek put up 100. At the end of the day I feel like this is gonna go down in history. Whether Cass responds or not. I think he's gonna respond. And I just feel like it's not really as big as what everybody thinks it's gonna be."
Jahlil also revealed that he's currently working with Jay-Z, and that Hov is gearing up for Watch the Throne 2.

Some people will try to take advantage of any situation for financial gain, even the murder of an innocent child.
Police arrested 37-year old Bronx, New York resident Nouel Alba Thursday after she set up a funeral fund for six-year old Newtown. Connecticut shooting victim Noah Pozner by pretending to be his aunt.
Noah was one of 20 children murdered earlier this month at Sandy Hook elementary school.

Authorities say Alba set up the scam using her Facebook account, which was under the user name Victorian Glam Fairys, according to the New York Daily News. She began sending messages tying herself to the tragedy just hours after it occurred on December 14.
“All this killing and shooting this entire week is just crazy,” she posted at 1:14 p.m., according to the FBI. “Praying for those families and all the kids who are effected (sic) by this today. My heart goes out to those little innocent kids.”
Just 15 minutes later, she wrote that her nephew was one of the tiny victims and claimed to have provided law enforcement officers with pictures to help identify him. The next day, Alba, a mother, continued the twisted scheme by asking heartbroken people for cash.
“We’ve set up a funeral fund for my brother and families,” she posted on her profile before including PayPal and bank information to accept donations. “We like to thank everyone for your prayers,” she wrote. “We ask that you continue to not just pray for us, but for the families who have lost their kid.”
Nouel Alba leaves federal court in Hartford. Alba was arraigned Thursday in U.S. District Court in Hartford and released after posting $50,000 bail.
Alba even told one donor that she had to go to the elementary school to identify her nephew's body and hugged President Obama before he gave his speech there. She said she couldn't bear to see her nephew in a casket: "11 gun shots in his little body," she wrote, according to the complaint.
"I'm disgusted by it. I think it's disgusting behavior," Noah's uncle told NBC. "She's trying to turn a profit on a horrible tragedy. On the death of 6-year old kids. It's just a horrible thing to be doing."
Veronika Pozner, right, at the funeral for her son Noah, 6, the youngest of the 26 victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
Alba is charged with lying to FBI agents. If convicted, she faces a maximum prison term of five years and a fine of up to $250,000.
