Meek Mill is looking to continue to build on the momentum he built up in 2012 by preparing to release the third installment of his Dreamchasers mixtape series. The Philly emcee sits down with HipHopSince.com's Brandon Wyche to talk about that project and a lot more.
Meek said you can expect production on the mixtape from Jahlil Beats, Cardiak, Cardo, Tone Beats and Budda Da Future.
He also talks about his haters, people saying he's changed, being a Styles P fan, his endorsement deal with Puma and will he respond to Cassidy's "R.A.I.D." diss.
"We ain't doing that no more. Make a single n*gga," Meek said, addressing Cassidy. "I don't fo that all the time. That's not my twist. I did it for the hell of [because] you was running your mouth. Cuz a weirdo from the town. We ain't gonna use his name no more. He can't come back to the city really. The last five times he came back to the city he was back here with me or either Ar-Ab. He ain't address everything Ar-Ab said in none of his raps because he won't address it, he's scared to address it. He won't dare address that. And Ar-Ab ain't saying nothing new, he been saying sh*t like this. When Ar-Ab got shot ten times I'm the only n*gga that talked to him. When he did a song with Swizz [Beatz] I played parts in putting that together, Cuz is not even official."
Meek goes on to compare his current conflict with Cassidy to 50 Cent and Ja Rule's beef.
"Back in the day it was either you with 50 Cent or Ja Rule. I was with 50 Cent. No disrespect to Ja Rule, I was with 50 Cent. 50 Cent made Ja Rule look bad at the time," said Meek. "If you see [Cass] go on a DVD and talk crazy about me, don't listen to my raps no more. If it's 45 minutes of just straight nonsense, he just going in on me, I don't want you to listen to my sh*t no more. It's real and there's fake. And that's the difference with the game right now. I stick to the script. You ain't gonna see me with no tight a$$ clothes on. Freaky a$$ clothes. No dumba$$ songs to sell no records. I make good music, I rap hood sh*t, about money, the life I'm living right now. I ain't doing doing none of that freak, dumba$$ sh*t. And for a n*gga to say they made a lane for Philly. [Cass] had a dumba$$ song 'Come to My Hotel.' 'Drumma Bass,' a dumba$$ song. 'Drink and My 2 Step,' a dumba$$ song. None of my sh*t go near a direction like that."
Meek thinks Cassidy made a mistake by appearing in a recent video with the GD's in North Carolina.
"When you make a video with the GD's and then somebody that be with me run up on you and punch you in the mouth then I'm gonna be the bad guy. But now you taking it to another level," Meek explained. "If you rap...rap. You making a video about some sh*t with the GD's in North Carolina. I just came from North Carolina."
There's a lot more to the interview. Check it out below.

Shawty Lo is getting support from an unlikely source today after the Oxygen network decided to pull the plug on his reality show All My Babies' Mamas before it even aired.
Oxygen had given the show the green light initially to air this spring. It was going to focus on Shawty's relationships with his 10 babies' moms and his 11 children.
After the show's trailer appeared online last month a petition was started by Sabrina Lamb of ColorOfChange.org to get the show cancelled. She argued that the show was a stereotypical representation of African Americans. Their petition had gained more than 40'000 signatures by the Oxygen decided not to air the show.

"As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special," a network spokesperson told MTV News on Tuesday (January 15). "We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation."
After receiving news of the cancellation, ColorOfChange.org issued a statement.
After multiple conversations with Oxygen Media executives, the company informed us via email that a decision was made to cancel "All My Babies' Mamas" late this afternoon. We thank Oxygen Media for taking this important step. The tremendous response from over 40,000 ColorOfChange.org members, coupled with national outrage from Black folks, sent a clear message that exploitative television shows like "All My Babies' Mamas" are unacceptable.
The airing of a reality show like All My Babies' Mamas would have reinforced many of the stereotypes about Black men and women that have power to influence public policy. Research shows that exploiting persistent racial stereotypes that marginalize Black Americans have real world consequences.
Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh came to the show's defense. He argued that "the morality police" had made the decision to get the show cancelled for the American people without giving them the chance to view it first.
“The morality police, the old fuddy-duddies got in gear. The show was simply gonna say what it is in terms of this lifestyle and just gonna tell everybody what it is,” Rush said on his show Wednesday (January 16), according to AllHipHop. “Is it any wonder that the star of a show that happens to be black and has the show pulled out from under him? Well, I know none of those kids are more important than the president’s kids, but they’re important to Shawty.”
Shawty appeared on Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9 yesterday to talk with Emperor Searcy and Mz Shyneka about the show's cancellation.
"I feel like [my fans] didn't get a chance to see what was really going on," Shawty said. "[Sabrina Lamb] made her assumptions off of the trailer. Basically what I'm doing is telling my story showing how Shawty Lo turned a negative into a positive. The show wasn't about, we finna be fighting. Like I said a lot of fathers don't take care of one child, don't even be there for one child. But me, I be there with my children. My kids love their father."
A counter-petition on Change.org has been started in an effort to get Oxygen to give the show another chance. Shawty thanked his fans for initiating it and urged people to sign it.
"At least give the show a chance," said Shawty. "They making their assumptions off a 13-minute trailer and this like the biggest news around the world right now and it's unbelievable."
If you want Oxygen to bring back Shawty's show go to Change.org to sign the petition.

Quentin Tarantino's new movie Django Unchained has stirred a lot of debate about it's use of the word "n*gger." Legendary rapper Nas has seen the film and doesn't get what the big deal is..
"A movie about slavery and you don't hear the N-word, that doesn't make any sense," Esco told MTV. "I didn't see what the big fuss was about...it's a movie. Movies by [Quentin Tarantino] why should we be surprised if the movie is raw? He's one of the greatest filmmakers of our generation. And we don't go there to see anything less than rawness. So, if it's gonna be language [or] goriness. He's an artist and artists have to express themselves. And that's just what he's doing."
